The location was nice, and the host was really responsive when we reached out to her. There were a few problems such as broken doors and an unpleasant smell that started as a mildew smell and turned into the smell of sewage. They explained to us that it might be due to the nearby road work and that it’s not something that has happened before. We got a refund after explaining the situation to them so we appreciate the host trying to make things right for us. Other than that, there was a good amount of space, was pretty clean, and they had entertainment on the TV so we could watch movies which made the stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

I was so happy with this apartment. It was so close to the base. And Hugo allowed our daughter to come hang out with us at the apartment. He was wonderful and so helpful. My kiddo spilled milk in my back seat. All I had to do was text Hugo about a carpet shampooing machine. And he brought it right to the apartment for me to use. I mean you couldn't ask for a better host. He allowed me to park in his spot right upfront. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Do yourself a favor and Book this apartment.

Airbnb was beautiful clean location was nice, Monica was very professional responsive was fast I would book again.

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve stayed in, this definitely lands on the top internationally. Excellent for short visits as well as long stays. Host is responsive and amiable, never felt like I wasn’t taken care of. Location is perfect as well, very central and close to everything.

This was a beautiful place with an excellent view of Lake Michigan. Both rooms had comfortable beds and setup with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, but we mostly ordered Grub Hub, lol. Loved spending time here and great place to hangout and chat with friends. It is right on the water and we really enjoyed watching the waves crash against the barrier. It is on the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not bad at all. Felt very safe and having the parking space is a great perk. Very commutative and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great unit, perfect for our needs! Very roomy and well-maintained. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is difficult to find *anything* to quibble about, but: The laundry room, though very convenient, is very busy, requiring us more than once to wait for an opening or to shift loads of others from one machine to another. This is the fifth BnB we have stayed at in Chicago and the very best! Thank you, Joseph and Billy!

Everything was great except for the temperature, its was really cold and the heater was working . But everything else went perfectly fine .

Spotlessly clean. Low-key beautiful and peaceful, with very lovely lakeshore light. Should be three times more expensive than it is. For the price, this might be the best Airbnb in all of Chicago. I will stay there again.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet with beautiful views. Being able to sit in the hot tub and take in the sunset was incredible. Any questions we had were answered quickly by this very kind host.

Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood and not too far from our venue. Bikash was super responsive and even recommended a great place to try out Chicago deep dish pizza.

Reginald's place is great if you're in the Milwaukee area! Not far from downtown, peaceful neighborhood. Reginald was very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately.

Tiare’s place was per the description and comfortable. The driveway was well shoveled/cleared after the snow. Place is conveniently located for our trip purpose.

We loved our stay at Flynn’s place!! Very clean … walkable and safe neighborhood! Wonderful character, decor, and preservation of historical features of the home! The upstairs kitchen was fantastic for cooking and gathering for coffee in mornings around large peninsula island. The home was very spacious for 8 adults! Flynn was very friendly and responsive host!!

Alex is a great host! Dog friendly places are hard to find and his place made my dog feel super comfortable. Love this place and definitely will be back.

Property was just as expected. Older home, clean and perfect for our family of 5 giving those who needed it their own room. Walking distance to Brady St and some local breweries. Safe neighborhood. Quiet neighbors.

Alex's place was perfect for us, 2 older, active parents visiting their son who lives nearby. The location was terrific, short walk to public transportation, nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and warm (important for the cold Chicago climate!) and we enjoyed the available board games. Alex's restaurant/bar recommendations were much appreciated. We caught an indie band at Metro Chicago, saw a movie at a Landmark cinema, went to a Blackhawks hockey game at the United Center and had several great meals. Tons of stuff to do in Chicago. Some guests have referred to this apartment as a basement apartment and I guess technically it is as it is submerged but it really felt like it was simply a ground floor apartment. It was bright, warm and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend staying here!

The host was friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries whether it was a phone call or an email. The location of the property is in a wonderful, gated community and very close to the town area and restaurants. Has a club house on site which was also convenient. The golf course was beautiful, and my sons would love to come back next year to try out the course. We had glorious fall weather and were able to enjoy the screened-in porch when we returned in the evening from our activities. I did not care for the spiral staircase at the entry halls' end to enter the lower level, made me nervous. Was glad that I'm not too old and that my sons aren't children any longer so we could manage them.

We had a wonderful, peaceful time staying with Jeremiah and Maysa. They were kind, extremely communicative, and when our family came over to visit everyone commented on what a beautiful home it was. 10/10. Also, extremely fast WiFi, great for working from home for multiple people who were on video calls.

Great location. Very quiet street and public transportation, both buses and CTA train station, nearby. Beautiful apartment!

We had a good time and liked that the location was central so we didn't have to drive much and could walk. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and the Riverside Theater was a 2 minute walk.

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful condo. The view of Lake Como was spectacular and it was nice to have paved areas to walk. The condo was super clean and had all the kitchen amenities we needed to make meals. The bed was comfy too! The condo was quiet and provided a peaceful getaway. The only negative was that the fireplace often shut off indicating it was “hot” even after hours of no use. The fireplace worked well at times and wouldn’t turn on at other times.

we visit lake geneva once a year for garycon-- in the condo we had a safe and quiet place to unwind -- after a noisy and busy day of gaming- we loved the kitchen - had everything we needed to cook our meals- we loved having two bathrooms - plenty of room - we cannot wait till next year and we hope that we can stay with rachel again- fantastic place-

Brian was a great host very responsive and welcoming. The space is very comfortable, quiet and has everything you need and more. Thank you for the bidets in each bathroom. I still don’t understand how this is not standard in every home. Would definitely stay here again!
