We had a few hiccups as they made a human mistake with cleaning schedules but got the cabin quickly cleaned and reimbursed us half of Friday night and that truly meant so much to us! The only downfall about the cabin is the living room is very small with just a little love seat sofa and a wooden bench. We were a party of four and couldn’t all enjoy sitting together in the living room due to lack of comfortable place to sit besides the one sofa. It was gorgeous besides that and was so close to the main strip in pigeon forge which was amazing! The river was so peaceful also. We even had a photo shoot with my son and his girlfriend out back due to the beautiful scenery. The host are wonderful people who made things right by us for our troubles with a few things. They were quick to make things right so that’s what turned our experience around! Highly recommend this place for like a couple to go enjoy.

delio’s place was perfect for our short spring break trip. delio was great at communicating everything that we needed to know and answered all of our questions instantly. the view from our balcony and the hot tub was amazing especially since we’re from ohio and don’t have any mountains. we wished we would’ve written in the guest book because there was so many great recommendations and great stories of people that had stayed perviously. if you are thinking of booking this, we absolutely recommend it!

We rented this cabin for Spring Break 2025, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. After a busy day of exploring, it was such a relief to return to the serene cabin in the mountains and unwind. The cabin itself is fantastic—offering spaciousness, stunning views, and the tranquility we all needed to disconnect and recharge. Sabrina was an excellent host, always communicative and attentive (though thankfully everything was perfect, so we didn’t need to reach out). My 4-year-old keeps saying he wants to live there even after our trip has ended! We highly recommend this place and are already planning our return for next year.

Outdoor lovers paradise! This property had it all- pickleball, basketball, hiking, golf, swimming, putt-putt and fishing! We enjoyed fishing in the 3 ponds on site and caught nice size fish each day! We hiked a short distance to a beautiful waterfall and had a family fun putt-putt competition. The cottage is small but cozy and easily accommodated our family of 4. It included all the things you need including a relaxing deck with hot tub. The property was great for our exploring pup and had a nice fire pit for evenings outdoors with s’mores. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to return!

Proximity to everything was the best part. We have two smaller children so the is significantly cut down on car time, and allowed us to have more fun!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay. It was a perfect space for the kids as well. Dondi was very responsive. The location was close to a lot of restaurants. Overall, a great place!

little cove was absolutely perfect. great location, amenities, and price! the hot tub was my favorite part. highly recommend!!

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and our 10 year anniversary. It was clean, quiet, just as described in the listing, and perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Tim & Patti provided a guidebook which was so helpful when planning our trip, during our stay, and when checking out. Highly recommend!

Loveeee this cabin the view is great and hearing the birds in the morning was lovely.Truly recommend going on balcony during sunset get a perfect view. Cabin looks even better in person. Kim gave very clear and helpful instructions and also checked in on us. Would book this cabin againnn
