We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

David's place is perfect! The location is unbeatable, close to great restaurants, café and pubs, a few steps to the beach and the pier, which you can see as you have your meals at the table in the living room, and you can take walks in the surrounding hills. We even went to Snowdon which is only less than an hour drive. The flat is gorgeous and has absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. And we love the little terrace at the back where we had lunch one day, and a drink a couple of days. David and Susie were always responsive, and entrance to the place with the keys accessible with a code made it all very easy. Apart from the place, we felt in love with beautiful Llandudno. I'd highly recommend the place to anyone going to North Wales. Thanks David and Susie!

We had a fantastic weekend at Haydn's flat. The place was very warm and clean with everything you need, home from home. Great shower! We enjoyed being at the quieter end of Llandudno, about a 25 minute flat walk from the pier which gave us time to walk off our meals! Plenty of eateries in the area, can recommend Carlos, Blue Elephant and The Goat. I couldn't quite find the flat at first as my satnav took me to the corner opposite, but Haydn was very quick to help me out. Place was nice and quiet with a corner shop and a Co-op nearby. Thank you for hosting us!

Sue communicated promptly with any queries we had and instructions on location and how to enter the property. Ample parking on arrival on the street. Lovely and sunny when we arrived and we had some nice time to relax in the garden. Llanfairfechen promenade makes for a nice stroll. Train access 5 minute walk from the property and a 30 minute drive from Snowdon. We had a great time and came away very happy.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place itself was so cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained - exactly what we were looking for. Home decor was great, modern, but at the same time looked timeless. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Pebbles Bistro was a fantastic spot to eat, and we highly recommend it! Richard and Alice were incredible hosts - friendly, communicative, and always helpful. We had zero issues throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. Honestly, if you're considering booking, don't hesitate - this place is a gem! We loved every moment and can't recommend it enough! x

A nice ground floor apartment in a quiet location. Good free parking on the street. A well equipped kitchen, smart shower room, comfy double bed, great WiFi. Back yard provided a useful outdoor space in the sunshine. Can't comment on bunk room as didn't need to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s place. The views were stunning and it was very peaceful. We were lucky with the weather during our stay, so made the most of the balcony. The house was spotlessly clean, was furnished nicely and the bathroom was gorgeous. This house is a perfect location for seeing other places in North Wales! We hope to visit again one day!

An outstanding property. Perfect for a multi generational family stay in an excellent location a 20 minute train ride from the hustle & bustle of Liverpool or 15 minute walk to the peace & beauty of Crosby beach. We got to live the fantasy of a big old rambling house for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it! Catherine & her family presented the house wonderfully and the thoughtful extras they left made such a good impression. 10/10: Would recommend!

The house was in a nice location and was very clean, the garden was nice and we felt at home right away, we would not hesitate to stay again if we were looking for somewhere to stay in that area in the future, Lindsey was very helpful

Simon and Lorraine were great hosts, we didn’t need to call on them whilst we were there as everything had been thought of. The place itself is absolutely stunning and spotless, it’s a home away from home and lovely to wake up to a sea view.

Great place and very big! Well situated and within walking distance of many different walks and places to visit. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. As a few have pointed out could possibly do with a bigger tv in the living room. Would highly recommend if wanting to visit the area.

We stayed at Clare’s house for my son’s 13th birthday as we was visiting zip world, it was absolutely perfect for us. We felt right at home with beautiful views. The house was perfectly equipped! It was a short drive to lots of lovely places that we visited!

Lovely stay In Criccieth. Excellent location near the sea with coastal and castle views from the home.

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel’s place in Rhos-on-Sea! The house was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. Daniel was a thoughtful and responsive host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a great stay here. The apartment was lovely. Compact and still everything you need. Good layout too. Excellent location as well, very close to shops, restaurants, the pub and close to the beach. I loved the sofa! I just had 2 very small niggles if you like. And both could be solved at the same time. The bathroom light was one switch that lit the bathroom and just outside, which was a tiny corridor back to the bedroom (one switch, two lights). The corridor light shone into the bedroom, not massively but it did wake me up when my husband got up in the night. But if there was a little separate light in the bathroom that could be left on all night, you wouldn’t need the main bathroom light during the night. The other one, was no lights near mirrors for doing make up. Again, not a huge issue but if there was one over the bathroom light, this would solve both. There is nothing negative about this apartment. I would recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Superb appartment, spacious, well equiped, spotless and the views were absolutely amazing. Loads of local information available. Excellent location. The snacks and wine were a lovely thought. Patrick and Elena are brilliant hosts, Partick responded quickly to all messages. Can highly recommend and will definitely return.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive and helpful. Loved the beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Alyson’s place was just what we needed for our short stay with 3 adults. Alyson was always very responsive, gave clear instructions and was very flexible with checkin. She met us a couple of hours early so we had the afternoon to explore Llandudno. Location was very quiet, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a parking space. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea, coffee etc and milk provided.

Lynn is an excellent host. She is always extremely quick and reponsive if I have any queries. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive when finding some provisions already there for me. The flat is very well appointed, comfortable and well equipped. I have been back several times and no doubt I will be back again in the future.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.
