We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

This house hosted our family, which included a baby. It was easy to get to, get into and had what we needed. The host was very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and very involved in making our stay as great as possible! We had a longer stay and it was exactly what we needed— if you’re looking for a great space, interactive and caring host while visiting SD, this is your spot! We would easily stay here again!!

The house was incredibly homey, with comfortable and clean beds. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, and it's conveniently close to freeway entrances and exits. The hosts were very reliable and responsive, greeting us with texts to explain how everything works around the house. Their thoughtfulness was evident, as the house had everything we needed, and we didn't have to buy any extras. They even provided snacks! One thing that stood out was their honesty. My 15-year-old daughter left her Lululemon wallet with her debit card in it, and they immediately contacted me, offering to mail it to us the very next day. How awesome is that! Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful house. We definitely highly recommend it and will certainly stay there again!

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

Great stay! The family + dog enjoyed our stay. Elyce is a great host and her house is comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need and the space is great for dogs. Bonus, we got to meet and feed her cute miniature horses! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

The Perfect Holiday Stay: We had an amazing holiday at this Airbnb with 10 friends and kids. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it convenient for everyone. The house was spacious, with large bedrooms, cozy living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodated our group without feeling crowded. Families will love the kid-friendly amenities, including books, a play area, and essentials like a high chair. The kids were entertained while the adults enjoyed relaxing. The backyard was a standout feature—big, well-maintained, and perfect for BBQs, games, or unwinding. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults appreciated the serene setting. We also loved being close to excellent dining options, with everything from fine dining to casual eateries just minutes away. Caroline was exceptional—responding to questions within minutes and ensuring our stay was seamless. It made our holiday unforgettable!

Perfect home base for a fun weekend exploring San Diego -just as described, the home is steps from Balboa Park & tucked on a beautiful quiet neighborhood street. Extremely walkable area, with some of the best North Park eateries, coffee shops, & bars a short stroll away. The home is just as described; clean, fully stocked, beautifully decorated, functional and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze, with Kaitlin proactively communicating & checking in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall this was a lovely home away from home & I recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Kaitlin for hosting us! We’ll be back :)

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Wonderful location and very good use of space! We felt welcome with the extra amenities and beach equipment and the place was well stocked and very clean. Very easy to find, get in, and park near. The area felt very residential too and very safe. Plus, it was easy to walk to local food and drink along with being so close to the bay. One qualm was that the shared backyard area wasn't what was expected. The description of the pictures listed various things like a grill, kids toys, and workout equipment (which was all there) but it was a bit scattered when we showed up. This is to be expected with a family living in the space as well but just a forewarning that the pictures for the backyard don't accurately represent the space. Either than that, everything else was great. 👍

Der Check-in mit der Schlüsselbox war sehr einfach und die Tatsache, das wir einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück hatten, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht nicht ganz perfekt, aber absolut in Ordnung, was Sauberkeit und Comfort betrifft.

The host and co-host were very attentive and responsive. The home was clean, organize, and overall great. Whenever we had any issues (small), we contacted them and they took care of it very quickly. My wife is very particular with vacation homes, hotels, etc. If she doesn't like it, we won't go back. She said she would come back to this home in the future. I concur. Thank you.

We loved the location and view! And the space was wonderful as well. So pretty much perfect all around. If I had to make a small complaint, you can hear some of the noise from the 2nd floor residence but I guess that is to be expected since the room is on the 1st floor.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Chris was a great host, answered all questions we had. He checked in often to see how my family and I were enjoying the home. His place was amazing we loved it. The area was very quiet. It’s close to everything. Thanks Chris for making it a great experience

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

A true gem! Melinda and Neal’s house was a touch of heaven on earth. The house is an amazing adobe sits in a quiet neighborhood in Fallbrook and has a remarkable view! The house location, easy living layout and style alone is more worthy. Now add the most thoughtfully, serene, warm decor and you have this home! Even detail is thoughtfully curated. From the art to the books to the pillows and blankets. From the coffee makers - yes plural to the coffee left by the host. Nothing was not considered. We just wish we had more time to just enjoy! We will be back! Thank you, Melinda and Neal. Just what we needed. ❤️

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

My girlfriend and I decided we needed a retreat from the world. Elaine's place felt like it could be the right place. it was actually above and beyond! the view is to die for! watching the sun set from the hot tub was absolutely incredible! enjoying a morning coffee on the patio, and not having to hear anything, other than the wind and wildlife, brought a sense of peace to my life that I haven't felt in years! The kitchen is well stocked with usable pots and pans. it made for an amazing romantic dinner! the beds were definitely built for comfort! my only problem was that I have a bulging disc in my back. I was so lucky that there was an amazingly comfortable futon in the living room. we actually liked being in the living room more than anywhere else, so this bed suited us perfectly! I can't wait to go back and enjoy more private serenity! this place is perfect!!!!

Dear Holly, We would like to thank you for the most amazing and wonderful place for us to stay as our house is being repaired. It was a delightful and great experience for us. The two full months have flown by. We highly recommend this Home from the beautiful Gardens to the great pool and the out door barbecue. Once you are indoors there is everything anyone would need to entertain with crystal , china pot, Pans and most anything you might need . The decor is eclectic and interestingly lovely. The views are fabulous from any window you look out from! Needless to say we loved it and thank you for a wonderful two months!
