Stayed here for the night after a wedding. Accurate description, comfortable beds and clean.

Charming home! Was perfect size and location for our family. Very homey and backyard space was perfect for outdoor dinners. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I were very impressed with the Airbnb! It was very clean and spacious. My only things worth noting are that the flatscreen tv cannot connect with the DVD players as it runs off of HDMI, as well as the fact that I couldn't find more toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. Other than that, the host was very helpful and kind whenever I messaged them, and I recommend anyone staying at their place!

Another great stay. Always look forward to our stay here. The place is always as described. The view of the river is amazing either from the house or down on the dock. Highly recommend if you looking for a nice quiet place to stay. Janet is always helpful with anything you may need.

Incredibly good accommodations, easy check in and a whole book with recommendations! Incredibly spacious for the price, in a really private area of Richmond 15 minutes away from anywhere you might wanna go in the city. Big recommend!

This was place was amazing to stay at! The house was as pictured, plenty of room/beds for our friend group, and awesome backyard with a pickleball court that’s in great condition! Frank was really responsive and such a nice host. There was even a box of donuts waiting for us as we checked in which were so delicious! (Thanks Frank!) The only thing I’d say could have been improved is that the outside grill area was not very clean (broken glass bottles, multiple dead lighters, rust build up on the grill cover, etc.) but everywhere else in the backyard was nice and tidy. Also, it’s entirely alley/street parking which got a little rough with needing to park a few cars from our group. Overall this place is definitely worth it!! And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place to any big group wanting to experience the Richmond area.

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

this is a very quiet place to stay with a very large living room. sitting in the back yard overlooking the creek was a nice place to be in a little bit of nature.

We love Church Hill, and Christine and Derk’s place was perfect for us for the weekend. They were very thoughtful, from having milk and creamer in the fridge, to leaving us a personalized welcome card that was incredibly sweet. Their home had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful space with lots of character, and in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

Casey's place was one of the nicest lodgings on Airbnb that I've/we've had. The Henry Lofts are beautiful and equal to the home I am used to. Clean, beautifully decorated, near restaurants and walkable, and a very enjoyable stay. Casey was always responsive and when I didn't understand the heating Casey addressed the situation immediately. I plan to visit and stay regularly now when in Petersburg. He wrote a welcome note and a lovely Guidebook with a description of places to see and his rating. Thank you Casey!!

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a wedding and I was in a great location. Matt was very responsive to us and extremely communicative!

This was one of my favorite trips to richmond, because I got to stay in such a rare location in the fan. it might be an english basement, but it managed to be ultra comfy! the guidebook that the host put together was very informative and truly accurate to richmond, I highly recommend looking at it when you're here!

It was a beautiful home and well worth the price. The apartment was spotless and quiet at night despite how close to the city it was. There are a ton of local restraunts and places open late that are close by. I felt very safe and at home, beautiful setup inside and would definetly recommend!
