Apartamento muy bien ubicado y equipado. Tiene más servicios de los indicados en el anuncio, como wifi, agua caliente, secador y menaje de cocina muy completo. Facil de aparcar cerca del apartamento. El trato con Marilia fue muy agradable y muy fluido.

Tudo está pensado para que possamos usufruir de um período de férias numa casa como se fosse a nossa. A lareira que nos acolheu, os miminhos que tanto nos alegaram, a constante preocupação da Marta por querer saber se nos encontrávamos bem e localização da casa fizeram com que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita.

hemos ido con otros 3 amigos al Airbnb de Pedro y se ha pasado muy bien, un piso muy funcional y cerca de la playa para surfear! Pedro desde el primer día de comunicación era muy amable dando las instrucciones con claridad. Todos los servicios dentro eran útiles y el espacio fuera agradable para comer los días de sol.

Angelo was a great host, asking if I was ok or needed anything, with just the right amount of checking in. The apartment was kitted out with everything you could need to be able to drop your bags and start enjoying your holiday. Only next time - don’t put me in charge of the plants . 😊

Cris' house is fantastic. Spacious , clean, with all needed amenities. .The location is just between the beach and the Ria area with all the restaurants. A quiet street super well located. It was 6 of us and there was plenty of space for more. Definitely want to come back.

Gute, ruhige Wohnung in der 3. Etage eines Wohnkomplexes, die mit mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz und Komfort bietet. Wir haben die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon sehr genossen. Der Wohnkomplex ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie das Hallenbad, Fitnessgeräte, Sauna. Gerade das Hallenbad im Spätherbst ist toll. Ausreichend gute Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vom Nachbarort kann man alternativ mit dem Zug nach Porto fahren.

Loved our two weeks in Marta’s apartment. Marta and Costa are great hosts and even made it possible for is to arrive at 1 a.m. They also provided breakfast for the following day. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apparent was very clean and well equipped even with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The terrance is very big overlooking the huge pool with plenty of vacant chairs. The location is excellent only a few minutes walking from the beautiful beach and an area with lots of good small bars and restaurants.

Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny, pomimo bardzo późnego zameldowania czekał na nas . Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy kosz powitalny gdzie pomyślał o ważnych produktach na pierwszy dzień pobytu. Otrzymaliśmy linki z instrukcjami dotyczącymi Internetu, kodów itd. Niesamowite było jak poprosiliśmy gospodarza o zarezerwowanie stolika w restauracji, pomimo iż nie mógł się dodzwonić w pierwszy dzień to pamiętał I następnego dnia zarezerwował nam stolik na kolację . Okolica była przepiękna, widok na ocean, basen , spokój , dwa tarasy . Bardzo polecam wszystkim to miejsce . Dziękujemy raz jeszcze Joao za wszystko na pewno jeszcze odwiedzimy Ciebie .

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

First of all, I would like to thank Marta and Leonel for their hospitality. They provide exceptional attention to the comfort of their guests and anticipate their needs. In addition, the nature around the apartments is unique - a magical forest starts right around the corner, huge empty sandy beaches are a 5-minute walk away. Cortegaça is a really small village, but it has the most necessary things by foot: nice beach with showers and drinkable water, a local supermarket with basics and a bakery with good bread. Some disappointing moments also took place. It was mentioned many times in reviews - plz finally renew this furniture on the terrace! A couple of chairs and a table are in terrible condition, and it's better to remove them completely. Also, not our hosts fault, but it was annoying: barking dogs during the night and crazy parking by the locals. Train station is a bit far. All in all, we spent 4 weeks at Marta's place and it was a memorable and pleasant experience. Thanks, guys!

Nous recommandons vivement ! Nelson est très réactif et amical. Emplacement parfait à 2 min à pied de la plage (vue sur la mer). L'appartement est encore plus grand que sur les photos ! Très bien équipé et propre. La piscine est top également Seul bémol : peut-être l'absence de transat près de la piscine pour bronzer :) Merci pour la qualité du logement !

We were only in Aveiro/Gafanha da Nazaré area for 2 days, but the apartment was a great place to stay. I can see it being incredible in better weather - the outdoor area was well outfitted. Unfortunately the storms moving through meant we didn't sit outside because of the crazy wind. Otherwise it was nice, clean, and Carmen & Zita were very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

Um apartamento muito simpático, simples mas encandador perfeito para descansar. Tinha tudo o necessário em casa, muito central fácil de chegar a pé a qualquer lado. Aconselho para quem apenas queria descansar.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille dans ce logement qui est très spacieux. La boulangerie juste en dessous et les nombreux commerces/ restaurants accessibles à pied sont un vrai +. Antonio a toujours su répondre à nos questions et une jolie attention nous attendez . Il y a des animations et la vue mer du balcon est superbe.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

La casa era impeccabile e anche l'organizzazione del proprietario, un signore molto gentile ed organizzato.. anche la signora Zita una signora carissima e sempre pronta ad aiutarci in ciò che era possibile... una cosa che non he andata bene he stato il tempo, vento nebbia umidita freddo e non si riuscivano ad ascigare i panni che stendevamo ed anche quella rumorosissima festa che non ci ha lasciato dormire di notte. Del resto il proprietario non ne he il responsabile, al quale invio un caro saluto da parte di tutti noi.

Foi uma experiência incrível, uma vista maravilhosa, um apartamento todo equipado e com muito conforto!! Aquecido e amável !!! Voltaremos com certeza !!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rosa's Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach atemberaubend.

Rui muitíssimo atencioso, a casa é incrível… tudo muito organizado e limpo, vejo o cuidado e amor em cada cantinho de sua casa! Me senti em casa… A energia do local é espetacular. Eu adorei!
