Our group of 4 began planning this trip in the spring of 2020. The covid bug reared it's ugly head and we postponed until Oct, 2020, thinking " By Oct. it will all be blown over! Well...4 years later...there we were! FINALLY! It was well worth the wait! I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort,tranquility and ....location, location, location! The home was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck! We found something new to do every day! I'd go back tomorrow and I'm sure we'd find more fun things to do! Beaver Lake is amazing and we regretted that the Marina was closed for the season so we didn't get out on this huge lake! Thanks to Jon, our host, for being "available", patient and flexible! Thanks to the people of North West Arkansas for being so friendly, fun and welcoming!! Altogether? A perfect week! ( Except it was too short)

We were visiting Bentonville for the first time and loved the location, garage space (for bikes), bike wash, pool, and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our two families (8 ppl) to sleep and make meals. We appreciated pool towels and coffee/espresso.

This place is awesome there are neighbors right next door, but other than that the place is pretty private feeling. It was easy to find and there’s plenty to do downtown which is not far away.

We are repeat customers! Crystal always does a great job! Super clean and convenient.

Nice little place. We could all gather on the couch and watch TV. Had a pet smell but it’s expected I guess since pets are allowed to stay. Our little dog was cozy. You have to lean a little in certain areas due to the slanted walls of the a-frame. Overall a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was decorated beautifully and so cozy. Desiree was very responsive. We needed to change our dates due to weather and Desiree was very accommodating.

We had fierce storms for the first part of our stay and that also gave a different feel to the beautiful lake view that we would have missed with perfect weather. A bonus for us :) We cooked the whole time and the spacial kitchen was amazing. Just wonderful. If you have anyone that has issues with stair climbing this would be an concern. When you enter, the master bedroom, (which was awesome with an amazing view) is on that floor. From there, you have to climb up to the floor with the kitchen, living room and more awesome views or climb down to the game room floor which was also wonderful. I'm sure not an issue for most, but if you have elderly or physically challenged guests, it might be. Over all it was restful and we were so happy to have the opportunity to stay at Jennifer's beautiful house. Thank you!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Great house!

We stayed a few nights at the end of march and had a great time! The house if very private, although you could see some houses in the distance, once the leaves are back on the trees it would be super private. Very quiet and clean, the host is super responsive and had some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do! The house itself was very clean and had plenty of games and things to do to keep busy without having to leave. We would love to be able to come back soon!

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean space right off the boulevard. I was there for work, so I didn’t have time to do much in town, but definitely recommend this space if you need a nice quiet home to stay at.

The house is beautiful on the inside, very nicely decorated, very clean. It has a steamer for clothes! That was super helpful on Sunday morning when I was running around with a wrinkled shirt lol. 2 car garage! The bedrooms aren't dinky! My bed was very comfy, there are extra blankets available if some in your party likes to sleep cool. The kitchen has an excellent stove, easy to entertain or cook for a big family while in Rogers. Walking/biking path nearby, mall shopping within 5 minute drive.

Singleton House is a very charming house, walking distance from the center of Eureka Springs. Its Victorian vibe is perfectly in synch with the community, and it has every amenity a visitor could wish, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and off-street parking; very clean and comfortable. The host, Barbara, provided ample information about the area, and was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Tiffany and Doyle’s place was amazing! The location could not have been more perfect. So close to all the trails and to downtown. The house itself was also perfect. Our kids loved playing outside on the playhouse and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed us to make and enjoy meals. Overall, we could not have picked a better spot to spend spring break as a family. And the cherry on top of an already exceptional stay was when we realized we forgot our son’s watch after checkout - they so kindly retrieved and mailed it to us. Topnotch hospitality!

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

We had a fantastic time at Christine’s Main House. It was an easy walk to downtown. It had plenty of space for everyone. It was super clean! And the hot tub was a perfect ending to the day of walking!! You MUST stay here when staying in Eureka Springs. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Was the perfect place for our weekend stay! They really thought of everything with the snacks, card games, and tv trays! Very respectful and checked in on us!

We stayed almost 2 months while moving and were very happy with the experience. The house was very clean and well stocked. Hector and his team communicated well. We feel like we got great value here compared to other similar homes in the NWA area. We'd be happy to stay again should the need ever arise.

The stay was great and the location was perfect. We have been having with loud hotel stays during volleyball tournaments and we decided to stay in a house instead. The house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and close to our playing location. Thanks for all the hospitality and sharing your home.
