Appartamento proprio come in descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check in facile e flessibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto facile da raggiungere, mille punti in più per la possibilità di poter trovare sempre un parcheggio sotto casa cosa che per una città come Roma è quasi un sogno.

Świetny apartament, dobrze skomunikowany z centrum Rzymu. W pełni wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne. Maria Laura jest bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna- udzieliła wielu przydatnych informacji i szybko odpowiadała na wszystkie wiadomości. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt ☺️

It was perfect! Marianna is a very kind person, she was always avaiable to help us whenever we needed. And the accomodation had everything necessary to make us comfortable. The metro station is really near the apartament, and there's a market you can access just going downstairs and turning to the right. I would certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to spend a good time in Rome!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

Andrea's apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location and amenities allowed us to be close to restaurants and markets so we could both eat out and cook dinners in after a day full of walking the city. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful when we had questions and made both the check-in and check-out process very easy- even meeting us upon arrival even though we were delayed in arriving. Very welcoming!

Paola was very attentive and welcoming. Excellent location, close to all the main attractions. 2nd floor with no elevator- as described and disclosed is not easy with a heavy suitcase. Don’t take it too lightly. But then, it’s only once to go up and then you forget about it. Good energies, central yet quiet at night. Cozy.

Alloggio in condizioni impeccabili.Completo di ogni comfort e adatto a una famiglia di 4 persone. Ottimo il complesso residenziale in cui è inserito e la vicinanza ad un Carrefour. Un’unica pecca a mio avviso che a me è costata una maniglia dell’auto. Ovvero il vialetto d’accesso al parcheggio è troppo stretto, farei tagliare almeno le siepi delle case attigue perché una segmento C passa con estrema difficoltà. Spazio sufficiente per un’auto di piccole dimensioni. Mario è un ottimo host

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Francesca est une hôtesse très agréable et soucieuse de votre bien être. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome à pieds.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Iris’s beautiful place, Bella Roma. The location is fabulous with only a quick walk to the Vatican, but in a very quiet, private area. The place was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Iris was kind and super helpful from the beginning to end of our stay. There is a great coffee bar and cafe right in the building and we had a great breakfast there at the beginning of our stay. We will book the place again for sure, next time we are in Rome.

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Prima Wohnung mit Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Und mit Garten, in dem auch ein großer Zitronenbaum steht. Vor allen Fenstern und Gartentüren sind Moskitonetze. Super! Dazu die zentrale Lage ein paar hundert Meter südlich des Vatikan. Für Erkundungen von Rom perfekt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. PS. Liebe Anna: Das Gitter in der Küche öffnet man ganz leicht durch zwei Umdrehungen im Uhrzeigersinn. 😉😁

Cristina foi sempre bastante receptiva e atenciosa, sempre respondendo prontamente e tirando as dúvidas. Me auxiliou com o transfer aeroporto-quarto e quarto-aeroporto e me sugeriu muitas dicas boas. O local é aconchegante e extremamente bem localizado. Há tudo próximo e é de fácil acesso. A Fontana de Trevi fica a literalmente 2 minutos a pé. A questão de ser no 5º andar não é um problema, principalmente para quem tem boa condição física. Fui com minha esposa e bebê de 8 meses, e conseguimos todos dormir na cama, que por sinal é grande e aconchegante também. O quarto está remodelado e novo. Há utensílios para cozinhar. Deve-se apenas tomar cuidado em não bater a cabeça no texto, por ser abaixo do telhado. De certeza quando voltar a visitar Roma, irei ficar neste mesmo sítio.

Our stay at Simona's Villa was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully laid out, and impeccably decorated and furnished. The grounds are equally beautiful, providing a serene and private atmosphere that our family thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, offering the perfect spot to relax and lounge in complete privacy, thanks to the gated access and secluded setting. The location was also ideal, with everything we needed just a short drive away. We were close to convenient stores and grocery shops, making daily errands easy, and the city of Rome was within reach for our day trips. We highly recommend Simona's Villa, especially for families like ours who are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet still want to be close enough to enjoy everything Rome has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of solitude and convenience.

Giulia’s place is exactly like the photos except the loft is more spacious with high ceilings. Lovely big bathroom and shower, too. Location is great in the quiet part of Trastevere and close to many historical places laves. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay.

Communication with Enrico was good. The location of the apartment was excellent, close to the metro, shops, restaurants, and only a short walk to the Vatican. The apartment was perfect for our needs during the trip, and the fellow residents we met were really friendly. Fantastic cake shop just along the street and perfect for eating on the balcony with coffee/tea. Fully recommended. Gary & Dawn UK

Very close to the metro that takes you to all touristic points and the main train station (that connects with the airport). Place was very clean. The area has lots of great choices to go to eat. The hostess provided us with clear information upon arrival.

We had a lovely stay at Mauro's place. Mauro couldn't have been more helpful. He met us and let us in, explained how everything worked, left us some refreshments and even offered to walk us to the station to show us where it was. He explained how the local public transport works and where to get tickets etc. We only used public transport once, the train to get to the Vatican. It only costs 1 Euro and takes 10 minutes. The train station is just round the corner from the apartment. We walked everywhere else. It's about a 40 minute walk to the Colosseum but worth walking as there are things to see on the way. There are buses and trams to catch if needed. Mauro messaged a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was ok and said we could contact him anytime if we wanted to ask him anything which was a nice touch. Rome is AMAZING. Anywhere that can keep a 15 year old interested has my vote and this apartment is a great place to explore it from.

We had a great stay at Sergio’s apartment. Very clean and nice place. Great location, close to the grocery stores, couple of nice restaurants , just 10 min away from Trastevere train station, close to the bus station, so was easy to get to the centre of Rome or anywhere else. Sergio was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Will recommend this place!

It’s walking distance to subway station. A line is directly connected to main train station and to Vatican City. The apartment is quiet and we feel safe in the neighborhood. There’s an elevator in the building. Simone and Stefano were really helpful and very responsive. We would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay for a full week, the place is very close to the main metro line that will bring you to the city centre in 20 mins and to the vatican city in 30-35 mins. The area is also very nice, great food and very walkable. I really recommend it if you want to feel like a local in Rome and get away from the touristy locations. The apartment was clean and equipped with all amenities. There are lots of groceries stores around if you also want to cook. The host was really friendly and helpful, helping us with recommendations and guiding us whenever we needed anything. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to see you again when we are back in Rome :)
