Loved Anna‘s place! It‘s a beautiful, well-lit home away from the city and it was perfect for our trip. Anna was always responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend 10/10 🥰

Wunderbare Unterkunft und großartiger Gastgeber! Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in Prag, und das lag nicht zuletzt an dieser tollen Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war gut durchdacht und bequem. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Gastgeber Lubor. Er war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wieder hier buchen. Danke, Lubor, für die Gastfreundschaft – ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Garage mit einer Höhe von 2 m ein absolutes Plus für unseren Bus. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Metro in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen. Highlight ist natürlich die eigene Sauna und der Pool auf der Terrasse, welche beide einwandfrei funktioniert haben. David war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns sehr nett alles erklärt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und sauber gewesen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, aber etwas klein für 2 Erwachsene gewesen. In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Wenn man aber kochen möchte, sollte man Kochzubehör mitbringen. Da hatte einiges gefehlt hatte (Kochlöffel, Küchenpapier, Pfannen, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel). Im Garten gab es zudem auch einen Grill (für den Sommer), da sollte man dann aber auch die passenden Utensilien mitbringen. Was auch super war, es gab von David eine Minibar mit diversen Getränken (Cola, Wasser, Wein, Bier zb 2€ etc.) an der man sich für wenige € oder Czk bedienen konnte! David hat bei Fragen auch immer super schnell und nett geantwortet. Wir würden nicht ausschließen nochmal dort Urlaub zu machen. Danke David!! ?

We wanted to avoid the old town and were also travelling in and out of HN/main train station so this location was perfect for us, lots of cafe/bars restaurants including fresh market across the street. Transport options perfect, even walking into old town was just 15/20 mins. Apartment itself is beautiful, very homely and styling is lovely, really impressed! Wifi great, no issues with amenities, hosts responsive and we’re able to store luggage and do early check in. Perfect hosts! Would 100% recommend

As an Airbnb owner in Hawaii, I truly appreciate what Thomas is done here. From a design aesthetic, this exceeds any other unit I have used through Airbnb in the last 10 years. His communications are usually responded to within minutes, and he is concise and knowledgeable about the unit and the city itself. The value proposition of this unit exceeds anything else that I found in the city. The unit is spacious and it’s design, including a brand, new washer and dryer and extensive elegant storage solutions for longer-term renters. The neighborhood is sublime, along to major public transport arteries that can get you to just about any other place in the city in five minutes . 12/10 impeccable execution here.

Great stay in Prague. Felt right at home at Nadezda’s place - the apartment had all the amenities and was easy to get to central Prague on public transportation. Coffee shops, restaurants and groceries nearby. She even had Christmas cookies waiting for me. Would highly recommend !

We had a fantastic stay in Prague! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Petra was incredibly kind and helpful, with clear instructions and quick responses throughout. The building itself is older and under some renovation, which gave it a moody, historic vibe—though opinions in our group varied on that. While the apartment is well sound-proofed, you can still hear some muffled nightlife from the surrounding area (there’s a club nearby), so light sleepers must take note. That said, the prime location—steps from Charles Bridge and surrounded by bustling, vibrant streets—more than made up for it. A couple of small issues came up, but the host handled them swiftly and professionally. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Una casa muy acogedora en mitad de la ciudad de Praga. David, siempre estuvo atento y nos resolvió todas las dudas con rapidez. Muy recomendable!

Tak ako vždy, lokalitu Karlín len odporúčam. Matejov byt má dobrú polohu a dostupnosť do centra mesta, ktoré je na skok od stanice metra a zastávky elektirčky. Všetko máte po ruke ako sú reštaurácie, potraviny .... Byt sa nachádza v novostavbe s možnosťou parkovania v podzemnej garáži. Odporúčam.

Romana was a great host. Her place was close to the areas we wanted to visit. Lots of food nearby. She assisted us with airport transfers and the check-in was super easy. There was lots of room for all 7 of us. Romana quickly responded to all of our questions. The apartment was nice and comfortable and had a great view of Prague from the balcony. Thanks to you Romana for a great vacation.

Skvelé ubytovanie u skvelého hostiteľa! Pobyt v Prahe sme si užili aj vďaka tomuto príjemnému plne vybavenému apartmánu v Karlíne. Svojou peknou atmosférou a minimalizmom nás očaril. Poloha je vynikajúca, metro je naozaj rovno pred vchodom a zastávka električky hneď za rohom. V blízkom okolí si môžete dopriať skvelý brunch či kávu a na koncert do Forum Karlín je to iba 5 minút peši. Radek bol veľmi priateľský, ochotný, na správy odpovedal okamžite a poslal nám aj veľa dobrých tipov na reštaurácie a kaviarne. Ďakujeme, radi sa sem vrátime znova :)

Die Unterkunft war wir beschrieben. Keine Mängel festgestellt. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Wohnung liegt ca. eine halbe Stunde mit der Tram von Altstadt entfernt. Haltestelle war innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas ungünstig zum Parken, wenn ihr ein großes Auto habt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment lohnt sich, würde ich jederzeit wider buchen. Danke Stepanka und danke Kamil - ihr seit als Gastgeber großartig, die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich!

Bellissimo appartamento con balcone , all ultimo piano di una palazzina, molto vicino a centro storico di Praga. vicino alla stazione della metro, circa 15 minuti a piedi in una zona tranquilla. Appartamento pulito, con ogni confort, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici, come eravamo noi. Non un luogo da party in casa in quanto nella palazzina vivono famiglie.Nel complesso ottimo: ottima comunicazione con l ' host sempre molto reattivo nelle risposte! Grazie di tutto

Un séjour parfait à Prague ! Le logement était vraiment top, très bien situé, proche de tout ce que la ville a à offrir. L'appartement était propre, spacieux et bien équipé, rien ne manquait. L'accueil a été excellent, et la communication avec l'hôte fluide. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour découvrir Prague dans les meilleures conditions. À refaire sans hésiter !

Me and my friends had an Awsomeee time in Prague. I love the kallin neighbourhood very much and think this apparent perfectly matched our needs to let us experience as much of Prague as possible but also having a calm apartment to reset and enjoy some quite time in the sweet neighbourhood

We felt immediately at home in Robert and Pavel's place. It is really nicely decorated and well equipped. The balcony was lovely for some morning sun. The location is perfect to escape the crowds but still get into town really quickly, with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

A great location. The communication was excellent. The apartment is near a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. 5 minutes walk and u will find tram stop and metro Stop, within 10 minutes we were in n the city centre. The area is peaceful and very clean. The Garage is large and very safe. Totally recommended it.
