Our family stayed one night in this place. A perfect apartment to stay in while visiting prague. Daniel was very helpful in the check in process when we had difficulties, communication was very good. You just come with clothes that are enough, all toiletries are provided. even charging cables for your smartphone are provided. i recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay in Prague! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Petra was incredibly kind and helpful, with clear instructions and quick responses throughout. The building itself is older and under some renovation, which gave it a moody, historic vibe—though opinions in our group varied on that. While the apartment is well sound-proofed, you can still hear some muffled nightlife from the surrounding area (there’s a club nearby), so light sleepers must take note. That said, the prime location—steps from Charles Bridge and surrounded by bustling, vibrant streets—more than made up for it. A couple of small issues came up, but the host handled them swiftly and professionally. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Diese Wohnung ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, um Prag zu erleben. Allein die Größe der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich, auch die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und stimmig, ein Hauch von Luxus ist überall spürbar. Die Eigentümer haben ein gutes Händchen für Interior Design. Wer auch darauf wert legt, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt aber auch Straßenbahnen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir länger bleiben und die Wohnung auch in vollen Zügen genießen. Mit Pavla hatten wir eine sehr schnelle und extrem freundliche Kommunikation. Danke !!!

It’s a really cozy, beautiful and modern apartment, you can easily go to the city centre within 5-10 mins by tram and also there are a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets around the apartment, Tereza is a really nice and responsible host, I wish i could visit there again soon! Thank you Tereza!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

Tak ako vždy, lokalitu Karlín len odporúčam. Matejov byt má dobrú polohu a dostupnosť do centra mesta, ktoré je na skok od stanice metra a zastávky elektirčky. Všetko máte po ruke ako sú reštaurácie, potraviny .... Byt sa nachádza v novostavbe s možnosťou parkovania v podzemnej garáži. Odporúčam.

Jag har haft en mycket trivsam vistelse i Andreas lägenhet under tre nätter. Boendet var välstädat och incheckningen smidig. Säkerheten upplevdes som god, då det krävdes att passera fyra låsbara dörrar innan man nådde själva lägenheten. Det fanns även tillgång till tvättmaskin, vilket var uppskattat. Under vistelsen informerades jag om en obligatorisk avgift på 2 euro per person och natt, vilket enligt uppgift är en lagstadgad avgift som gäller i hela Tjeckien. Denna information hade dock inte kommunicerats i förväg, vilket innebar att jag var tvungen att ta ut kontanter från en bankomat och växla till euro för att kunna betala beloppet, som skulle lämnas i lägenheten innan avresa. Trots detta mindre besvär skulle jag gärna återvända till samma boende vid framtida vistelser. Tack Andrea!

I had a wonderful stay at Stefan’s place in Slapy, Czech Republic! The house was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Stefan was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely recommend his place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. Thank you, Stefan, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Auch off season sehr schön, perfekt zum runterkommen und entspannen, sehr schönes haus und sehr schöne Natur.

Es war wirklich schön bei Andrea! Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern! Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt, die Möglichkeit zuhause zu essen und vor allem gefiel uns das riesige Bett, in dem man super schlafen konnte :) Andrea war sehr flexibel was den Check-in anging und hat uns lieb empfangen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Danke ♥️

My friends and I would say this is a perfect journey, super good location with a perfect local restaurant nearby. Only one gentle push on the window and it’s wonderful morning and night views outside. The host is so considerate, without doubt we have spent two lovely Christmas nights here. Absolutely beautiful flat, perfectly located in the centre of Prague Check in and communication was seamless

Très bel appartement, propre et spacieux, dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis très bien. L'emplacement est parfait, le tramway en bas de l'immeuble pour accéder au centre ville historique en 15mn. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The place was fantastic and had everything we needed as two friends travelling to Prague. It is literally a 2 minute from Charles Bridge and less than 10 minutes on foot to the Astronomical Clock at Old Town Square. It is is a main road which made bolts easy to use (we didn't go anywhere in the city that cost more than £5/6 even when we were in the car for 15mins+). The accommodation was spacious, beds comfortable and had virtually everything we needed. I asked about an iron which the cleaner had removed/moved and the owner made sure to bring us one the next day and left it for us at the apartment in the morning when we were out. Good communication up to and during the trip. The only thing we couldn't find was a brush as my friend dropped a glass just before leaving and we could not find one to clean it up! Sorry! Would happily recommend this place to stay to anyone going to Prague

we love Sonja's place. it's definitely a home away from home. it is very conveniently located within 3 min. walking to Belarie station, which rakes about 25-30 to most of the attractions, e.g.Old Town, Prague Castle, Museum, etc. there us also a minimart close to the apartment, 2 min. walk. 2 stops from Berlarie is Albert supermarket. we'll definitely stay at Sonja's again.

Wir waren zu viert in Maries wundervoller Unterkunft über Silvester und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung, eine AirBnB Unterkunft zu erleben, wie sie ursprünglich angedacht war. Sehr persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und außerdem perfekt ausgestattet. Gerne wieder und absolut zu empfehlen, danke!
