Great location and views and really nice apartment with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent value accommodation. We absolutely loved our stay.

Vielen Dank an Amp! Es war wirklich toll, so nah an Hua Hin ein tolles, ruhiges appartment zu haben! Wir waren insgesamt neun Wochen in Thailand - von Phuket bis Bangkok - wir haben den stop sehr genossen und fanden es dort am Relaxten mit den beiden Kids ;-) Einzig das Gebäude könnte etwas „mehr in Schuss“ sein. Das hat aber mit Amp‘s Appartment nichts zu tun. Wenn wir wieder in der Ecke sind, kommen wir wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien! Viel Platz!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The accommodation exceeded our expectations – it looks even better in person than in the photos. The balcony was an absolute highlight, offering the perfect spot to sit or lie down and relax at any time of day. Everything in the property worked flawlessly, and Ching was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. She also shared fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location felt quiet, beautiful, private, and safe – exactly what we were looking for. Without a doubt, we’d love to stay here again!

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Beautiful place to let your soul rest! One of the best beach in the area which won’t let you down! Just go and enjoy! Nicha is a great host and very helpful person! We will come back again definitely! Thanks for everything Nicha!

L’appartement proposé correspond bien au descriptif , bien situé avec un joli cadre, piscine et mer tout proche. Le site a déjà quelques années et n’est pas très moderne mais le jardin est bien entretenu et accueillant. La plage est très belle et permet de longues balades surtout en marée basse . Le lieu est assez loin du centre et nécessite des déplacements en taxi ou avec véhicule mais idéal pour ceux qui aiment un endroit tranquille.

It's a remote location, 15 minutes to town centre, a cab would normally cost 140 baht. This place would fit a family with several children. There are a lot of elderly people around the main pool. Five pools in total and most of them are always empty despite getting warm very fast before the noon. January 2025 was very cold and windy, little difference with northen summer. Unlike Samui or Phuket you cannot swim from early morning, because of the tides. The best time to swim in the sea is around noon as it's gets cold very quickly.

我们住了一个月，这里有点像酒店式公寓，跟海南比起来，性价高得多。小区整洁宁静，泳池，躺椅，健身房，总是干干净净的，租户不多，大都是西方客人。打理及时到位，游泳池总是干净清洁的，而且没有消毒水气味，对儿童格外好。 附近过了铁路有7-11，不过铁路向南，有几家小商店，可以买到米，油，简单蔬菜，鸡肉，豆腐等做饭的材料，附近没有步行能到达的大型超市，算是长住的一个小麻烦，如果你会骑摩托，也可以门口租一辆，一个月5000株，一天300。我们是在nong kae租了自行车，这样向南骑行7公里左右有makro大超市，足以支撑日常生活。 向南走十几分钟，是kao tao小火车站，每天六点和十二点半各有一趟火车去往华欣市中心，3株，便宜死了！不过回程只有五点半从华欣发的一辆车，时间赶不上夜市，如果去夜市可以打车回来，300株。 说回到房子吧，房东的描述完全属实，小区配色蓝白，格外明亮，很有圣托里尼风格。房子走到东头就是大海，一个月中有一半以上是宁静的，像一个大澡盆一样温柔平静，沙滩平缓，走出去很远也不深，适合游泳，特别适合儿童。 华欣是个不大的城市，有几个景点，说实话也可看可不看，来这里就不要想着紧锣密鼓的旅行，而是享受阳光和大海，宁静安逸的气氛，好好度假吧！ 对了，铁道对面的水果摊很棒！

มาทุกครั้งรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นบ้านหลังที่สอง สะดวกสบายเพราะมีเครื่องใช้ประจำบ้านเพียงพอกับการมาพักผ่อนกับครอบครัว กลับมาพักเมื่อไหร่ก็รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย

Thank you Phinit. We were able to get checked in early which was a great help and after traveling approximately 30 hours, a much needed break. Phinit was always responsive to our questions. Really nice sea view and short walk to beach. The restaurants were within walking distance for us but for those who may not be as mobile it may be difficult to get around. We were able to get a Grab but took several attempts. If you are a morning person and want to get to town, it seems as though not much opens until about 10am. Phuket on the other hand is up and moving by 7am. This is a great place for us and we will be back. Thank you Phinit.
