Premantura : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Mauros Haus! Das highlight ist natürlich der schöne Pool, aber auch das Haus ist wunderbar und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen (Tauchen, Fahrten mit Quad und Fahrrad ins Naturschutzgebiet, Strand und schöne Buchten). Der Ortskern mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Mauro ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber, vielen Dank!

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Viktorija hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! Wir waren 6 Nächte zu Gast. Vor dem Check-In wurden wir von Iza per Nachricht über alles informiert, so dass wir eigenständig die Unterkunft beziehen konnten. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Bungalow war sehr schön und sauber. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Eigentümer waren gleich nebenan und waren sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Durch den eingezäunten Garten konnte sich unser Hund jederzeit draussen frei bewegen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen und würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

The apartment is beautiful with everything one could need. Everything was very clean. A very well stacked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. Franka welcomed us with a fruit basket, chocolates, a fridge with more than just essentials (milk, juice, wine, beer and water) and enough basics for making coffee and cooking and cleaning (enough dishwasher and washer tabs). We felt right at home. The little terrace outside is sheltered and there are even two lounge chairs with cushions. The apartment is even more spacious than shown in the pictures. There were enough towels for the week. The rooms are all very spacious and cute decorated. The tv had programs in Croatian, English and German. The sea shore and the Max Mall for shopping is about 500m away (about a 10 min walk). The area around the apartment is quiet and feels safe. Franka and her husband live upstairs and were available immediately when we had a question. This was our very first time in Croatia and we really enjoyed it.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst: das gemütliche und geschmackvolle Haus mit abgeschlossenem Garten in dem der Hund frei laufen konnte. Sehr ruhige, friedliche Umgebung, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Grüne, duftende Wälder und Wiesen, klares Wasser, eine reine Freude. Alica ist wirklich ein 'Superhost': die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit war super, sie hat uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt und mit Kostproben regionaler Besonderheiten. Insgesamt eine tolle Mischung aus freundlicher Betreuung und angenehmer Zurückhaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Apartment, ruhige Lage, tolle Pool area. Insgesamt waren wir 4 Nächte bei Klaudia, das Appartement hat uns sehr gefallen, neue Ausstattung und alles was man braucht war da. Klaudia hat uns viele tolle Tipps für die Area gegeben.

Alloggio bellissimo molto più bello che dalle foto, cucina grande molto attrezzata, la casa presenta tutti i comfort possibili, tv in sala con Netflix, tv nelle stanze, macchina del caffè con cialde annesse, asciugamani per la piscina, set cortesia in bagno e molto altro. Piscina bellissima e giardino curato Host gentilissima come essere a casa

As an „older“ couple we really enjoyed a perfect week in Bale. It‘s a real nice, organically grown, little town with good restaurants, a supermarket and not too far from the beach. The apartment in Istra Soley (we had the top floor with a private roof terasse) exceeded all our expectations - well equipped, super clean and quiet. We also used the garden with swimming pool regularly. Davor, the owner, is a role model of a perfect host, friendly, always accessible, helping with all questions or giving recommendations. He loves what he is doing - and you can see and feel it every day!

Natasa heeft ontzettend veel moeite gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn als mogelijk te maken. Het verblijf was goed schoon en er werden diensten aangeboden die niet vanzelfsprekend zijn voor een accommodatie. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en baddoeken werden (op aanvraag) schoon aangeboden. Bij aankomst werden wij onthaald met lokale wijnen en taartjes en gedurende het verblijf kregen wij nog lekkers aangeboden door Natasa. Kortom heeft ze er alles aan gedaan om ons een top vakantie te bezorgen.

Die Unterkunft war super. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Pool sah auch wunderbar aus. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Die Wohnung und der Aussenbereich entsprachen den Fotos. Es gab fast täglich frische Feigen, Crêpes mit Schokolade und Feigenmarmelade und sogar für alle ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig. Man erreicht aber ohne Probleme zu Fuß mehrere kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants, eine sehr gute Bäckerei und Spielplätze.

Wir waren 2 Päärchen & hatten dank der 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern die optimale privatsphäre. Es ist eine super Unterkunft für Freunde, aber auch für Familien ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich & man konnte gut kommunizieren. Die Strände wo wir waren, waren innerhalb 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10-15 Minuten in Pula sowie Medulin. Die Supermärkte sind ebenso im Umkreis von 10km. Eine Apotheke & Tankstelle sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft & der Lage. Wir kommen wieder :)

We stayed for four weeks at the end of summer and the accommodation was perfect for us (four adults and one infant). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and a fantastic outdoor patio to enjoy meals. The property is in a tranquil part of Pula surrounded by green trees and has views of the water. It is a short walk to beautiful beaches and the mall and a short drive or bus ride to the old town. The property is well-furnished and nicely equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Comfortable beds, a/c, reliable internet, towels and linen, nice appliances and kitchen utensils, including sharp knives. Above all, Darko and Luana were incredibly gracious and accommodating hosts. They are the kindest hosts we have encountered in many years of using Airbnb. From the moment they met us at check-in until the moment they saw us off at check out, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I can't recommend Darko and Luana's property highly enough.

Nice studio close to the seashore. Very well-equipped kitchen. Supportive and friendly hosts. Great option of private using sauna and spa for 2 hours per day (better pre-book). Nice cycling routes around. Some restaurants walking distance. Quiet area. In general, highly recommend!

Wat een heerlijk ruim, schoon en comfortabel huis op een idyllische locatie! Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Kortom: we hebben ontzettend genoten!

Gemütliche und sehr komfortable Wohnung für zwei Personen, in der alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorgesehen ist. Bequeme Lage, freundliche Gastgeberin und herzliche Begrüßung in Form von Getränken und Süßigkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Unterkunft von Anja war super. Wir waren dort zu viert und hatten genügend Platz. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Anja war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns bei kleineren Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Auto weitergeholfen. Umliegen gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele welche mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen waren. Restaurants und Einkaufszentren sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Petra und Peter sind erfahrene und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern, super-sauber und an einer tollen Lage. Day Einchecken per Schlüssel-Box war total einfach. Am zweiten Tag haben wir uns kurz gesehen und noch lokale Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Jenny! Sie ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich! Man ist nah an einkaufsläden und Vorallem am schönen Teil von Pula, der schönen Natur und der Halbinsel bei Pula!

We had a perfect stay. Vladimir and his wife are very friendly. The house couldn’t be cleaner and contains everything you might need. Highly recommended.
