The place was absolutely inviting as soon as we pulled into the driveway. The view of the mountains with all that snow was beautiful. The kitchen has all sorts of cooking equipment for us to make meals. There are plenty of things to do on property if you aren’t up for hiking from the mini arcade to taking a dip in the well maintained hot tub. Was perfect for our groups board game weekend. No over complicated rules to follow like when checking in an apartment and check out was a breeze. The host was accommodating and responsive. Hope to be able to come back again when the weather is warmer!

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. Easy to find. Felt right at home and will go back the next time we are in the area. The location was right around all the places we needed to go. I highly recommend Tony’s place. David and Patsy Kingston, TN

Great place for the price and was well stocked with everything that could have made a great stay plus a responsive and friendly host

We had the most amazing time! From fishing on the dock, to walking the property, to relaxing in the hot tub. This weekend was exactly what we needed to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We never had to leave the property. Janice was quick to respond to questions and just an overall great host. I can’t wait to go back!

Great space for a group! Large bedrooms, easy instructions and beautiful surroundings. A few members of the group appreciated the large bathtubs. The back deck overlooked a pond and was a nice hang out spot. The check in staff at the main office were very friendly. This was our first time in the RRG area and there was so much to do and see we couldn’t fit it all it. We would love to rebook next time we come back!

The house is as shown in photos and it’s great location. It was very near to National bridge attraction and someone who likes rock climbing can also practice at sunny gym which is awesome setup at home. Sunny and his family are very helpful and very good in communication. Very simple house setup and near to all shopping centers.

Sunny's place makes a great basecamp for a weekend or month long climbing trip at the Red. You can't beat an airbnb with it's own small but packed climbing gym. Of all my airbnb stays, Sunny's friendly personality stands out above all the other airbnb hosts that I have met. I am not taking anything away from other hosts, it is just that Sunny really made us feel like distant family and that he was genuinely glad to see us arrive. We certainly will stay again and I highly recommend his place to any adventurous and down to earth people looking to stay in the area.
