Such a lovely stay! We loved every little detail. The place was just an 8 minute walk to the most beautiful and quiet beach. The outdoor kitchen was a highlight, we had so much fun making breakfast with fresh local produce and eggs, and the Wi-Fi made it easy to watch movies on Netflix, play music and enjoy the backyard views with the sounds of the birds and waves in the distance. The bed was insanely comfy like sleeping on a cloud. We slept so well every night. Also loved the fresh milk and the pod espresso machine, perfect for our morning coffees. Our car had a covered spot too, which made everything feel really safe and private. Such a great getaway, we honestly loved it and would definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely place to stay, the beach was within walking distance and the yard was safe and secure, great for the doggies . Glenda was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay for a weekend trip to celebrate my birthday. The house had modern interiors, cosy communal areas and a lovely hot tub! Everything, such as grocery stores, shops and beaches, were all quite close, which was very convenient. It was perfect for a trip like ours, but could also be for family getaways!

The house is lovely and the views - both during the day looking over the countryside to the ocean and on a clear night looking at the stars - are amazing. A couple of points to note if you are booking the house as a 2 bedroom accommodation: firstly a large part of the house is blocked off so the only bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom. Fine for a couple like us but not so much for two couples. Secondly the laundry is not available as it is in the locked part of the house. This was a hassle for us as we have been travelling for a while.

Great location and looks just like the photos. Spacious kitchen and the entire unit is well stocked/equipped with everything you could need. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. Balcony and living space were gorgeous with ocean views (you can see Melbourne on a clear day!)

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

We booked this property last minute on a busy weekend. Sandy ensured the house was clean and ready for us that very day. Even allowed us to check out late with no hesitation. The views of the bay were amazing and the spa on the deck was a bonus for the kids. The location was superb only 2 minutes drive to the beach, local restaurants and shops Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach getaway

James' place is very nice and comfortable, everything is neat and the bed is neatly arranged. Very recommended. I'll be back next time visiting Mornington.

Having the whole family together in the one house was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close enough to cowes to go to big supermarkets but there is a little market and pub around the corner with everything you need. Back yard was great area for BBQ and relaxing. Our hosts were available via message to help with and questions we had. There is so much to do on Phillip Island. Such a lovely place to spend time.

Our stay was exactly what we needed, close to our family and private to relax before a graduation ceremony and concert performance by our son. Cooking was a highlight to retain a sense of belonging after an intense travel experience from the other side of Australia. Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

Great sized house and very well stocked with clean and good quality dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding and everything else you need for a lovely stay. Hayley was a fantastic host. Instructions were clear and made finding and getting into the property super easy. We were also impressed with her responsiveness for a couple of questions we had one our first day. Thank you for having us, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Caroline’s place was nice and clean, both the adults and children loved our stay, plenty of space, pool and alfresco area was also perfect for the nice weather we had. Caroline was helpful and always answered any questions very quickly.
