We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

We loved our 5 night stay in this traditional Tuscan home! The views are stunning and we enjoyed getting up with the sunrise to take it all in. Nice, peaceful surroundings, and the soaker tub was a treat each night. Easy day trips (you will need a vehicle) to several beautiful towns. We did Volterra, San Gimigiano and Siena as well as some closer drives. Recommend Dario’s food truck in Panzano on the Chiantigiana drive for lunch. Was delicious!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Location worked out and very close to a lot of energy of the streets but far enough to relax.

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s place. It was within walking distance to everything. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was just as described and Francesco and his team went over and above to allow us to check in early and store our luggage when we had to check out. They were so friendly and easy to work with. This Airbnb has an elevator and it has about 1 and a half flight of stairs up to the location. Once again, we highly recommend this Airbnb for the walk ability of its location as well as the kindness of the hosts. Thank you so much!

Marvellous place! The views are divine, interieur is beautiful. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. Comfortable bed, handy kitchen. Shower is a little tricky, as the water only flows from a fixed spot overhead - but it can be taken as an adventure. Lapo is very friendly and helpful, he helped us with our suitcases and gave a ride to bus station when we left. To reach the place by foot you have to climb rather a lot, but it is definitely worth it. Bus connection with Firenze is very good, so this place is a suitable base for exploring the city, but Fiesole and its surroundings themselves are worth visiting also.

Luca was a great host! Easy check in and they provided everything we needed!The apartment was clean and beautiful! The location is great! In the heart of Florence! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! I would most definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Simone and Filippo’s was very good. The place is perfectly located and very quiet, with a beautiful terrasse looking on the roofs of Firenze and Santa Croce. The apartment is clean and has a lot of charm. It is very comfortable and has all you need. Simone was very helpful, welcomed us very nicely and gave us clear instructions for checking and checkout. I can only recommend this place for a memorable stay in Firenze.

We would definitely stay again! Giuseppe’s place was fantastic and Giuseppe & Edy were wonderful too! Their place is in a quiet neighborhood that was walking distance from all the tourist action of Firenze. It was super cozy and comfortable. The vibe is a little bit like you are staying with family because you do hear your hosts upstairs, but we liked it. It felt kind of comforting like being a kid and hearing adults talking in the other room. In any case it still felt very private. Also the bed and bedroom were super comfortable and we slept great! We like a firm mattress and a dark bedroom and Giuseppe’s place was perfect in this respect. One of our favorite moments on this trip was when we checked into Giuseppe’s place. Giuseppe and Edy speak very little English and we speak very little Italian, but they speak French & German and we speak a little French and I speak a little German and a little more Spanish… So we were able to communicate using ALL the languages all at once! ☺️✨

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

There are so many positive things to say about our stay I don’t know where to begin. We were a group of 10 that stayed here. So much space and beautiful surroundings. Vicky greeted us on arrival and was very attentive to all my questions prior to arrival and during our stay. Her recommendations for drivers and chefs were top notch. We used Chianti taxi for our trips and their team was amazing! We also used Adriane at letspartiu for meal services. She delivered groceries to us on arrival and dinners during our stay. Everyone loved her meals that were delivered fresh and ready to eat. I highly recommend staying at Vicky’s place and using the driving services and meal service.

What an amazing getaway from the busy parts of Italy! This villa is more than you can imagine, with a beautiful view, phenomenal pool, big kitchen, and many private rooms. The lovely smells from the garden, particularly the rosemary, added a great touch!

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Lorenzo was a fantastic host. Any question we had he answered straight away. The villa was lovely, peaceful and the views were amazing. When we arrived at the villa Mario was there to meet us. He then drove us to the supermarket and helped us with our shopping, he couldn’t have been more helpful! The bus stop is just up the road so getting into Florence was easy. At the end of our holiday Mario drove us to the airport as we were having trouble getting a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a holiday to remember! Thank you Lorenzo & Mario
