Ubytování bylo velmi útulné a čisté, skvělá lokalita, kde se všude dostanete za pár minut. Mohu vřele doporučit. Moc jsme si výlet užili.

I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay which is exactly what I needed. I felt right at home when I arrived. The apartment is very spacious and I can see that it’s perfect for families. The neighborhood is safe and clean. If my family came to visit me from abroad, I’d book this Airbnb. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I’ll be back again.

Tolles Apartment mit guter Lage, sogar eine ps5 war bereitgestellt und eine tolle musikbox, die gastgeber*innen einfach sympathisch, lieb und immer gut erreichbar! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top ! Wohnungstüre relativ hellhörig und boden war unterm Tisch etwas staubig jedoch nicht schlimm :) Gerne wieder! Wir kommen wieder

Eine sehr gastfreundliche Familie, herzlich gesprächig und immer erreichbar. Sympathische nette lächelnde Menschen, was heutzutage eine Seltenheit ist. Es wurde sehr viel geboten und auch von dem privaten Inventar, wer sich beklagt, jammert auf Form Niveau! Kaffee und Tee wurde sofort angeboten. Man kann sich wirklich nicht beklagen, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Liebe grüß Michalis

Помешкання дуже сподобалося, все було, як на фото. Дуже гарне розташування, поруч метро, торгівельні центри, дитячий майданчик, футбольне поле, ідеально для родини з дітьми. Всім рекомендую

We stayed in the apartment for a week and everything was great, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the house itself is new and well-maintained. There is its own parking under the barrier. Metro nearby, 5 minutes away, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center. The owner's daughter Katerina is always in touch if you have any questions. We were very pleased with our stay.

Really cozy and really close to public transport. Exactly what we wanted !!

Very nice accommodation

The house is increadible and very cousy! Just one thing was a little bit disappointing - the hot tub was not working and it's winter, so we couldn't use the pool either. Despite of that everything else was fine and the hosts are very friendly! We got also a treat because of the tub!

Pobyt jsme absolvovali s rodinou v březnu, tedy ve velmi klidné turistické sezóně . Na místo jsme snadno zhruba za hodinu dojeli z Prahy po velmi příjemné cestě pres Davle. Samotny rezort je situován na kouzelném miste s plazi a molem a nádherným vyhledem primo z domu. Do domu jsme se ihned zamilovali a cítili se jako doma - je harmonicky a funkcne perfektně zařízený, útulny, prostorny, světly a vkusně vybaveny az do posledního detailu. Pohodlně postele, příjemné povleceni, zatemňovací závěsy pro lehké space... 4 samostatné ložnice a prostorná jídelna s kuchyni a obývacím pokojem (1 místnost) umožňují ubytování i větším skupinam , ale osobně doporučuji byt v dome tak do 5-6 lidi (Rodiče a 3-4 děti například) . Vybaveni kuchyně velmi dobre, ale jídlo i piti je třeba všechno dovézt, mini obchůdky a Mistni restaurace byly tou dobou zavřené, údajně vše otvírá v květnu. Nicméně nádherné klidně procházky a večerní domácí pohoda s vůni grilovaného masa s vyhledem na vodni hladinu byly top !

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit Garten in einem herrlich ruhigen Dorf, idyllisch gelegen. Perfekt für Silvester mit Hunden! keine Böller weit und breit.

Jakožto skupině přátel se nám ubytování maximálně líbilo. Baráček je skvěle vybavený a byl čistý. Paní Nikola odpovídala vskutku rychle a vždy nám vyšla vstříc. Toto ubytování můžu vskutku doporučit!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen. Highlight ist natürlich die eigene Sauna und der Pool auf der Terrasse, welche beide einwandfrei funktioniert haben. David war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns sehr nett alles erklärt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und sauber gewesen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, aber etwas klein für 2 Erwachsene gewesen. In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Wenn man aber kochen möchte, sollte man Kochzubehör mitbringen. Da hatte einiges gefehlt hatte (Kochlöffel, Küchenpapier, Pfannen, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel). Im Garten gab es zudem auch einen Grill (für den Sommer), da sollte man dann aber auch die passenden Utensilien mitbringen. Was auch super war, es gab von David eine Minibar mit diversen Getränken (Cola, Wasser, Wein, Bier zb 2€ etc.) an der man sich für wenige € oder Czk bedienen konnte! David hat bei Fragen auch immer super schnell und nett geantwortet. Wir würden nicht ausschließen nochmal dort Urlaub zu machen. Danke David!! ?

Krásné místo v centru, vše po ruce co člověk potřebuje, zvládli jsme to krásně i s naším 3letým synem, velmi vhodné ubytování pro maminky s kočárkem = perfektní přístup z garáže až do bytu a to samé i z ulice. Parkování naprostý TOP. Perfektní obslužnost hromadnou dopravou. Hostitel velmi milí a vstřícný, žádné problémy. Můžeme jenom doporučit

Great apartment to be at for a while. Great communication and great wifi services (which is extremely rareful from time to time) Feels right at home, although if the windows are open there can be quite a hussle outside, so not that of a quiet location.

I had a great time at this apartment. The apartment looked exactly like how it was described on app; it was cozy, clean, well equipped and located in an area that is quiet enough but not too far from central. Ondrej was very kind, helpful and responsives. I definitely stay in this place again if I visit Prague in the future - and highly recommend it for who is planning a trip here.

We very much enjoyed staying in Bozena's house . The place is beautiful and clean, with a large space for children to play. The kitchen was well-equipped. The wonderful Bozena was willing to help us with many things. When she heard we were coming with a baby, she stocked the fridge accordingly. She also helped us with ordering from a local restaurant. It was fun and pleasant to talk with her, and she gave us a very warm and homey feeling.

we love Sonja's place. it's definitely a home away from home. it is very conveniently located within 3 min. walking to Belarie station, which rakes about 25-30 to most of the attractions, e.g.Old Town, Prague Castle, Museum, etc. there us also a minimart close to the apartment, 2 min. walk. 2 stops from Berlarie is Albert supermarket. we'll definitely stay at Sonja's again.

Apartment was clean, big and very well equipped. Suitable for families with little children but also for adults. Location is amazing, very close to metro station (few minutes walk). Big plus is parking spot in garage (but if you have more then one car it could be a problem to find free parking close to apartment). Communication with Peter was great, quick reposnes from him and he provided all needed info. Great place to stay while you are in Prague.

Jelena was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Offered great information about getting around, notable sites to see and was very accommodating during checkin and checkout. Quaint and quiet place to stay, beautifully decorated and felt like home. Highly recommended.

Ubytování v tomto bytě bylo dokonalé. Vše bylo perfektní. Ložní prádlo, ručníky, kávovar, ingredience na snídani, cukr, sůl, pytle do koše, toaletní papír… vše bylo připraveno pro náš příjezd. Děti velice ocenily Netflix 🙂. Dokonalá navigační tabule s podrobným návodem, jak se kam dostat 👍. Autobusová zastávka opravdu téměř u domu, supermarket Albert přes ulici. Dostupnost do centra města snadná - 3 zastávky autobusem, který staví hned u metra - celková doba dojezdu cca 15 minut. Obrovské nákupní centrum na dosah, dojezd stejným autobusem. Při příjezdu jsme se řídili pokyny, které nám Daniel zaslal, vše bylo perfektně popsáno, nafoceno a vše fungovalo přesně tak jak mělo - samoobslužný proces ubytování. Opravdu jsme se cítili jako doma. Moc děkujeme. Doufám, že se ještě vrátíme 🙂
