The place was exactly what we needed, a clean and cozy house with a good location. We felt at home and the beds were very comfortable. Abby provided a wonderful welcome binder with lots of local recommendations and brochures. Highly recommend the place.

Perfect getaway! The garage area setup with a bar, refrigerator, heater, and games was an absolute hit! The house had plenty of room for our group, plus some. Very clean. Theresa was an absolute delight to communicate with and answered all questions in a timely manner. Definitely felt right at home and if anything was needed she would help! Will be returning for sure!

We were in town visiting my daughter’s school. The house was very nice and super close to the college! Beds were very comfortable! House was very well decorated and cozy.

We had a group of friends for an event in Viroqua. Very easy walk to the Theater. Timing didn't work, but the Driftless and other restaurants are very convenient. Lucy calls out that the home is older. Well kept, and radiant heat. We thoroughly enjoyed. The common area had a piano, and we had a piano playing friend, really making it a wonderful time.

This is our second time staying here, works out perfect for us to stay while visiting family, and its pet friendly so we can bring our dog, its right on the river, great views and we can walk practically everywhere. Has become our go-to when visiting.

Had a great stay! Hot tub, billiard room, and a bunch of cool taxidermy. Clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.

This was exactly what we were looking for. it is a rustic cabin in the woods. very comfortable home and private setting. We really enjoyed the space. My husband and I are planning to visit again with our kids. It is a very idyllic setting. Well worth our money. Sergio was responsive and helpful. Was very accurate about his listing and up front on what we would need to bring. Thanks Sergio!!

The River Run Lodge was a great place to stay. The place was clean and comfortable Gabby had thought of a lot of small details, which made the stay convenient and made us feel at home

Our family loved our home away from home for the weekend. It was such a peaceful space and would accommodate large groups well. Guests bring own linens. We also brought extra pillows and throw blankets which I recommend as well as paper plates, cups etc.

This was an adorable home. The location was perfect. Close to Galena but country living. We loved having access to the owners club. Joel was extremely responsive and helpful. We would stay again. Five stars!!

Our family of 5 loved our time at Beth’s just 12 minutes from downtown Galena. What drew us to her Airbnb were all the activities to engage our family on the property: hot tub, poker table, ping pong table, pool table and a fire pit in the backyard. Our family enjoyed the time together but also the privacy of 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The neighborhood is walkable. We checked out the waterfall about 8 minutes away by car, and visited the Owner’s club too! Bring your pickleball & tennis gear. The outdoor pool looked amazing for summer time. March was a great time to visit and get some family time, but be aware that some Galena tourism like the trolley tour begins in May. We loved shopping the unique shops & fell in love with Bread & Vine. The waiter was being truthful when he told us “everything is good here.” We did lunch and breakfast the following day! Beth was attentive and cheerful in all interactions. A great getaway at anytime of the year.

Great host, responsive , friendly! Place was just what we wanted, secluded , spacious and clean. Fire pit and jacuzzi made it for nice and relaxing nights. Plenty to do within half hour drive on either IA or WI side. Great place for big groups and families.

We enjoyed our stay in Viroqua. Julie was extremely responsive and very helpful with some local recommendations. Many were in walking distance to the home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was very comfortable and cozy. We definitely hope to be back again!

We loved our getaway at this sweet cabin. it was the most kid friendly air BNB we have ever stayed at: the perfect blend of serenity and flexibility, toys and games and plastic cups, clear expectations about what is available and what is off limits, lovely decorations and not over the top or breakable, space for kiddos and for grownups. not super sound proof but nothing a white noise machine can't solve. and the best part was the opportunity to explore the woods and trails and the creek! for hours of screen free entertainment. highly recommend!

The place was just as advertised. Busy street but really not that noisy. Not much green space to walk pup but they were up front about that. Well stocked and clean

We have been to this area for several years. This place was perfect, quiet and beautiful. I loved looking out the big window to watch the sunrise while having my coffee. Beautiful farm and horses.

Linton Lodge exceeded our expectations. Peaceful. Quiet. Homey. My wife and I not only enjoyed the solitude, but were also able to experience nature. The Lodge's groomed yard, paths, and trails provided us the opportunity to observe the high level of bird activity and see several deer! The Lodge's deck provided a perfect view of the stars and moon without the light pollution of the city. Our host Susan played her role perfectly! The house was immaculately clean, properly stocked, and ready for occupancy when we arrived. Susan helped guide us with local arrangements and provided courtesies beyond Airbnb norms. As much as we enjoyed the Lodge during our early December visit, we hope to return during the spring and autumn to sample "nature at its best" during those seasons.

Peaceful, clean, well-supplied and as a bonus, the animals on property are the cutest! The donkey was so happy seeing us and our two small dogs that he got the zoomies and showed off for us. You have plenty of places to sit comfortably inside and out. A full bathroom with washer and dryer if needed is nice. Lots of books, dvd’s and games are there in case you’d like to use them. We brought our small motorcycles and drove all over the local paved backroads. This was the perfect location for us, too. It’s only about a five-minute drive to the Mississippi River.

My family and I stayed at the Driftless Escape Cabin and had a wonderful time! The interior was even more beautiful in person with plenty of space for my whole family. The Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfy and they had everything you needed. The property was gorgeous with lots of open space and amazing views. We loved playing in the yard and s’mores by the fire. And even though the cabin is close to town, we still felt like we were miles away in nature and truly disconnected!!
