A casa tens condiçoes excelentes, conforto higiene e um bom gosto extraordinario. A anfitrião, a D. Adelaide foi de um cuidado extremo, com muita atenção aos detalhes para que eu e a minha familia pudessemos passar um Natal feliz confortavél, e sereno. É sem duvida um lugar a repetir e de verão será ainda mais agradavel. Recomendo vivamente.

João’s place was absolutely pristine, private, and cosy. João was also always free to help with some question that pops out or any other situation.

Tudo correu lindamente! O host foi impecável desde o início, sempre próximo e muito prestável. A casa correspondeu totalmente às necessidades e às fotografias publicadas. A cozinha está muito bem equipa com tudo o que precisámos para cozinhar e jantar. Encontrámos tudo limpo e arranjado. O check-in e check-out correram muito bem também. Infelizmente não tivemos oportunidade de usufruir do banho nórdico nem do espaço da churrasqueira, mas quem sabe numa próxima visita. Obrigado por tudo!

Me and my family had a lovely stay in this beautiful property, it was very quiet and the views were lovely. The property had lots of space and we loved the pool and outdoor kitchen area. I would definitely recommended

O Sr Abrão foi sempre super prestável, introduziu nos a casa e facilitou nos a hora do check in. O espaço era perfeito , ainda melhor do que nas fotos. As areas da casa são grandes e espaçosas, tem todas as coisas necessárias (cozinha bem equipada,secador cabelo,maquina da louça e da roupa…) e ainda nos deixaram uma caixa de café como cortesia Há churrasqueira (interior), bilhar, mesa de ping pong, matrecos e a piscina aquecida é a cereja no topo do bolo. Quero ainda resaltar a limpeza do espaço que era impecável. Camas e almofadas confortáveis. Seguro para crianças e animais. A único ponto negativo era só o sinal de rede que era fraco e não permitia muito o uso de redes sociais mas isso em nada afetou a nossa experiência na propriedade da Andreia e do Sr Abrão. Iremos recomendar a amigos e familiares e esperamos voltar em breve!

The bungalow was brilliant. We made use of the pool and the villagers were very friendly, leaving us their sweetcorn to try. The little bar in the village was a bonus and the surroundings were perfect and quiet. Would love to come back one day.

The hosts were amazing! they made sure we will feel at home from the first day. took care of any issue that came by. they brought us fresh bread every morning. the surrounding is really magical. the only thing that was a bit sucks was the washing machine and the dryer. it was in a different structure with 1 min walk and when the weather is raining its not that easy. other than that everything was fine!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und es hatte alles was es brauchte. Da wir im Februar da waren hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage etwas kühl bis die Klimaheizung und der Holzofen in der unteren Etage wärme in die Räume brachte. Das anfeuern des Holzofen machte aber zudem Spass. Ein Tipp für die Zukunft wären jeweils moderne Entfeuchter pro Etage zu installieren. Die Aussenanlage war sehr schön mit den Orangenbäumen und zudem gepflegt, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this lovely getaway! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing BBQ away from the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a V60 for making coffee. The outdoor space offered plenty of activities. We had a blast playing football, basketball, and ping pong, which made the stay even more fun. It’s a great place to unwind, whether you want to relax or be active. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were responsive to all our questions. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful yet fun escape from the city. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!

El alojamiento calidad-precio es perfecto. Pasamos 4 días en Aveiro y nos lo pasamos genial. Lo mejor era llegar de recorrer kilómetros andando y darnos una ducha! Bruno nos recibió genial y nos indicó como acceder a la parte de atrás de la casa para guardar el coche, algo que nosotros agradecimos mucho, ya que buscábamos algo donde poder dejar el coche protegido. El alojamiento queda a menos de 10 minutos del centro en coche, lo cual es una forma genial de ahorrar dinero en pagar hoteles caros y poder disfrutar de igual manera de la ciudad. Nos dejaron unas pastitas deliciosas para desayunar y café, te y agua. Echamos de menos azúcar pero lo conseguimos en el súper. Hay que mencionar que pasa la vía del tren cerca y de vez en cuando se escucha el tren pasar pero no es muy molesto, es algo a tener en cuenta para la gente que busca mucho silencio. Agradecemos mucho a Bruno y Tatiana porque nos sentimos como en casa! Volveremos sin duda!

Casa excelente para se passar umas férias tranquilas. Área de lazer com piscina e churrasqueira muito útil e fantástica.

We would rate Carla’s place as one of the best and most valuable accommodations we’ve stayed in. The house was impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. It was both comfortable and unforgettable—in a word, perfect! Carla is a thoughtful and gracious host who provided us with all the information necessary for an exceptional stay. Her communication was outstanding; she was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The house looks exactly as it does in the photos, which is a rare and delightful bonus. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

We had a wonderful stay, my son and I loved the home. We had extremely prompt service when we requested extra towels, a nut cracker and had any other needs… and even when our electricity went out for some reason! The location is great, the neighborhood is vibrant and it is easy to walk nearly anywhere but to be aware, some nights the nearby bars and patrons can extremely noisy until past 2 in the morning. That said, we used ear plugs and we are eager to return!

Luis war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Bei Nachfragen immer sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Haus hat alles was man zum entspannen und Wohlfühlen benötigt. Jederzeit gerne wieder und weiterzuempfehlen.

Casa grande, cómoda y muy bien equipada perfecta para familias. Esta en una zona residencial tranquila que permite hacer base para ver los alrededores. Ana está súper pendiente. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

We have been spent several trips in this lovely house. More than 2 months staying which is very comfortable for us. Manuel was always trying to help if there was any needs from us. Very quiet place, safe neighborhood, not far from downtown if u drive.

Espaço agradável, com todas as comunidades e muito asseado. O Sr. Márcio foi muito prestável e simpático. Voltaremos com certeza.

Mooie, gezellige accommodatie in een prachtige omgeving, Olívia reageerde snel op berichten en bracht elke ochtend brood als ontbijt. Topverblijf!

Mooi, ruim en smaakvol ingericht huis. Tuin en zwembad mooi aangelegd. Heel goed verblijf om lekker te relaxen nabij het huis. Klein minpuntje, ondanks de mooie langunes viel de direct nabije omgeving (torreira, sao jacinto) ons wat tegen. Echter is Aveiro ook vanaf hier prima te berijden. Tip mocht je van het Noorden komen doe dan van tevoren boodschappen in Ovar. Supermarkten in Torreira wat beperkt in assortiment. Joao reageert meteen op berichten.

Joana and her family made my parents feel very welcome and supported. It was their last night in Portugal and they needed a relaxed place to round off the holiday. Joana accommodated our last minute requests and was really friendly too. I would recommend this place 100%

We spend three days between Christmas and New Year in Isabel's house. It was a very good experience. The house is unique and amazing, garden and the whole area is a piece of art. It is a peaceful and quite neighborhood, near to nice nature trails. We strongly recommend that you stay there, if you visit Aveiro.

Tivemos um final de ano incrível numa casa maravilhosa em Fermentelos! A casa é perfeita para grupos ou famílias, com espaços amplos e confortáveis, além de uma cozinha totalmente equipada. A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso a aventuras na natureza. O ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor foi ideal para relaxar e aproveitar momentos especiais entre amigos. O anfitrião foi extremamente prestativo, tornando nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos essa casa sem hesitar e certamente voltaremos!
