My partner and I had a great two night stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet! The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and relax.

The hubs & I were looking for a quiet place to have some down time for a few days. This cabin was perfect. Quiet & private location, hot tub, great amenities that made staying in easy & local options if we wanted to venture out.

Just what the doctor ordered! Perfect place to kick back and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer. Bird watching was top on our list, and the Fox & Badger cabin did not disappoint! Would love to visit again. Thank you Reggie & Laurie. Sincerely, Cresta, Candy & Brook

This beautiful cabin has a fabulous setting, an interesting history, and is a spacious, beautiful, comfortable, clean place. There is great hiking and shopping nearby, and we loved that hot tub! David was the perfect attentive, responsive host.

This was the perfect spot for our minimoon. It was cozy with the fireplace and nice to have the hot tub. I will say, the surroundings weren’t quite as open looking and private as the photos seem to show. But that didn’t matter much to us as we just wanted to be together and out of the city. Definitely stock up on groceries as it’s a ways from a supermarket. This cabin is absolutely beautiful and was so clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing getaway nice quiet spot is snowed a good amount while we were there driveway was plowed next morning hot tub was great and the place was beautiful definitely will be coming again!!

Our stay at Mee Mees Cabin was lovely! The cabin is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything we could need! It was a perfectly relaxing weekend! The host was quick to respond and the location felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need time to disconnect from reality!

This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Cozy, comfortable, homey, amazing views, hospitable locals AND a hot tub! Emma and Jamey definitely pay close attention to the details that made this adventure not only memorable but unique. My husband and I hope to be back again soon!

Would stay again during any season of the year. Great choice for spending a weekend in a cabin, in nature, or around local shopkeepers.

We had another wonderful visit, and loved the addition of the gas stove! It’s super cozy and also easy to use. This is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway, the whole house is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel right at home. It’s always incredibly clean, and the sauna is a great bonus as well. I can’t wait to visit again!

Have stayed here several times each time is so peaceful and relaxing. House is clean and organized. It’s perfectly close to the things that I like to do which are fishing, hiking, biking. Rick always responds if I have any questions. Look forward to returning.

Liz greeted us warmly and told the history of the cabin and the rehab efforts. She demonstrated how to start the fire in the stove. The cabin is charming with beautiful views of Fern Hollow.

We really enjoyed our time at John’s cabin. Beautiful space, easy access to trails. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Would definitely return again!

Awesome get away! Loved it and the service provided by Marlin & Judy was kind and caring! Recommended to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Mississippi Waterfront cabin. It was secluded (in the winter time) with plenty of space for the kids to go outside and play. The listing showed 2 bedrooms, but there is a 3rd private bedroom in the basement that made this an extra good value.

Amazing accommodations for a peaceful weekend getaway to relax and rejuvenate. It was centrally located so we could explore LaCrosse and Viroqua, but had just as much fun enjoying the comfortable cabin and beautiful views. Without being cluttered the cabin was thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We were especially surprised to be treated to a dozen farm fresh eggs, maple glazed cinnamon rolls, and a loaf of fresh baked bread. The water from the faucet was delicious. Cashton has a nice little grocery store to find last minute items. We explored Wildcat State Park on the way out of town and would love to come back to do some kayaking on the Kickapoo River.

Staying here was a great experience. Stoddard is a nice little community, situated in a beautiful part of the country, an easy drive to La Crosse. Ryan is a great host, and the house was as described, beautiful, clean, with nice amenities and a great view overlooking the river.

Loved our stay in the woods. it was exactly the get away we were looking for. The cabin is charming, and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit here!

A great way to get away but still be close to the local market, events, food ,etc. it was a beautiful remote spot but felt safe and secure :) we were able to utilize a lot of the dvds which was a fun nostalgic vibe and picked up local coffee from wonderstate and lunch from co-op! The location and cabin are both beautiful! We really enjoyed the view and the cabin overall. Mike was very easy to communicate with so that was nice as well. The beds and floors were quite squeaky and there was a very mild, strange smell around the house that we were told might be from the hard rain we had prior to coming and it's affect on the septic. It wasn't terrible but we did notice it. Otherwise it was great!

I am so happy we chose to stay here!This sweet little place was clean,smelled good,and had all the things we needed for a weekend getaway. It was decorated cute and i appreciated the fall decorations too. Quiet and private but close enough to do all our excursions in Prarie du Chien,Marquette and Mcgregor.Genna was very communicative and I cannot wait to come back and stay again in the future.Weather was perfect and it was a great,relaxing,and memorable stay!
