One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! It looks exactly like the pictures, is located in a quiet and peaceful area, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The daily cleaning service and all the amenities you could need make it even better. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. Just perfect!

Excellent place, nice and clean!

Really really lovely place to stay! The house was fully equipped with everything you might need but forget to bring yourself, including things like a mosquito net and cooking oil. The garden leading out to the beach was so beautiful, filled with flowers and fruit trees which Binh picked and shared with us. The beach is clean and quiet and has comfy hammocks and chairs to relax on. Binh and Trang were also amazing in that they helped us order fresh fruits, meat, and veggies for delivery in the mornings, and they answered all questions we had very quickly. There were also three very sweet puppies on the property which was an unexpected and amazing surprise. We would definitely stay here again! It was an incredibly blissful week.

Everything was fine. We spent two weeks here There is often a nice housekeeper in the house who cleans the shared area outside and inside and the pool. And also your rooms, if you ask. And even cook dinner for you, but you will have to pay for it separately In the morning, breakfast will be waiting for you, at the time you want. It was very convenient to quickly have breakfast and go do your tourist things 5 minutes walk away there is a busy street with shops, massages, cafes, rentals and more 10 minutes walk away there is a big landscaped beach with sun loungers and bars Good  wifi. We did not measure the speed, but 7 people could work at the same time (video and audio calls, broadcasting, surfing) In the kitchen there was drinking water, a large refrigerator and most of what you need for cooking A small minus - there is no washing machine, and to wash things, you will have to give it to a housekeeper for a small fee In the end, my friends and I enjoyed our time at Amaia Villa

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Na! Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, aber die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Ruhe mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Na hat uns einen Roller organisiert. Mit diesem konnten wir die verschiedenen Strände auf der Insel erkunden. Ein paar schöne Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe und sind auch ohne Roller zu erreichen.

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour chez Many. Je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservée, ils m’ont offert mieux, je crois (je n’ai pas pu comparer). La chambre était très grande, confortable, avec salle-de-bain privée, un salon et balcon avec une belle vue de la rue. J’aime beaucoup cette idée de logement dans un container, c’était très bien et très propre. Seul bémol, c’est que la cuisine était trop proche de ma porte, presque dans la chambre. Mais, j’ai été chanceux car je crois que j’étais seul dans l’immeuble. Donc, pas de voisins ne l’ont utilisée et heureusement. Mais dans le cas contraire, je crois que je n’aurai pas aimé entendre les gens si proche de moi faire de la cuisine. Martin, a été un hôte super gentil et serviable. Vraiment sympathique avec qui j’ai bien aimé discuter. Rien à dire la dessus. L’endroit, offre pleins de restos, de bars et la plage. J’ai adopté les lieux tout de suite. Je n’hésite pas à recommander cet endroit, mais vérifier votre chambre 😉 Merci!

從富國島的主要道路突然轉進了一條小路，彷如進入了桃花源，四周樹木綠意盎然，貓狗和雞四處自由走動。 房主經營了多間獨立的房間，在一個獨立的區域。雖然離主要道路很近，但是非常安靜。 我住的幾天常常下雨，房主有自備廚房可以點餐，非常方便。 白天房頂偶爾有小動物路過，但是晚上都很安靜。 房主來自台灣，非常熱情，提供及時幫助，讓我的簽證問題順利解決。非常感謝！ 未來有機會，一定會再回來。非常推薦。

Don't come here if you expect a perfect resort-like place. The buildings and rooms have some wear and tear. But the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Do come here if you like a charming and authentic place. The view is lovely, the sea super nearby, and you will experience the life of a small fishermen's village. You can get daily fresh fish and other fruits from the sea. The area is just stunning and many nice things to do nearby. Best is to rent a motorbike to get around. It's a lovely place off the beaten track. Tuan is a great host. No filters, super friendly, and he will always try to help you. You will enjoy a lovely view of the bay, and the sounds of nature. The lights of the boats in the evening time and some karaoke here and there. The beach is usually quiet exept for a couple of people. There are a couple of very nice cafes with a lovely atmosphere for a drink or a bite to eat. We really liked this place and stayed longer than planned. It felt so peaceful at home

Amazing stay At Villa des Palmes as Always, the most peaceful and beautiful oasis you’ll find in Kep, with a great staff that is extremely welcoming and helpful ! The rooms and villa are amazing and the proximity to the Kep crab market and restaurant is super practical ! You don’t need to think twice, go for it !
