The apartment was clean, check in was quick, everything went well. Location was great and everything went well. Communication was also very easy and the hosts provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

Дом полностью соответствует своему названию "Дом Медведя". Это настоящая медвежья берложка или хоббитячья норка, где тепло, уютно, удобно, тихо и полное ощущение дома. Домик расположен в глубине сада. Есть все, что нужно - плита, микроволновка, тостер, гриль, посуда, холодильник, стиральная машина, очень компактно и эффективно использовано пространство, есть свои зоны для сна, еды, работы, и просто чилинга с бокалом вина у камина. Дом находится фактически в пригороде Праги, но общественный транспорт работает отлично, до центра и каких-то аттракций добираться быстро и удобно. Остановка автобуса в двух минутах ходьбы. Недалеко от дома находятся универсальные магазины Альберт, Лидл, Жабка, магазин с различными товарами для дома и аптека. Хозяин Юра очень славный парень, отзывчивый, приятный, к нему можно обращаться по любому вопросу, все проблемы решаются в наикратчайшее время. Благодарим Юру и его семью за гостеприимство и наш отличный отдых. В следующий раз остановимся только там.

Нашей компании пришлось по душе это жилье. Дружелюбное общение. Приятное заселение. Всегда на связи. Чисто,опрятно,стильно и по-домашнему) Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рекомендую это жилье на 100%)

Pavel es un anfitrión magnífico, buena comunicación y disposición inmediata ante cualquier duda. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotografías, bien equipada y con una buena calefacción para el duro invierno de Praga. Está situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila y agradable, con todo lo necesario cerca. A unos cientos de metros de la casa hay un LIDL y la parada del tranvía. Cogiendo el tranvía número 2, estás a 7/8 paradas del centro. Gracias a la amabilidad de Pavel, el último día pudimos dejar las maletas todo el día en la casa y recogerlas a media tarde. En caso de volver a Praga repetiríamos sin ninguna duda.

Vaclav a été bien arrangeant sur notre arrivée, et comunicatif 🙏. Logement ne manquant de rien, voir même plus, bien placé sur Prague. Quarter calme. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus 137, qui amène en 10 minutes au centre ville, c est top. Merci pour votre accueil.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

The house is ideal for a group party trip to Prague. The house had everything needed for everyone to have a good time and at the same time to rest comfortably. Heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, barbecue and two tables with fires for evening dinners. the host never called with a problem just asking if we needed anything. Highly recommend The place was fantastic and we felt great. Next year we will definitely return there

We really enjoyed our stay in Adela's fantastic flat! We felt at home, listening to old records of Ella Fitzgerald while drinking an excellent coffee, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the place. If you seek a place with a soul, Adela's flat is a must! The neighbourhood is great, with a lot of restaurants, nice bars and cinemas. It is easily connected by tram to the city centre, but you can also walk through the park and get there in 30 minutes. Long story short: don't miss the opportunity to stay in Adela's place, it will be a strong added value to your trip in Prague!

War alles sehr gut, eine schöne Unterkunft. Dana hat immer direkt reagiert und die Kommunikation war super. Gerne wieder :)

Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen aber nichts was wirklich Stören würde. Also wir ankamen funktionierte der Whirlpool nicht nach einer kurzen Nachricht wurde dies aber sofort behoben Jana war auch immer erreichbar und hat geholfen wo sie nur könnte.

Really cool apartment. It has everything you need and more. The location was also great, you can walk from there to every big point in the city center. 100% recommended.

Me and my friends enjoyed the stay at this spacious, clean, warm and well located flat. We used the transfer service they offer so the arrival was very carefree. We loved the cafeteria they recommended in the same building - had all our breakfasts there- very healthy and tasty and reasonably priced. The area where the flat is very safe, clean and nice. Everything is in the walking distance and I really recommend the walk up the hill to the park and to the “Eiffel” tower - the views are great. I would definitely recommend and return to the same flat in my next visit.

Staying at Barthold's place was an absolute pleasure. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with all the needed things. It has lovely paintings on the wallss, big windows, and everything that you need - so it feels instantly like home. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from a beautiful park - where I did daily walks, and has many wonderful cafes, restaurants and little shops in a walking distance. There is a small shopping mall 2 minutes walk - so you can get everything you need there. Many public transport lines that can take you directly to the city center, and one of Prague's most prominent museums - A delight for culture lovers. Barthold was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful for all my questions. This is an apartment I'll be returning to - I can't wait for my next visit. Very good place, i totally recommend, is very close to tram station, and there is a market in front of the building. The host was one of the best, always helpful, whenever i needed anything she was available to help, she explained everything very clear it made our trip really easy! 10/10 place

S manželkou jsme se ubytovali na víkend a využili nedaleké podniky, ale i blízkost MHD a snadné cesty jinam po městě. Ubytování bylo příjemné bez nejmenších problémů. Velmi příjemné bylo i podlahové topení v koupelně!

Všetko prebehlo v poriadku, od rezervácie, cez dohodu na neskoršom príchode, po checkin, pobyt a oceňujem aj možnosť neskoršieho odchodu. Lokalita je výborná, kúsok od bytu je električka, metro a cca 15 minút peši je vzdialená O2 Arena. Ďakujeme veľmi pekne za pobyt.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns und Jan und Michaela waren hervorragende Gastgeber! Wir können nur die allerbesten Noten für diese Wohnung ausstellen und freuen uns sehr auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort
