Excellent. I've stayed at other properties from the same owners in Jerome AZ - consistently accurate descriptions, clean, nicely done interiors. This particular unit is street level so the view isn't quite as amazing as upper-floor units, but the ground level sure is easy for loading. Super convenient location.

We went for a quick Girls weekend. The place was so very homey and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kristine was great to work with and very responsive. Place was right on the golf course but not too close. Still felt private. Would come back again.

Very responsive hostess. We appreciated all the amenities and hospitality. It would be nice for an opportunity for laundry in addition to a better keying-in option. It’s more of a concern for safety. Just because in the future, it could be unsafe for her children. Other than that the space was perfect. We have a child of our own and it was a fantastic neighborhood. It’s my mom side that just wants to make sure everyone is safe. With that said, I e felt very safe.

We were there for just a very short time, but the place was comfortable with many things we needed for putting together our meals.

Really liked your place! Great for a short visit. The location was amazing!! I saw part of Prescott, AZ that I didn't know existed. Close to downtown, and also parks and lakes. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you, Joey and Peter

The place had everything we needed while I cared for a family member nearby. It was a quiet spot to return to after a long day. I enjoyed sitting under the Mulberry trees while relaxing too!

I can’t say enough about this home and its owners! The home is beautiful, the area is stunning and the owners are precious! There was not ONE complaint. The property is just as described. The Hosts were so sweet and welcoming and very responsive to messages. We will stay here again if we ever come back to Arizona. You won’t regret booking this home.

Nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and Wal-Mart if you forgot or need anything. Old Town Cottonwood is a cute downtown area as well, for shopping or food. The rental was comfortable, clean, and the host was very responsive. It’s about 30 minutes to Sedona and 2.5 hrs to the Grand Canyon. Good location to hit various things in AZ.

after multiple times of staying at this place, I still find it a great place with Susana a great host.

Kathy and Bruce were kind and welcoming to my family! We enjoyed our stay and the area is beautiful. The house is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping centers and Watson lake (which is a my favorite part)! Will definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing, as usual. If need a home away from home, with everything you need, choose Diane's place. I've stayed there twice and have only great things to say. The house is very clean. Perfect for having family over for dinner. I cooked a huge meal for 9 people, there was nothing that I had to rush out and buy. Everything was there. One thing that really impressed me...I was a bit late on checking out,I told the cleaner a few details about what was used, etc. I told her we didn't use the extra room, so no need to wash the sheets for that room. As I did my last walk through before leaving, she had stripped the two beds that I told her were clean. I'm glad she just didn't rely on my word. Even though they were clean, she didn't know for sure and that made me feel very comfortable. Thank you again!

This place is sooo cozy. I stayed for a week due to work and couldn’t wait to get back every day to get cozy by the fire place! Very responsive/flexible host. Location is about 5 minutes from everything, yet you feel secluded and private with beautiful Mountain Views. Well lit and quiet area. Great snacks as well. Would highly recommend this place. I miss it already!

We had a good stay at Melanie's place. Didn't realize it has two levels. My partner is 88 years old, and climbing stairs was bit uncomfortable for him but it is only a very few stairs, so it was okay. But place the place is nice, clean, very quiet and easy to get to downtown area. Everything was as described.

This was a great spot for a weekend away in Prescott! It was our first trip to this cute town and it was fantastic being able to walk into town and we had so much space in this wonderful apartment! Hoping this place is available for our next stay!

We loved everything about the place. Super tidy. Nice televisions with fire sticks they were updated and easy to use. Nice kitchen!!!!
