I always stay at Simon’s when I work in the area. Well equipped, a nice base in the town.

Had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s place on our trip to Hay-on-Wye. The place is clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely big bathroom with a great shower. Communication was great and friendly. With Dawn’s clear instructions, the place is very easy to find. Extremely quiet and perfect for a restful stay in Hay - exactly what we needed! Will recommend to others.

Amazing space, highly recommend staying here. Home from home every creature comfort you can think of. Lovely estate wonderful walks and amazing to see the pheasant shoot taking place. Will definitely stay here again, in fact cant wait as its ideal for exploring so many wonderful places.

A really unique property, don't be fooled by it's location off the lane once you get inside,it's a pleasant mix of modern and old. The wine Cellar is somewhere I'd definitely recommend and would book again myself. Lush walks around the Village, Cathedral and the Peace Gardens are on the doorstep quite literally. There's loads of hiking to be had as well, really friendly people and a 10 minute walk from the property takes you down to Brecon Canal Basin and I nice trip up the Canal up to The Viaduct,my only regret is I didn't book it for longer. It's such a lovely place and well equipped. Almost feels like home. Restaurants are within 2 mins walk. Definitely I'd like to recommend and come again if needed.

We booked with late notice for New Years and Roz was wonderful! She gave plenty of helpful information and was incredibly friendly! In a beautiful location and the accommodation was so comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Thank you Roz!

Regardless of the weather, we enjoyed our stay immensely. After a long journey, it was wonderful to find a beautiful setting and walk into a warm, clean and very welcoming Coach House. Everything was as described by Paul and Dianne and all the various contacts for restaurants, visits and medical help were gratefully appreciated. Being next to the Haford Hotel was brilliant and we enjoyed the food and drink, especially the excellent Warrior beer. Also to be yards away from the Devil’s Bridge and Nature walk was brilliant and we enjoyed the visits there and also the steam train journey through the wonderful Cambrian Mountains. There is such a lot to visit, one needs a lot longer than our time, but there is always another day. Thanks must be given to Paul and Dianne for making it really enjoyable.

We were visiting the Hay Festival and it was a perfect location for our unfortunately short visit. Excellent meal at local restaurant. Caroline was extremely helpful and it was a lovely place to stay.

The location of the flat was perfect, 7-10mn on foot from the local restaurants and same distance from the big interchange bus station, allowing for a calm environment, with a pen y fan view, but an easy access to Brecon city center AND, for those of us that are car challenged, easy access by bus and to the bus station to go hiking up the Pen Y Fan and Corn Du. Victoria was the perfect host, very reactive and understanding of backpack room limitation ! If we go back to Brecon, we know where to knock !

Lovely house/apartment, really clean and smart. I stayed whilst cycling Lon Las and Rachel was accommodating re keeping a bicycle securely overnight. Perfect place for a comfortable overnight rest and plenty options for food locally.

Really enjoyed my stay! Property was beautiful and exactly as listed! Anne was responsive and helpful, village was a close walk for necessities. Only challenge encountered was regarding the location, taxis can be infrequent to get ahold of/organize so if you’re not driving yourself be aware and plan ahead.

This is the perfect base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Tonnes of options for dinning out, we will definitely be back to try more of them! Clare gave really clear instructions and some fantastic recommendations. The flat was perfect for a weekend getaway!

The place was very clean and was exactly like the pictures and description. It was very cosy and close to good scenery.

We had a lovely couple of days here. Warm and welcoming. Nice views in a quiet area. Ann was very friendly and thoughtful leaving fresh scones out for us and some lovely flowers on the dining table. The jacuzzi was great as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Joey was a friendly host, we actually ended up meeting him and his family in the local pub. He allowed us extra time to check out due to snowy conditions which meant it had somewhat cleared before we set off. The appartment itself was a lovely space and easy to find. The hot tub was a nice addition to the snowy conditions and felt nice and private. I would definitely recommend staying here and will look to book again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this apartment - it’s lovely and cosy and has everything you need for a stay. It’s in walking distance to everywhere in Hay-on-Wye and Emma has great recommendations including local walks and cafes. We’d definitely come back (again)!

Excellent location for exploring the local area, restaurant had a great menu and delicious food, wide range of drinks available and peaceful area

Stayed for 10 nights in 'The Loft' in February 25, absolutely stunning location, the property was beautiful, arrived to lovely local shortbread and a bottle of fizz, such a lovely touch. The place is amazing... I don't know how else to describe it! It was way above what I expected. Yes the road going up to it was a single lane and at times muddy, but this is a remote location and definitely worth it for the stargazing, the peacefulness of it. It was fabulous 🥰 Friendly hosts, friendly goats, beautiful waddling ducks and noisy but cute geese! 🥰

Had the most amazing 2 nights stay. The bath is what made me book this place, which me and my partner shared for a couple of hours. Took an hour drive out to do a hike up Cadair Idris on the 2nd day, so the jacuzzi for afterwards was perfect. I could have stayed for longer as it was so peaceful, would definitely recommend
