Our family had an amazing time at the villa! Lisa and David were very friendly, great hosts, and the villa is perfect for big families. We would absolutely come back!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr Empfehlenswert. Es war alles da und genügende Platz in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war warm und bei Sonne musste man die Fenster öffnen und die Klimaanlage ( Heizung ) ausschalten. Jederzeit gerne wieder😎

Beautiful accomodation in a quiet part of town. Amazing amenities with easy access and friendly host with good recommendations and helpful! A bit of a walk from town but this gets you a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Mooi en ruim appartement met een mooi uitzicht over de duinen en zee bij Ferragudo. Appartement ligt in een buitenwijk van Ferragudo en op een heuvel, Vila Gaivota Fase 2. Op loopafstand van een mooi standje, Praia dos Caneiros. Om naar Ferragudo te lopen met je een half uurtje wandelen door een glooiend duinlandschap en via rotsige duinpaden. Appartement heeft een mooie en moderne strand/zee-aankleding en is ruim van opzet en van alles voorzien. Alles voor een mooi verblijf. Om boodschappen te doen kun je terecht in Ferragudo zelf, bij de lokale ondernemers, of je rijdt richting de Lidl en Continente verderop richting Portimao.

Our stay at João's villa was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views overlooking the beaches and easy access to scenic walks and fantastic restaurants. The villa itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the wine and food waiting for us upon arrival. João was a great host—responsive, welcoming, and ensuring we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We visited friends who live in Carvoeiro for new years - this was an excellent stay for us and for such good value! An easy 5 mins walk down the hill into the main part of town which made everything accessible for us. The accommodation itself was perfect for 3 guests with sufficient space and facilities. Having a car parking space was also a bonus considering we rented a car for our stay. The host communicated regularly and made everything very clear for us and make the experience easy and enjoyable. We have nothing bad to say and have actually shared the link to friends who are looking to stay in the area for an upcoming trip. I very highly recommend and we’ll be using the same again for future trips.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’appartement est super bien localisé, à distance de marche des activités que nous voulions faire. Le stationnement est accessible, l’endroit est propre et rempli de recommandations intéressantes. Les initiatives écologiques apportent une belle touche supplémentaire. Peggy est attentionnée et s’assure de faire un suivi pour voir si tout est correct et si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Norbert war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit an der Unterkunft. Er zeigte uns alles und anschließend machte er mit uns noch eine Rundfahrten durch Olhão und zeigte uns die wichtigsten Punkte. Total nett! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, traditionel eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. Danke für den Aufenthalt Norbert.

I have been so lucky to be able to stay at this property that I do not know how to start my review!!!! The communication was fast, helpful and friendly. The property is beyond words.......it is amazing. The photos do not do it justice as it is just spectacular and it took my breath away. It is a relaxing and peaceful home that offers everything you could want and more. We were met on arrival and the whole place took my breath away. The home is clean, well looked after and obviously loved and has everything you need plus extra special touches. The gardens are beautiful and perfectly kept. The swimming pool is clean and a wonderful place to relax. The BBQ areas are well kept and thought out and so lovely to be around in the evenings. We had the whole property and my words to describe that are WOW! There were 3 of us and a dog. It is perfect for pets. Thank you for making our family holiday so perfect.

This place was pristine! Amazing brand new apartment! Nancy really helped us save our vacation after our first Airbnb was mouldy and dirty. She responded immediately and was able to rush us in to the house in just 2 hours. After a long day of travel, a warm welcome from Isabel ( welcoming committee) was greatly appreciated and turned our trip around. It is gated and parking is underground, so definitely an added bonus. It was nice and quiet but close to the town where you could grab a drink or dinner and head to the many many beaches nearby. The home itself is very clean, the rooms are large and airy. The patio was where we spent a lot of our time, it's even better than the photos show. Lots of amenities at the building, gym, hot tub and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit has a washer and dryer. You will not regret this stay, other than nothing else will seem quite as nice. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Perfect place to slow down and enjoy! We had a family reunion and there was space for everyone to feel comfortable. Kids had a blast with animals and all the equipment available to them. We will definitely come back and will recommend to anyone planning a stay with friends or family.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time at Helenas place und would definitely recommend it, if you're looking for a quiet place, but still not far from the tourist spots.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus an der Algarve zu verbringen – und es war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, mit einem großen Shoppingcenter nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sowohl die Küche als auch der Wohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der weitläufige Garten, der nicht nur für uns, sondern auch für unseren Hund ein Paradies war. Der Pool sah sehr einladend aus, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Es war noch frisch im Februar. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: das extrem schnelle und störungsfreie Internet, was unsere Workation noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war jederzeit aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

Nice spacious house on three floors with loads of room and a great pool for kids, you will need a car as the nearest supermarkets are a drive away, but is convenient to the aqua park and equidistant to Villamoura and Quarteria

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und in der Küche gab es alles, was man benötigt. Der Ort ist wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet (alles da was man braucht). Die Anlage befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend und ist angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber man kann problemlos an den Hafen oder Strand laufen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben viel gesehen. João ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit. Danke.

Absolutely wonderful holiday here as our first trip with our one year old baby. The place was spotless and had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay - including pool toys and baby cutlery! The shutters were amazing for our baby’s naps too, no need to bring black out blinds. Communication was brilliant and Lynn was so helpful and accommodating, even sitting down with me to recommend some local places and providing a local map. The beach is less than 10 mins walk with some lovely restaurants/coffee/bars and there’s so much to do locally too. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back!! Thank you so much.

We have just spent a month at this villa and had an amazing stay. The villa is situated in an ideal position within walking distance of the beach and with some lovely restaurants/supermarkets in close proximity. Everything is provided within the villa for cooking , plenty of cutlery, plates , glasses, washing machine and coffee machine . The villa is very airy but when we had our grandchildren out for a week we found it very noisy and echoey only due to the high ceiling within the living area . The noise from the outside road can be heard quite a lot too and we were out of season. The outdoor area is lovely ,the pool great with plenty of sun beds . Ana was amazing as a host and always responded to our texts quickly . Check in /out was simple and quick. The only negative we had about the villa was the next door dog which loudly barked a lot when the owners were out and sometimes at night . This could be anytime during the day from 7.30am onwards, otherwise an amazing stay .
