This unit has an excellent location in Copacabana, less than a block from the beach, supermarket, restaurants and retail. Typical of the area, it is an older building, but the unit has been renovated. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious but the third bedroom is tiny with its own tiny bathroom, and you access these by going through a service balcony. The unit is quite functional and comfy given the economical price point plus you can enjoy the 2 balconies to absorb real Carioca life.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Estávamos em 2 casais e cada um ficou em um quarto. A descrição corresponde fielmente ao local, e o local é exatamente como nas fotos. Ivana manteve comunicação rápida e objetiva antes da estadia e no dia do nosso checkin, fez a gentileza de nos permitir entrar antes do horário, já que chegamos cedo ao Rio de Janeiro. O que fez nosso tempo ser mais proveitoso e nos permitiu aproveitar mais nosso passeio. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar em uma próxima oportunidade!

This Airbnb made our trip to rio truly spectacular. It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, the ocean is directly across the street with a view of all of Copacabana and sugarloaf facing toward the sunrise. We couldn’t wait to get back to our Airbnb every night and even spent a few rainy days enjoying the whole day there. It truly is an oasis. The host was so nice and made us feel welcome right away. The building security guards are great and made us feel very safe. And there is a ton of restaurants and fun activities (we took a cooking class!) that is all walking distance. Rooms/beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. The kitchen needs a slight upgrade but it really didn’t make much of a difference to us. Overall we were so pleased and will definitely return the next time we come to Rio!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, com eletrodomésticos muito modernos, além de muito bem localizado.

Excelente ubicación, apartamento muy lindo, atención increíble en el edificio y con Marcio. Siempre muy pendientes de todo. Nos encantó, aire acondicionado de perfecta funcion, camas cómodas, agradables, zona segura para caminar, hay personas en situación de calle pero la zona es bastante concurrida por lo tanto a nosotros no nos paso absolutamente nada de inseguridad, hay locales cerca de comida, tienda, droguerías, etc. Muy muy práctico el apartamento y muy bien equipada la cocina.

Me encanto todo, fui con mis amigos en total éramos 5 y fue una estancia muy cómoda, era muy espacioso, además nosotros llegamos antes y nos permitió dejar la maletas antes de la hora de ingreso, lo recomiendo. ☺️

Ficamos 12 dias nesse paraíso, o local é simplesmente incrível o quarto super ventilado com uma janela de vidro enorme,proporciona uma vista de tirar o fôlego da restinga da Marambaia local super famoso que já foi cenário de varias novelas e frequentado dor vários presidentes da república,A brisa suave ,junto ao cenário deslumbrante, faz você se sentir em um verdadeiro paraíso,a cozinha é completa com todos os utensílios domésticos necessários,geladeira potente,ideal para quem gosta de preparar suas próprias refeições,o banheiro com chuveiro elétrico é extremamente limpo,há três pontos diferentes na casa para apreciar a vista,quarto,sala e quintal! Maria é uma pessoa sensacional sempre preocupada com nosso bem está, sempre proativa e com excelente comunicação,se sentimos em casa o que fez toda diferença em nossa experiência,o local é base das principais trilhas como a do telégrafo,praias selvagens.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, eu estava em busca de um lugar bem tranquilo e atendeu demais as minhas expectativas. A Piscina e área gourmet ganhou meu coração!

Estávamos em 8 amigos e a casa acomodou super bem para o que precisávamos, o condomínio é tranquilo e seguro. É a pouco metros da praia que possui quiosques e barracas, entretanto, não há muitas opções de restaurantes por perto, porém a menos 10 min você consegue ir para Olégario Maciel que tem completo as opções de restaurantes e bares. Carol foi solícita e atendeu prontamente todas as nossas necessidades e duvidas.

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

Hands down the best Host ever!! Tathy, Alfredo's wife was super sweet & always responsive. It seemed like no matter what time of day it was she was always responding. Definitely the best communication, the house was beautiful! And she even helped me to make sure that I could get a cake delivered for my daughter's birthday. She had everything at the house that was needed from decorations, to cake holder, and tape. I really appreciated her hospitality and excellent communication. Really wish they had other airbnb's, I would book it in a heartbeat! Also, her cleaning lady was super sweet as well. Thank you for everything!!

Nossa estadia de Carnaval foi perfeita, nos sentimos em casa, seu Carlos é um anfitrião muito solícito, a casa é bem aconchegante tem roupas de cama, utensílios para a cozinha, nos atendeu bem. A piscina é maravilhosa e a vista é impecável. Amamos nossa estadia.

A estadia foi ótima, perto da praia, mercado zona sul é próximo, a casa é exatamente do jeito que está no anúncio. a Márcia e o Paulo foram atenciosos respondiam com prontidão, até emprestaram um cooler pra gente ir pra praia. muito obrigado por tudo.

El departamento es como se ve en las fotos. Pudimos acceder con facilidad. La zona es muy linda y muy cerca de la playa de Ipanema. También hay varios restaurantes. La cocina está muy bien equipada.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views from the 20th floor of Barra and the mountains. The apartment is well furnished and perfect for a couple. We extended our stay as we did not want to leave the place! One thing worth mentioning is that you don't have full blackout in the bedrood and the apartment is quite bright... this is something that we liked, but that some people might want to know in advance. The location in Barra is great, you have the beach right across the road and the compound has lots of facilities, including a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. The compound and the building have 247 security too, in case this is important to you. Barra is the safest neighbourhood in Rio and I would always recommend this area rather than other downtown hoods. The communication with Daniel was great and easy from the beginning. He was extremely responsive and proactive. A great host alltogether. I will be back for sure!

Great little apartment. We would stay here again! Nice view, across from a little park. Great walking distance to many different beaches, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Felt safe in the apartment, with security and locked gates. Several quick elevators. Hot water, fully equipped kitchen, all listed amenities, fast wifi, and comfortable beds. Our favorite feature was all of the outlet converters, no need bring your own. Thank you Troy and Andre!

Casa muito tranquila grande e silenciosa, tem mercado no condomínio e muitos restaurantes e praias próximo eu amei e certeza que irei voltar. Obs: os porteiros sempre muito educados e solicitos deram dicas e estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar.

This was our second time staying here and as long as it is available during our visits, it is the only place we'll choose. As mentioned before the location is central to everything, beach, restaurants, even the mall is not far away.

My family and I recently stayed here for two weeks and let me say that this place exceeded all our expectations . It was a very clean, fully stocked penthouse with great location and excellent views. Diego and Valeria were very attentive and made our stay comfortable.We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.
