Perfect place for a weekend getaway! It rained mostly so we didn’t get to enjoy the stars, but being downtown was great. We were able to walk over to a local coffee shop to grab coffee and breakfast and explore the rest of the shops. Our favorite part was the covered deck. Even with the rain we were able to enjoy being outside.

The hosts were great and the property was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Ginger Bear and it was fantastic! Loved the peaceful location and all of the critters we could see from the windows. I also loved the trails on the property. It was a great place to walk my dogs. My husband and I are already taking about our next trip!

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for 2. The bed was comfy and the location was perfect to get to the local attractions easily. I wish we would have had nicer weather so we could have enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard. Overall we would rent here again the next time we want to head to Cherry Springs or the other nature sites in the area.

The Nanny’s Nook is a wonderful place to stay at. The stream behind the house is very convenient for fishing. The kids caught a lot of fish and even the adults had a chance to catch some too. Lol. The neighbor was super kind. He even brought us over firewood. This is our second time back to the Nanny’s Nook and it won’t be our last. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and being so responsive.

Even though we did not get to see the beautiful stars due to cloudy weather, we had a wonderful time at Josh's cabin during our one week stay. The cabin was private, peaceful and very clean! We had everything we needed and more for 4 adults, 1 toddler and 3 very playful dogs. We made great memories from cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and soaking in the hot tub to playing games and taking long walk along the 85 acre land. Our host was very thoughtful as he provided us with dog stations, plenty of board games and clear labels for where things are in the house. This is one of our favorite vacation spots and we hope to return in the near future.

Location, Location, Location!!!!! We had such a beautiful last minute trip to Cherry Springs we arrived at approx 3:00AM, We had a little problem finding the cabin but eventually found it, Check in was super easy and flexible, Minutes away from the cherry Springs Park, ( I recommend checking out Cherry springs country store, and of course going to Cherry Springs State park for Stargazing! The garbage is take with you only, No trash pick up. The kitchen was well stocked and the Overall Cabin, Bathrooms and linens were all super clean. The property was spacious, Well kept even covered in snow. She has wifi but beware ATT has zero cell service, My bf has verizon his service was fine. There are a few beds to choose from depending if you like firm or soft, the queen bed I found to be on the firmer side. Overall I highly recommend staying at Gail's cabin. She is super responsive, Friendly and helpful. I hope I can make it back sooner than later. Thankyou for a lovely stay!!

Photos don’t really do this place justice, it’s super nice, super clean and warm and dry even over a cooler rainy weekend. Amenities were thoughtful, we had a great time. Had some trouble with the door/electronic lock when we got there and Nitin called us back within like 30 seconds, great host

We had an awesome little getaway at this cozy cabin just outside of Coudersport! The place was perfect for a quiet weekend—super peaceful and surrounded by nature. One of the best parts was the stargazing at night. The skies out there are insanely clear—felt like we could see the whole galaxy. It’s also in a great spot for checking out the area. We hit up the Eliot Ness Museum in town, which was really cool if you’re into history and crime stories. And just down the road is the Log Cabin Inn Restaurant—killer food and a really chill vibe. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking to unplug and soak in some nature, stars, and small-town charm.
