King bed was comfy & supportive. Adlon was quick to text back whenever needed and the week went fine. Small space but everything you need.

Your place was a perfect fit for our weekend plans! We could stay and relax, but also did activities in the Cities due to close proximity. Perfect fit and place to allow our fur baby to come along! THANK YOU!

This is our third stay at Martha’s place, and we are already planning for our next stay - that pretty much says it all! We love the area. We walk to events downtown and love daily walks around the Lake of Isles. The restaurant in the Walker (Cardamom) is a short walk away and serves fabulous food. And sitting in the suite’s bright sunroom is always a treat.

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

Great location near trails, Cedar Lake and Theodore Wirth Park! Grace was very responsive with lots of helpful information! Easy in and out; it had everything we needed; Appreciated the large selection of coffee pods for the Keurig in the morning!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the accommodations! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and a short stroll to the adorable town of Excelsior!! It is located in a very nice neighborhood dotted with beautiful historic homes and walking distance to Lake Minnetonka and the park that overlooks the lake. Kris was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the area!

The place was perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the space and were so excited being there. Instructions were easy to follow and checking in and out was easy. Good location and host was very friendly!

Best’s place was nice and cozy, and she was very responsive to messages. There was a short Internet outage, and she was very quick to resolve the issue once informed about it.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We went on a family trip to the area and our kids had a blast. The amenities were incredible and better than any resort we've been to. What made it even better was how accommodating and helpful they were with our dogs. We left during the day twice and they kept an eye on them and let us use their amazing fenced in dog run (which even had a little indoor section if they got cold!) we are a loud family too (2 teenage boys and 2 nagging moms) so it was wonderful to have so much space and separation and not feel in the way, while still having the hosts be just a message away for anything. The kitchen is also fully stocked which helped us save money since we cooked quite a bit and the espresso machine was amazing. Will 1000% come again. Hands down the best air bnb experience we've had as a family :-)

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting relatives. The space is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it was quiet. It had a nice homey feel. We had an easy time getting in and checking out.

Stayed here for a weekend while our home is on market. We had to work this weekend and needed a peaceful place to crash to sleep after 2nd and 3rd shift for my husband and I. Shower is awesome and relaxing scented body soap was a perk! Great place except the noise from the upstairs was a bid loud in the mornings… heavy footfalls and noise above. But most people probably aren’t renting this for what we needed it for. Bed pillows were flat and uncomfortable and an assortment of older pillows…I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. These things are tolerable but just things that could be elevated to make this place even better! Otherwise beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed Amy’s place and would stay again.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb and I'm certain they have set the bar very high. Their place is clean, spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable and felt like being at home. The sheets and comforter were soft and warm, clearly well made. They responded to every message in a short time and in our two in-person interactions were direct and courteous. They clearly take care to make their guests' stay as good as possible, and they succeed. I also appreciate their thorough communication and that their price is more than reasonable given the beauty of the home and neighborhood and the large size of the accommodations.

Essa's place was such a great find! Super comfortable, clean, and quiet, and close to many of our favorite South Minneapolis spots! We had some last minute schedule changes on our trip and really appreciated Essa's flexibility too. We would definitely stay here again!

Phil was very accommodating with our stay. The place is very nice and updated. The hot tub wasn't working, so he worked with us to compensate and that was gracious! It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and we had a very cozy stay!! My fiancé loved the shower and the heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful!!

Home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood filled with charming houses and s lots of neighbors out exercising, walking their dogs and socializing. This is more of a subdivision walkable to cafe’s, restaurants and Target. The shopping center which houses it has other retail places such as Cub Foods, a couple of Nail Salons and T-Mobile. Came in handy when I dropped my phone and cracked the cover. Was able to replace it on the spot. If you catch mass transit there are several bus routes within a 1mile walk as well. If one prefers closer amenities its car accessible and plenary of street parking if needed.

This is a charming little country home. Cozy and outfitted with what you need for a fun, quiet getaway. It was perfect for us.

My sister and I used Adventure Time as our weekend base for hiking Frontenac State Park and shopping and dining in Red Wing. The beds were very comfortable, shower was fantastically hot with excellent pressure, and the rest of the space was perfect for hanging out playing cards drinking wine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something cozy down a dirt road at the edge of a forest.

This space was so well decorated and planned. We loved that everything we could have needed was available. The neighborhood recommendations were great. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

Lovely place! Bathroom was luxurious and pristine, couch and bed are very comfy. We were too tired to take advantage of all the suite's cool puzzles and board games or stroll the charming neighborhood, but hopefully next time. Host was very kind and yet also gave us total privacy. There is a dog living upstairs but it is such a good dog there was zero noise. Parking was easily found. There was tasty coffee supplied- loose grounds not pods. I was very pleased to see many little "green" choices like that. And as always we were blown away by how delicious the water is in Twin Cities LOL! Really a perfect experience.

Mark and Donna, along with their beautiful dog Winston, were amazing hosts. We were looking for a very low-key weekend. They checked on us and made sure we had the information we needed about the place but otherwise left us to enjoy the time there. The place was great with lots of QR codes for instructions on how to use things. And the beds were super comfortable too. They were also very gracious hosts. When washing the dishes, we accidentally chipped a bowl and they gave us no fuss about it. Thank you so much Mark and Donna for a great weekend getaway.

Robert was great! Very accommodating for our dogs and house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay with Steve. His studio is cozy, but spacious and very clean. A lovely bathroom and I loved having the washer/dryer. Private entrance was easy to navigate and Steve is very helpful and we felt very well taken care of. We will absolutely be staying at the Cozy St. Paul Studio in the future.
