Beautiful place! It was a great location for the St. Patty’s Day parade.

Stayed for Ocean’s calling festival 2024. Would do it again. Great place!

Chip and Courtney were what I would call super host! It felt like home. Perfect for a couples getaway or small family. As a grandmother I thought the pack and play crib and small children’s items were wonderful. We will bring the grandchildren next time. Coffee access upstairs and down a plus. Toiletries if you forgot a plus. Other little touches and access to the refuge were generous. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware if you like to cook, and the house is decorated very tastefully yet comfortable. We used to live on the island and we felt like we were back home! We look forward to returning! Communication was quick and kind. Great place to enjoy all the island has to offer! Thank you both!!

I wish we could give 100 stars for this stay!! The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had a blast enjoying the amenities in the community and Susan and Todd could not have been more helpful in getting us set up. The communication was prompt every time. We had a truly magical week enjoying the pools and making the quick trip to Bethany Beach for the restaurants and beach days. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. We liked that the home was in a quieter area in Chincoteague but within close proximity to restaurants, activities and especially to Assateague. There were only two of us, but the house could have easily accomodated a family. It was well laid out, clean and amply stocked with all the essentials. It was also tastefully furnished and had comfy couches. My only wish was that the house had cable or one of the movie channels, so that in the evening, we might have relaxed with a show before bedtime. One day, we took Captain Dan's boat tour, a recommendation from Kathleen, and it was an exciting and interesting outing. We traveled the back channels in the marshes where we saw lots of ponies and a bald eagle soared overhead in one area. Captain Dan had lots of stories to share which kept us entertained the whole trip. Since it was our anniversary, we splurged on a five course dinner at the Channel Bass Inn and Restaurant. Food was excellent.

Melina was an amazing host and we loved our stayed at her condo. The view was amazing and everything you need is there. It definitely won’t be the last time we reserve her condo, I recommend it, don’t hesitate! 🙂

The Cottage was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our weekend getaway during the off-season. We chose not to cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked to be able to prepare meals. The owner was very responsive to my questions and replyed in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our family get together. Although we had a short stay, every detail made us feel very welcome. Michelle was very helpful and promptly mer our needs.

Tess's place was so cute and very clean! We were only there for a weekend, but we used the hot tub one night and had coffee on the back deck one morning. Whenever we had a question for Tess, she responded quickly and was very helpful. This place is very close to the Delaware Bay beach and was a quick drive to most things in the area. I would stay here again if ever I'm in the area. Thanks, Tess!!!!
