Pragelato : locations de maisons de vacances

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! We verbleven met vijf personen en onze honden in dit mooie boerderijhuis in Racconigi. De grote omheinde tuin vol perenbomen en bloemen was perfect om de honden los te laten. Het zwembad is groot en diep, en het nabijgelegen badhuis met barbecueplek maakte het helemaal af. Het huis zelf is ruim en charmant ingericht, met ventilatoren in de slaapkamers die ’s avonds voor verkoeling zorgen. Het verblijf ligt mooi in de natuur en centraal: binnen 20 tot 30 minuten ben je in Bra, Cherasco, Turijn en Fossano. Racconigi is klein, maar supermarkten zijn op loopafstand. We hebben enorm genoten en raden dit verblijf zeker aan!

Super chalet, le spa est génial, le sauna / hammam sont à lancer en avance pour être chaud en rentrant du ski ! Equipements au top : cuisine, sono, télé. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont parfaites. Un peu éloigné des pistes, les navettes sont aléatoires et peu pratiques, il vaut mieux marcher que de les attendre. Le service pour l'arrivée et le départ est top. Merci à Sandra !

Tiziana è una Supehost attenta ai minimi particolari. Si è impegnata e prodigata con l'obbiettivo di farci sentire a casa nostra. L'alloggio è ottimo e carino, super attrezzato, sia per gli elettrodomestici che per la biancheria fornita in tutti i locali, dalla cucina alla camera da letto. Tutti i locali compreso il l bagno sono estremamente puliti ed igienizzati,dotati di tutti i confort. In dotazione abbiamo trovato lenzuola, asciugamani, accappatoio per la doccia, asciugapiatti per la cucina, shampoo, saponi, carta igienica. Tiziana oltre a fornire tutti gli accessori che sono indispensabili in un appartamento, ci ha messo a disposizione anche il frigor con acqua gasata e naturale, inoltre ci ha permesso di accedere alla cucina con il privilegio di usufruire di biscotti e cibo per la colazione. L' alloggio è spazioso, luminoso, completo di riscaldamento e aria condizionata, tutto in ottimo stato, arredato con cura e gusto. Nel giardino esterno è presente una piscina stupenda.

It’s a lovely place. Quiet but some nice places to visit and some great local restaurants nearby. The children loved the swimming pool. The nature is stunning. Thanks for the lovely stay

Hôte super réactif, contacté le matin pour un siphon bouché, il est passé dès le soir. l’appartement est super bien agencé et équipé. Juste en face de l’arrêt de la navette, où à moins de dix minutes à pied du télécabine tout neuf du PONTILLAS qui vous dépose au cœur du domaine.

Séjour très agréable. Très bon accueil . Très bonne réactivitée et communication avec Sévèrine et Bruno. L équipement est de qualité et facilite la vie de groupe.

This house is in a great location in Saint Julien Mont Denis. It is quiet village and the garden at the property is completely private. Our family loved the pool which is overlooked from large kitchen windows and a vine covered terrace (the grapes were delicious!). There is a bakery, a pharmacy and a couple of restaurants in the village. There are several beautiful walks accessable from the property - some up the lower slopes of the mountains and some through the valley. This is not a soulless holiday home but is clearly lived in by a family for at least part of each year and we felt instantly at home. A short drive away, out of the valley there is stunning mountain scenery in all directions.

Gîte très bien équipé et très agréable ! Il y fait bon vivre ! La place de parking et le garage sont très appréciables en hiver, entre autres commodités ! Merci à Greg et Salima !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Edith La maison était conforme aux photos Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment entre amis Les stations sont rapidement accessibles et l’environnement et très nature. Nous avons adoré. Pour les amoureux, de la nature, du calme et de l’authenticité. Le spot est idéal, nous retournerons certainement chez Edith l’année prochaine. Sergio

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité des commerces et des pistes ! Il est spacieux, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est confortable et le logement est bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel par Jordane ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

We had a lovely time in this home! Carlo was very kind and helpful- he was there whenever we needed help. The house is very nice and modern, with most utilities you will need. The property is beautiful, spacious and quiet! We had a few little things throughout our stay, but nothing major. The beds were a bit harder than we like. It’s a bit difficult to go up and down those stairs, especially at night to the bathroom. Also, the stairs in the second bedroom are steep and difficult to navigate. The main bedroom has two holes high up on the wall so light always comes in. There is construction on the property which can be loud if sitting outside, but can’t hear much while inside. The couch area only fits 3 maybe 4 people- it was fine for us but it would be difficult if there is more people. And we wish the tv was a smart tv so we could stream something. Overall, the house is very nice. The property is well kept and pretty. We had a great time and we hope to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’ appartement est parfait, spacieux, bien équipée, propre , idéal pour famille avec 2 enfants. L’emplacement est top, en plein centre du village tout en étant très calme, avec une belle vue dégagée. Accès au piste facile à pied. Nous avons passé 3 jours au Chalet La Mourée. Tout s’est très bien passé. Seul petit bémol, une des grandes chambres avec un lit double + lit simple à des stores qui n’occulte absolument aucune lumière donc impossible de dormir après 8h.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amandine. Son logement, impeccablement propre et parfaitement équipé, offrait tout le confort nécessaire. Amandine est une hôte exceptionnelle, attentionnée et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement son hébergement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Bella casa, magnifica posizione comoda per diverse passeggiate

Zeer vriendelijk en correct, altijd snelle reactie op vragen! Host liet weten dat we de woning sneller konden betreden én dat we langer konden blijven. Huis zag eruit precies zoals in de beschrijving! Huis is perfect gelegen om te gaan skiën. Parkeergelegenheid dichtbij én makkelijk om naar ski station te rijden (ongeveer 20 minuten). Er passeert ook een bus naar ski station vlakbij. Absoluut aan te raden!

Nous avons passé quelques jours délicieux dans le logement de Sylvie à St Véran. Un village au grand charme authentique et vivant et au cœur du massif montagneux offrant de grandes possibilités d’activités sportives dans une massif préservé.

Entre Valmeinier 1800 et Valmeinier village, l'emplacement est très paisible et les accès avec la navette très pratiques. La location est par ailleurs très bien équipée. Accueil impeccable !

Rocco has been of a lot of help. We had a very serious incident with the car when we were close to the house. We could not arrive because the car broke. Rocco was super helpful even though it was not his responsibility at all. In the end all went well but would not have been the case if Rocco would not have helped as much. The house is great and as announced. It's in a neighbourhood that is 3Km away from Sestriere. There is not much to do in that neighbourhood apart from resting and a couple of restaurants. We new that was the case so no problem at all. Just mentioning this because you need to have a car if you want to go on a dinner(shopping in Sestriere because the navette that connects the house with Sestriere doesn't run after 19.00 (or 17.00 depending on the season). Overall great accommodation and very helpful host.

Nous étions 8 (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et nous étions largement à notre aise. Le gite était parfait, superbe vue sur les montagnes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à Chateauroux-les-Alpes pour faire de petites courses en plus du marché :) Bref. Parfait !
