This was our 2nd time staying at this property and first time with a child (6 y/o) who enjoyed the outdoor space and cowboy pool. Great location within walking distance of downtown and all that Marfa has to offer. The host was inviting and communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, well located, clean place to stay in Marfa. The bed was comfortable, and the communal spaces were charming.

The Marfa Yacht Club is a great safe-harbor for West Texas travelers. It has been a perfect place for us to rest and to step off into other adventures.

Great for a short visit with our two kids. About a 15 minute walk to most activities in town. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable!

Die Unterkunft von Adele war sehr gut und gepflegt. Ein sehr besonderes Ambiente, dort zu übernachten. Der Ort an sich wirkt leider etwas verlassen, hat aber durchaus seinen Charme. Besonders die kleine Bäckerei Don Jose war ein Highlight. Super freundlicher Inhaber, tolle Produkte, alle liebevoll in Handarbeit gefertigt. Vor Presidio aus der sicherlich schönste Weg FM 170 Richtung Big Band.

Book this! This is a great property that invites ease and has all the features needed for comfort. Location is convenient and walkable to all parts of Marfa.

Diane's home is beautiful, private, and so peaceful, yet so close to the centre of Marfa. It is one of the few houses with unobstructed views of the sunset over the desert every evening...seeing it is quite magical. Inside is wonderful too...airy, comfortable, and lovely interior design. A great place from which to explore during the day, and then unwind in the evening. Thanks again Diane for having us, it was a real treat! :)

House worked great for a family of 6 with 4 young kids. Large open floor plan gave them space and there is an older, large cemented area behind the pool that let them practice dribbling and baseball as well as nighttime star gazing. 5-7 mins to anything in town. The home is off of the blacktop so you’re parking/situated on caleche road base. Really just an fyi because if you’re worried about dust far west Texas isn’t likely your jam. We would stay at the house again.

Charming home with a wonderful ambiance and vibe. We absolutely loved staying at The Alamo House and plan to visit it again on our next trip to Marfa.
