O espaço é como anunciado. apartamento muito limpo, confortável e próximo de tudo que precisávamos. Anfitrião educado e gentil. Só tenho que agradecer e com certeza recomendo.

War leider nur ein sehr kurzer Trip nach Graz, aber auf jeden Fall habe ich es genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr lieb und heimlich. Habe mich wohl gefühlt!

tolle, saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, flexibler Check-In

L’alloggio é molto ben curato e pulito, gli spazi sono ben arredati e i dettagli molto ben curati. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la chiave al check-in ma l’host l’ha risolto in brevissimo tempo, un po’ lontano dal centro se ci si sposta a piedi, ma noi avevamo la macchina e non é stato un problema. Das Waldhaus ist ein außergewöhnlich schöner Ort zum Entspannen! Unsere Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber, die Umgebung ist wundervoll, die Rehe grasen sozusagen direkt vor der Tür. Von dort lassen sich viele Wanderrouten und tolle Ausblicke schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. Ariane und ihre ganze Familie sind wirklich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Wir kommen irgendwann wieder 😊 vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt, und der Gastgeber war seeehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar :) war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt

Magnifique appartement avec tout l’équipement dont vous avez besoin pour un long séjour. Idéal avec un enfant, car tout est disponible (lit bébé, chaise haute, vaisselle pour enfant, etc.). L’appartement était également très propre à notre arrivée ! Je recommande vivement pour les familles qui ont besoin de faire un séjour prolongé.

Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

Solo puedo poner 5 estrellas pero se merece más, puedo decir que Florián ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido, todo lo que describió era exacto, yo tenía dudas sobre cómo estacionar y me explico claramente cómo funcionaba, reservé con 7 meses de anticipación y a cada pregunta que hice de manera cortés y rápidamente me respondía. El apartamento es una taza de plata, impecable, súper limpio con vista a un patio frondoso, a media cuadra de un gran supermercado, dormí 5 noches perfectas y para cierre con mucha pena le pregunté si podía salir 2 horas más tarde y modificó de inmediato al personal de limpieza para que llegara más tarde sin problema. De repetir, sin dudarlo.

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

Wir waren 1. Woche zu 2. und 2 Hunden dort. Die Lage ist ruhig und für die Hunde gibt es schöne Gassistrecken. Die Wohnung war super zu erreichen Parkplatze ist direkt vor Ort. Eine schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit ordentlicher Grundausstattung in der Küche. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und zum entschleunigen vom Alltag. 🙂

I had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s cozy apartment in Graz. The location is great, with excellent public transport links to the city center, making it easy to explore. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Stephanie was an amazing host—helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Graz!

Danke an Susanne für diese tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns toll aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön hergerichtet und die Sauna und der außen Hot Tube waren perfekt! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Nikolaus für 1 Woche zu Gast. Wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles TOP! Unterkunft was super sauber, Nikolaus sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine vollste Empfehlung! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Birken Suite! Die 4 Tage „Entspannung “ für uns waren perfekt und die Wohnung bietet wirklich viel Privatsphäre. Jeden Morgen wurden frische Eier an die Tür geliefert – eine schöne Geste! Auch das Frühstück konnte dazugebucht werden. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, ideal zum vergessen des Alltagsstress. Am Whirlpool hat man genug Privatsphäre, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. In der Wohnung hat es insgesamt an nichts gefehlt, alles war Bestens! Sie ist wunderschön Ausgestattet und hergerichtet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Annika & Manfred aus Bayern.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, Andreas remek házigazda, a szállás tiszta volt, és rendezett. Minden volt, amire szükségünk volt. A kilátás csodás a teraszról, irigylem őket, hogy ilyen szuper helyen lakhatnak :) A bolt (Billa) egy rövid sétatávolságon belül van. A helyet megjegyeztük magunknak, megpróbálunk majd visszamenni valamikor.

It is a great place close to Graz, the apartment is equipped with all the essential appliances, the wifi connection is good and stable - if you consider remote work, don't hesitate, you can do it without any issues like we did. Larger ski resorts can be found within 2h drive from the place, also there are open air thermal pools in the area. If you are looking for fresh air and nice walks in the forest then you don't even need to go anywhere - it's all right there. The hosts are so sweet people - is was a great stay and we are looking forward to coming back some time!

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε μου προσδοκία και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου! Το διαμέρισμα είχε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμουν, ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και ασφαλές. Η περιοχή απίστευτη, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε τραμ, γεμάτη ζωή. Η Eva απίστευτα φιλική, απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως και με βοήθησε πολλές φορές, ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα. Θα το σύστηνα και θα επέστρεφα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Hat alles super gepasst, tolle Beschreibung von Mark. Die Badewanne war ja natürlich der absolute Hammer, auch der Rest war super sauber und alles hat gepasst. Einzig einen Stromausfall gab es, aber Mark hatte gleich eine Lösung und die hat funktioniert 💪🏼 Das einzige was eventuell zu bemängeln ist das Haus von außen, aber wenn man in die Wohnung kommt ist man gleich in einer anderen wunderschönen Wohnung. Wenn wir wieder mal on Graz sind kommen wir liebend gerne wieder 🤗
