le logement était très agréable à vivre en famille. chambres spacieuses, linge de lit impeccable, cuisine relativement bien équipée. billard sympa avec les enfants. piscine chauffée à 30 degrés vraiment idéale avec un petit côté jacuzzi à déclencher derrière la motorisation de la piscine (interrupteur). espace extérieur pour déjeuner en hauteur dominant la piscine vraiment sympa. espace au calme, idéal pour se reposer quelques jours et visiter la région nord de l ile. hotes réactifs, sympathiques et flexibles.

Leonel and his wife have created a cluster of wonderful apartments born out of absolute passion and love for the region and his family’s heritage. My wife and I stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment with its own private roof terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. The accommodation is located amongst the towering lush green mountain scape. The kitchen is really well equipped with an oven, microwave, hobs and double sink. A stunning location & apartment. Beware that no paper products can be flushed down the toilet, so there’s a separate bin for this…

Three generations from Granny at 67 to 4 year old grandson had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. So spacious with smaller seating areas for a little quiet time, fantastic pool and views of the ocean and sunsets. Shady spots in the garden or full sunshine and beautiful outside dining area. The kitchen was big enough for us all and the open cooking fire a bonus to our barbeque fan. It was well equipped with plenty of cutlery, glasses, etc. Lovely welcome fruit bowl - the bananas were the best ever - milk, cake, wine, beer, teabags, condiments and dishwasher tablets all there ready for us. The back kitchen with washing machines and drier and a brilliant sink for scrubbing muddy shoes after one of our lavada walks. Perfect Granny and Grandad suite on ground floor with huge shower, multiple bathrooms on the other floors and Maria stayed to help us reconfigure the beds to fit our family groups. A car is essential to get the most out of this beautiful island. We loved it - thank you!

Sądzę że to jest jeden z najlepszych widokowo app na wyspie. Tak spektakularnych zachodów słonca nie widziałam nigdzie. Basen w sam raz na popływanie po wycieczkach. Jest też siłownia, z widokiem na ocean, z której korzystał mój mąż. Jadna rzecz o której należy wiedzieć to że warto zabrać z sobą stopery do uszu bo naprzeciwko sypialni dość wcześnie rano przyjeżdża śmieciarka. Ale to nie powinno cię zniechęcić do rezerwacji. Graca jest też elastycznym Hostem i pozwoliła nam zostać 4 godz dłużej bo mieliśmy późno wieczorny lot. Dziękujemy!

Perfekte Unterkunft, um Madeira zu entdecken , fussläufig ins Zentrum für Restaurants und Shopping , sehr sauber und komfortabel, bequeme Betten, Reiseführer , Wanderführer , Ladekabel sind da. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell , flexibel und freundlich . Angenehme Wohnanlage mit Tiefgarage und großem Pool. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vorsicht beim Navigieren - nur mit goo. gle maps arbeiten , oder bei Leonel nachfragen . Danke nochmals !

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es hat eine perfekte Lage, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nasz pobyt przebiegł wspaniałe! Dom niezwykle nowoczesny, przestronny, swietnie wyposażony i czysty. Byliśmy pod wrażeniem poziomu przygotowania! Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do drogi głównej, marketu, restauracji. Cudowny widok na ocean z tarasu i okien sypialni. Bardzo serdeczni dziękujemy i polecamy!

Die Lage ist perfekt und wir waren auch mit der Wohnung äusserst zufrieden. Sicher ein Apartment, welches ich erneut buchen und auch weiterempfehlen würde. Vielen Dank!

Tivemos umas férias maravilhosas na Casa da Janela! A casa é linda, muito acolhedora e perfeita para momentos em família. Estava impecavelmente limpa, bem equipada e cheia de pequenos detalhes que nos fizeram sentir verdadeiramente em casa. A paisagem é simplesmente relaxante — com uma vista deslumbrante para a montanha e para o mar. O barulho suave das ondas e o sossego absoluto foram o cenário perfeito para recarregar energias. A localização é excelente: isolada o suficiente para garantir tranquilidade total, mas perto de tudo o que precisávamos. Um grande obrigado aos anfitriões, que foram sempre atenciosos e disponíveis.

Apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso, a pesar de estar en el centro muy silencioso y tranquilo. El balcón con vista a un jardín interior permitía relajarse al desayuno. Ubicación excelente para recorrer Funchal caminando y para realizar excursiones a toda la isla. Estacionamiento en el parking del supermercado de atrás a bajo costo. Muy recomendable este apartamento.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Rodrigo sehr genossen. Er war sehr hilfreich, und hat uns sehr geholfen mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten für wundere kleine Tochter. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind benötigt. Es ist schön ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This house is the best air b n b we have ever stayed in, the attention to detail here is incredible, down to the stone cut soap holders, so much room, incredible location, you could not ask for more, this place will be in my memory forever… just do amazing, 5 stars simply is not enough

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und die Lage ist sensationell. Es war alles da was man braucht und uns wurde auch vor Ankunft das Reisebett aufgebaut.

One of our best AirBnBs ever. Exactly as advertise, Sofia's place is large, comfortable and beautifully situated. Jardim do Mar is our favourite spot on our favorite island. Would return to Sofia's place again and again - unfortunately next year renovation is planned but the current house is wonderful. Sofia is extremely helpful and responsive - I don't remember ever waiting more than 15 mins for a response. Our 5 weeks stay flew by. Highest level of recommendation.

We stayed at this place for one week and had a wonderful time. The house is in the middle of a small banana plantation, and upon our arrival, we were greeted with a bunch of local bananas and a mango from Veronica. The beach is within walking distance. The road leading to the house is a quiet, private, local route that takes you through two tunnels and past some waterfalls, adding to the charm and excitement of the place. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Veronica is an amazing host—very responsive and always helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a stay!

Das Haus weiß zu überzeugen mit persönlichen Touch und toller Ausstattung! Die Highlights sind der Garten, der Pool und die geschmackvoll hergerichteten Badezimmer. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos und verlief sogar proaktiv, so wurde das fehlende Tischtennis-Netz ohne Hinweis eigenständig nachgereicht. Wir würden wiedergekommen!

This was an exceptional villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The outside area is second to none with the most beautiful views. The sitting areas are varied and very comfortable indeed. We had a wonderful break there for three weeks. Filomena was extremely responsive and helpful in the run up to, as well as during our stay. The villa is ideally located with just one steep hill to climb and is a 10-15 minute walk from the old town. We would definitely consider rebooking this villa.

Bruno and Carla make a great team and appreciate their willingness to share this great home. It’s actually better than we expected despite coming in with high expectations. Carla was very responsive to any queries we had before the trip. We were able to check in early and Bruno met us to give us a walk through of the home and suggestions on the area. A very friendly couple and we had a great trip. Highly recommended!

The house was super - very spacious and clean, beautiful views, and a well stocked kitchen. It is in a private and quiet area. The house keeper was very helpful in setting us up and responding to any questions we had. Highly recommended overall.

Ich wurde im Vorfeld schon sehr gut von den beiden beraten bzgl Unternehmungen in der Nähe sowie Lage und Anbindung der Unterkunft. Wir konnten probelm früher einchecken und vor Ort erhielten wir eine kurze Einweisung. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt im Haus alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Haus und die Betten waren sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen ;-)

This was a delightful place to stay. Very private and so many facilities for a small place. Beautiful views, swimming pool and honesty bar. A total hidden gem.

António was extremely helpful with a warm welcome and was very helpful with good information on the island and things to do. The villa was fantastic with many extra things provided for our comfort e.g toothpaste/wine/local fruit etc. The villa is about 20 minute walk down hill to the city which is very convenient but it’s a steep climb back up so we usually used Bolt/Uber which works really well for most of the island as the buses aren’t so good. I do recommend this villa as a great base with a warm welcome and warm swimming pool, thank you Antonio.

Really great house for 2 adults and a baby. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and all the baby stuff we needed (bath, high chair, cot etc). We got the pool heated which was nice for us in March when it was sunny. The terrace was also very nice with lovely views of the sea. It's on a steep hill so would recommend a car to get around (and to be a confident driver!)

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in Details alles erklärt. Zudem stand für uns in der Wohnung einen Korb mit frischem Obst und die Kekse aus Madeira. Vielen lieben Dank für diese nette Geste! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit den passenden Kaffeepads. In der Wohnung waren sogar Strandhandtücher da, die wir für unsere Badetage im Meer benutzen konnten. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants, die in der Fußweite erreichbar sind. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage war Gold Wert, weil in der Umgebung freie Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Wir bedanken uns bei Ana für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen 😊
