Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Hua Hin was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property that exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we also took advantage of the delicious local dining options nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the villa staff. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful villa with a gorgeous pool and garden area. We had 2 super weeks here as a base to explore. Very friendly owner and property manager. Lovely small town, 3mins drive which has everything you could need, massage, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants etc. Beach 10mins drive. One of the newer and more modern villas we've stayed in throughout Thailand, recommended.

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra en fantastisk ferie i Khao tao, ca 10 minutter i taxa fra hua Hin centrum. Det koster ca et sted mellem 200 og 350 bath (6 personer i tuk tuk) og få en taxa til Hua hin. Lejligheden var stor og perfekt til os, og den havde den allerbedste udsigt nogensinde, det kunne ikke være bedre. Vi fik en Maid til at komme 3 gange om ugen og hun var helt fantastisk hun var så grundig og dygtig hun både gjorde rent og ryddede op og skiftede sengetøj en gang om ugen og lagde vores rene vasketøj sammen. Infinity poolen var intet mindre end fantastisk, og lækker varm. Vi havde den stort set for os selv, vi oplevede kun et par andre bruge den ganske lidt og aldrig når vi var i den. Det kunne ikke være bedre. Der lå 2 lækre restauranter i gåafstand fra lejligheden og mange andre lokale spisesteder, hvis man er til en mere autentisk thai mad oplevelse. Best Western Hotel lå lige ved siden af lejligheden og her kunne man også låne deres pool og få en lækker (lidt dyr) drinks.

The property and pools are large and lush and well cared for. Some pool loungers and all umbrellas need to be replaced. Location and access to the beach are perfect. The condo looks like it is portrayed in the pictures. It is well stocked and has pretty much everything you will need. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen is showing it’s age. Vanessa was very easy to communicate with and responded to any issues immediately. A great place to spend a few weeks in Thailand.

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

An excellent stay with a most excellent and communicative host. Communications were top drawer from the moment we booked until the day we left. We asked for some provisions before arrival to assist and this was carried out completely and to a very high standard. A mid stay clean and bed linen change was organised and conducted to an exceptional level. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the Villa. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and to have a most amazing time.

Baan Tony is a lovely place. The house is split into multiple sections, with bedrooms and living room all surrounding the stunning pool (two main bedrooms at one end, living room in the middle and the two smaller rooms the other side) with the kitchen, laundry and garage slightly off to one side so they don’t spoil the pool effect. Garden was immaculately kept with blooming flowers everywhere. The place is also gated for security with only two other places near by (both also massive so no where near really). There’s a big tv and sound system in the main room plus board games and a desk for work plus outdoor speakers. The staff (cleaners mainly but also a security guard and gardeners) were all very friendly and deeply respectful. Ted himself manages the property on behalf of his family from Holland. It’s been built and owned by his family for decades and he knows everything about the property and area. Very friendly and responsive. Would 💯 go back.

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

Mon séjour dans cette maison a été une expérience inoubliable, non seulement grâce à la beauté des lieux, mais surtout grâce à l'accueil exceptionnel de mes hôtes. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été reçu avec une gentillesse et une bienveillance rares. Ils m'ont même invité à dîner dans leur propre maison et même au restaurant. Nous avons partager des moments conviviaux qui m'ont fait sentir comme chez moi. Chaque matin, j'avais le plaisir de déguster un petit-déjeuner gargantuesque, aussi copieux que délicieux. Des produits frais, des saveurs authentiques et une attention aux moindres détails qui rendaient ces moment encore plus agréable. De plus, l'ambiance de la ville est tout aussi envoûtante : paisible, chaleureuse, avec un charme hors du temps qui invite à la détente et à la découverte. Une véritable parenthèse enchantée ! Leur hospitalité est tout simplement hors du commun. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience, je recommande cette maison les yeux fermés ! Mille Merci

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

parfait; notre séjour c est très bien déroulé machine a laver en supp à la hôtel très pratique piscine, plage, bar, transat en bas de l immeuble. appartement au 2iem et dernier étage, calme service de chambre tt les jours. bref super emplacement, parking, vue, propreté c etait super !

I really enjoyed my stay at Ravinan's villa. Ravinan is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. She was very helpful, fast and responsive. I arrived late and she provided a variety of snacks and water. It's a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and recreation. The garden is like an oasis, very lush, with many different exotic plants and trees, a true little tropical paradise. The pool is immaculate, beautiful, clean, very long, and has a nice depth, perfect for cooling off. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The view from the first floor is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. There are many interesting things to see in the area, I would recommend a scooter. Ravinan, thank you again for everything 🙏🤗

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

环境非常优美，有一个大泳池，泳池的水也非常的干净，看得出房东很用心的在经营着这栋房子。房东人很好，沟通很顺畅，有任何的需求和疑问房东都会为你解决。入住的地方离海边也算是比较近，打车通行非常的方便。给我五天的旅行带来了很不错的体验。

Kae was very responsive and she actually bought a grill for us when she did not need to! She made sure that we had everything we needed. She is one of the best host we had experienced through Airbnb because of her unmatched hospitality. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes up again.

Great apartment at a very nice condominium , very nice big swimming pool , lovely little gym , apartment has all you need , location is also very convenient. Jesse is a great host , responds very fast and is very helpful I can sincerely highly recommend this place

Fantastic place! Quiet, safe, spacious. Two minutes walking from a beautiful and more or less empty beach. Access to everything. Highly recommended! The only minus is no kitchen or living room inside the house. This area is outside, comfortable and spacious outdoor sitting area with sofa’s and tables. And no cooking possibilities or utensils. The bedrooms are really big and with comfortable beds, but no more furnishings or kitchen equipment. Air conditioning is the most smooth l have ever experienced!

Das Haus ist großartig in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Anlage. Wir wurden sehr gut von André betreut, er war immer hilfsbereit. Es war ein toller Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus !

From beginning to end Chris was friendly and welcoming, so we knew whatever issues we had (and what larks we had!) would be resolvable and smooth. The villa itself is lovely and spacious, the garden nicely kept with friendly neighbours while the pool was a godsend on hot days. Using the gas barbecue was so nice in such lovely surroundings, under the palm trees. If you have your own transport it would be beneficial, but we managed everything using Grab and Bolt fairly seamlessly.

A really nice villa that was just right for our group of two couples & a single adult. Jocelyn and Gayle are outstanding hosts and are very responsive to messages. We love this area and the proximity of the villa to the beach and there's plenty of local restaurants that serve excellent Thai food at great prices. Our two favourites were Tonto & Krua Ban Pa. The villa has a very relaxing vibe and is really comfortable. The helper comes in every day to empty the trash and the beds/towels were changed every week. The pool guy comes in twice a week to clean and the big pool is an excellent focal point. WiFi, smart TV and other amenities in the villa are all great. Beds are large and comfortable and the villa is in a quiet area but only one block back from the beach road. We had nothing whatsoever to criticise & would happily stay again. It was really good that enough bicycles were available for us to use and we cycled pretty much every day to the beach, local 7-11, lunch and dinner out.
