This beautiful new property boasts breathtaking ocean views. The modern, clean, and comfortable house is very quiet and safe, with ample parking space. The pool is super clean, making it a pleasant spot, even though it was a bit chilly for swimming. I’d love to return again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities that you need for a nice relaxing stay. The house is in an area where there are not a lot of shops nearby so be prepared with a car. The home is comfortable and well decorated. The views are amazing! Madeira is a beautiful treasure!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit auf Madeira, uns hat die kleine Insel sehr beeindruckt. Marias Unterkunft war bezaubernd. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigen. Der Check-in war flexibel. Maria hat uns herzlich empfangen und die notwenigen Details übergeben. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und äußerst gut zurecht gefunden. Die Lage war super, man konnte vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir danken Maria für den Empfang und empfehlen die kleine "Villa" in jeden Fall weiter.

Dina was a great host! The villa was beautiful with an amazing view. One thing to keep in mind: if you plan to park in the garage, make sure your car is not too long or too low; otherwise, it might be difficult to get in. Although Dina helped here as well, where it was really needed. Don’t skip the swimming pool no matter what weather it’s The city itself is a great place to stay in , with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby and shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Det bedste Airbnb ophold vi har været på. Vi var to familier, 10 mennesker i alt incl store teenagere, og der var god plads til alle. Huset er en charmerende gammel villa, med opvarmet pool, udsigt og i gå afstand til centrum. Vi kunne ikke have ønsket os mere. Antonio er den perfekte vært, var hurtig og hjælpsom da der kort før vores ferie opstod problemer med vores booking(som vi selv var skyld i). De aller bedste anbefalinger herfra.

A comfortable house, in a quiet location, but still close to shops and restaurants. Elvio was a great host, very flexible and responsive. Everything was very clean upon arrival, a really spacious house. The beautiful sunny terrace, the great pool and the large shady BBQ area made it a perfect week.

Das Haus weiß zu überzeugen mit persönlichen Touch und toller Ausstattung! Die Highlights sind der Garten, der Pool und die geschmackvoll hergerichteten Badezimmer. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos und verlief sogar proaktiv, so wurde das fehlende Tischtennis-Netz ohne Hinweis eigenständig nachgereicht. Wir würden wiedergekommen!

A lovely villa. 5 years old but still immaculate inside. We enjoyed the surroundings, a quick stroll to a choice of snack bars with cheap eats. Extremely peaceful location. Weather was about 19 degrees and it was comfortable enough (just!) to swim in the pool.

We stayed here for one month and had a fantastic time. Manny is a great host and we felt very welcome. Boaventura is the perfect place if you are looking for a peaceful escape. There is a small supermarket in walking distance with very friendly staff and everything you need. There are a few different trails you can take and enjoy the beautiful nature or just enjoy the sun while sitting on the balcony. The internet is fast and reliable. We highly recommend this place. Es war eine tolle Woche in Madeira. Das Lani House bietet alles an, was man braucht: voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Bügeleisen usw. Joana hat uns sehr viele Tips gegeben, wo wir z.B ein leckeres, hausgemachtes Brot am Wochenende kaufen können oder wo man einen guten Bauernmarkt findet. Sie hat immer blitzschnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und das war ganz bestimmt nicht unser letztes Mal im Lani House und in Madeira. Merci!

Séjour très agréable, la maison était impeccable. Vous aurez une piscine privée et une vue magnifique sur la vallée et la mer. Les lits étaient très confortable, équipements rien à dire. Nous sommes très content et nous pensons revenir à Madère.

This was our second time at Eva's beautiful house. It was perfect! The house itself is great and has everything you need, the mountain views from the different spots (terrace, garden, living room and bedroom) are superb and worth the car ride! Eva is a great host (of course, we knew that already from last time) and actually helped us out with a huge problem: we were stranded at the airport, since we were denied our rental car. Eva helped us out with a car of her own within a few hours, which literally saved our holidays! Thanks again and see you again soon, hopefully :)!

Ein tolles Penthouse mit einem unvergleichlichen Ausblick. Ruhig, sauber und eine private Atmosphäre. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und es ist super die Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement bietet viel Platz, einen Aufzug direkt von der Garage in die Wohnung. Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen um die Insel tageweise mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Super helpful and friendly host! Location was perfect for us, and Airbnb was very spacious for our group of two couple and two kids.

Endroit très paisible, très bien situé et idéal pour la visite du nord de l'île. Une terrasse avec vue exceptionnellement splendide sur l'océan. Maisonnée très bien équipée et pratique. Rosa-Lina est de très bon conseil et accueillante.

Very nice, well-equipped (the kitchen, too!), and affordable house which has everything you need. Plenty of space inside. Flexible check-in is great, too. The bakery opposite the house is a big advantage when you're leaving early in the morning to get something to eat for the day. The only downside is that the house felt a bit cold and only had 2 small mobile electric radiators. We were good because we only used 2 rooms, but if we needed to use the living room for sleeping, too, it would take forever to warm it up. We were there in February, so maybe this isn't such a big deal during the warmer months. But still a great value, would recommend it.

This was not your everyday AirBNB experience and set a new benchmark for us. Nuno & Rubina are excellent hosts who welcomed us into their immaculate and well maintained and equipped property. During our stay we received great advice for dining and other activities around the island. Great location, stunning ocean views and sunsets in a perfectly furnished, equipped and maintained house. A perfect experience for us, many thanks! We look forward to our next visit!

AnaMaria’s was in an amazing location. Easy to walk and get around Seixal. You can hear the ocean at night when it is quiet and watch the sunrise in the morning! Very clean with a washer-dryer which is a luxury while traveling. The towel warmers in the bathroom were special and the place airy and clean. There is a small private patio for lounging and a parking spot for your easy, pain free parking-

Amazing place higher in the hills of Madeira. Views are amazing and hose itself was great. Just keep in mind because it is up there in the mountains it may be a bit chillier than on the seaside

We liked everything about this house. The house was exactly like the photos. Sunny terrace, great for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise in the evening. Crisp white linen and comfortable pillows. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Excellent set of glasses. There are many great restaurants, a supermarket, a beach nearby. Parking for cars. You couldn't ask for better. The hostess is very responsive, friendly, always in touch. We received a lot of great recommendations from her. Thank you for everything and will definitely come back.

It was the best place I've ever rented from Airbnb. Everything was as in the photos. Very quiet. The pool and ocean views are amazing. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. Very clean. Snow-white linen. It is not recommended to be here without a car. But, if you like walking, probably you will enjoy. It was very interesting to check neighborhood. We walked around a little bit. Very secure. If you see someone around, it's only local people. They are very friendly. I never seen homeless or beggars around our place. I can confirm, that you will not find any unfriendly people on this island. Tennis and billiard tables will not make you bored. There was practically no wind. The island exceeded our expectations. We won't go to Tenerife again. Orlanda was great. We are ready to return to any of her homes. Orlanda helps with some my questions about Madeira. She is number 1. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick, ruhig und privat. Gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Whirlpool für einen Abend mit Blick auf das Meer.

We had a great few days in this beautiful house. There was enough room for everyone (we were 9 people) and the kids loved the foosball table.
