I had a very comfortable stay. The description is accurate, it's a studio, so not too big but very functional, and plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. A rather spacious bathroom however with a big shower. I was off tourist season so that may help, but it's clearly a quiet building, well insulated, and the few people around seemed to have a good time doing their work in the lobbies around the swimming pool. So a nice, quiet, studious vibe, I would say. The pool is great. I'm a swimmer and I need a minimum size to be happy, and I was often alone in the pool. So very satisfied with that. The kitchen's ustensils need an upgrade, but that's my general experience in Thailand. The cuisine is so delicious and varied, I understand not many people can be bothered to cook! So BnBs don't give you the right stuff to cook with, sadly. But Europeans need to cook a little and the landlord could make western tourists very happy by just adding a few things.

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. it felt like a resort. The pool was the highlight. Security guards were always friendly. The apartment was clean and adequate for all our needs. The kitchen had the bare minimum basics but it was fine for us as we only had breakfast in the apartment. We would definitely recommend this place and come back again.

Thanks to Eric who taking care of this room, he is very helpful and easy to communicate. Everything is good for the price, and would be perfect if the bathroom not smell from drained water, and one bedroom queen size is very hard mattress like sleep on rock, the king size bed is very comfortable.

I had a wonderful 4 nights in Hua Hin. Praow's condo was exactly as it's portrayed in the photos. I loved how spacious it was, and the views from the 3 balconies were spectacular, especially the sunrise on the horizon each morning. The condo had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. I would go back in a heartbeat! Praow was extremely responsive and answered my questions within 30 minutes. The pool was also very clean and close to the beach. I had such a relaxing time.

Excellent location across the road from Market Village mall and surrounding restaurants with the beach on the doorstep of the residence. Comfortable, quiet place with all the amenities as described. Support staff are friendly and responsive.

Nice condo, washing machine on balcony was a nice touch. This place made you feel safe and secure as the security and locked door was well monitored. The only request to host was a second key which was delivered that afternoon. No issues all information was provided in an email prior to leaving for the trip. We liked it alot and planning to return next year. jim

this is a new complex 15 min walk to town ,if you need to go better bars close by. beach 5 min walk 2 shopping malls close by ,the apartment very small for a long stay , but had all you need , large pool friendly staff

Прекрасный, уютный кондоминимум, красивая территория! Хорошее, чистое постельное бельё. Удобный матрас. Не хватало очень антимоскитных сеток, детей искусали комары. Нет утюга. Если поставите антимоскитные сетки и поменяете сковородки , тогда мы к вам вернемся снова.

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Prachtige locatie en pracht woning. vlakbij het zandstrand en makkelijk naar de uitgaan gelegenheden en markten etc. Gewoonweg een top plek, waar je heerlijk strand vakantie kan houden in Thailand en ook nog eens kan genieten van een heerlijk zwembad. complimenten!!

Everything was perfect! Me and my kids really enjoyed a big pool. We spent 2 nights there. But not enough! Hope we can come back next time!

Great location in hua hin, 5 minute drive to cicada market, responsive and helpful host. A very, very clean and well maintained villa. Would stay again.

Excellent location, close to the main road, albeit a little tough to walk during hot weather, but still great. Host is excellent, very responsive with lots of great suggestions and recommendations for our first time visiting Hua Hin. House was lovely, fulfilled all our needs and then some. Would definitely use this house on next visit to Hua Hin, highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this Airbnb as it is a beautiful small apartment in a very quiet location. We enjoyed the pool outdoors and the air-conditioned lounge area to sit and relax. Our room was clean and everything was very good in terms of kitchen supplies, etc. This accommodation is well worth the money.

We loved our time in Samuel's condo. It has everything you need for an extended stay and is lovely and quiet despite being in a bigger complex. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The swimming pools are perfectly maintained and it was surprisingly easy to find a spot to relax most times of day especially in the morning. Across the road there is a little coffee stall that makes fantastic coffee for 50 baht. There is a Tops Daily across the road and a mini Big C a short walk away. Other places we enjoyed were Vela Coffee opposite Cicada Market and BaanBunMa futher down the road towards Khao Takiab. We had an awesome stay and hope to return next year.

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

The first thing I noticed when I went into the condo is it looked more dated than the pictures indicated. But was OK. Getting to the pool is through five building freeways it's not a bad walk. The pool is fantastic. The grounds around the pool again fantastic. You could put one of your tanning beds on the seawall and have a really really nice view of the bay. Then there are steps going down to the beach. The staff were very helpful the security people were great. You are close to everything directly across the street is Bangkok Bank. Also HueHin Village mall directly across the street with all kinds of restaurants and a market on the basement level. Yes I would stay in this condo again.

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

we had a great 3 weeks stay. there was some construction work outside our window which we did not expect, but other then that every thing was great. location is perfect just near the 2 night markets that works on the weekend. The swimming pool is amazing. I highly recommend.

My extended family and I had an amazing two-month stay at this large and well-equipped modern 3-bedroom apartment. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this place was designed for comfort and relaxation. The location was excellent for us. Just a few steps from the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed beach walks at low tide. Being conveniently close to the night markets, restaurants, a Tops daily and other attractions allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in everything Hua Hin has to offer. The apartment itself was immaculate, offering plenty of natural light and spacious areas to relax. Whether lounging in the living room or enjoying meals together. A few gems that added to our experience: Buy fresh baked bread from Andreanna's, savor a seaside dinner at Let's Sea, and treat yourself to yourself to a day of rejuvenation at Jintana Herb Sauna by the Beach. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, style, and an ideal location in Hua Hin.

Great apartment. Super clean. It was very well equipped with everything you need plus extras that a lot of other places don't offer such as a coffee machine, plenty of kitchenware, clingfilm and paper towel. Nice and light with a sweet balcony overlooking established trees and the pool.

Nice flat, clean, comfortable and walking distance to the restaurants. The facilities are really nice, especially the pool. The check in is not the smoothest though.
