Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Bellissimo alloggio. Sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Grande cura per i dettagli. Grandi spazi sia nella zona giorno al piano terra che nel salotto al primo piano.Avere una camera al primo piano e due al piano terra con rispettivi bagni permette, volendo, anche privacy nel caso di due famiglie o genitori/ figli. Giardino molto piacevole con una piscina molto gradita dopo una giornata dedicata alle meraviglie di Roma facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino che porta a piazzale Flaminio. Sulla stada tra la casa e il trenino un ottimo supermercato per fare la spesa che unito alle delizie offerte dall orto ci ha permesso di fare delle piacevolissime cene sotto la pergola attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e illuminazione. Possibilita anche di rilassarsi con ping pong e calcetto. Grazie Lucia per il bellissimo soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere anche con i nostri figli.

Located about 30 minutes from the heart of Rome, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet remains conveniently close to grocery stores and essentials — perfect if you’re planning a longer stay or traveling with kids. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making everything seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended, especially for families

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Eine kleine und schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage für ein paar Tage zum Entdecken von Rom! Besonders der Balkon ist super schön. Die Umgebung liegt etwas fernab des stark touristischen Trubels und bietet trotzdem einige gute Bars und Restaurants. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super erreichbar

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Anna Maria is a great host and the place was lovely and clean yet homely :) trendy area … very accessible and easy to get around would recommend :)

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Eine schöne, kleine Unterkunft, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar ist. Man braucht natürlich etwas Zeit, um in die Stadt hineinzufahren, aber dafür entkommt man dem Lärm und dem Gedränge der City. Die Bilder zeigen ein realistisches Bild des Appartements. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und schnell. Neben den organisatorischen Details bekam ich noch viele Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt in Rom.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Busstation und der Supermarkt waren in nur wenigen Metern zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rom! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wirklich immer erreichbar. Da das Grundstück kameraüberwacht war, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :) danke Stefania und Marco!

Our stay was fantastic! The space was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and with a unique entrance to the bedroom that gave it extra charm. The kitchenette was fully functional and well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. From the moment we walked in, the house had such a welcoming feel. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. We always felt safe, which is important when visiting a new city. You could hear a bit of city noise from the living room, but that’s to be expected in such a popular area — and in the bedroom, it was wonderfully quiet, so we slept great. We can’t recommend this place enough! The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our first trip to Rome so memorable!

Fabio has created a wonderful home in Rome, fitting the description of a little eden. The location was well connected via metro, and accommodation was a private lodging with a beautiful shared patio. our unsociable arrival and leaving times were catered for, and our run-ins with fabio were always pleasant. it would be our privilege to stay again!
