Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

The chalet was 100% perfect. Ideal location a short walk (5mins max) from two of the main lifts. Also very spacious. The highlight however was Sue’s hospitality. I’ve used Airbnb for years and years and never had the pleasure of meeting a host as generous with their time and attention as Sue was. A really brilliant Airbnb and therefore excellent holiday.

Tout était parfait, le logement agréable, bien agencé et équipé, situé dans un environnement agréable et calme. Je tiens à souligner la qualité des équipements et de la literie en particulier, la possibilité d'être accompagné par son animal domestique, ce qui est rare dans un logement joli et bien équipé. La nature environnante donne envie d'en découvrir encore plus. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour et je serai ravie d'avoir l'occasion d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Amazing location...very walkable to the lifts, restaurants & shops. The hot tub was top notch. The beds were very comfortable, and there was always hot water. We were three couples, and we had plenty of space, but if all rooms were full (including the bunk beds), it could be a tight squeeze - but thats what you expect in mountain resorts so no worries.

Sehr ruhig, idyllisch gelegenes Studio mit allem, was man braucht. Vor allem toll war die Herzlichkeit von Patrizia und Antonio, und dazu das Morgenessen mit hausgemachten Croissants, echt toll!

WOW!!! 5 stars is actually not enough for this incredible property. From the moment we started communicating with Victoria, to our checkin, throughout our stay and at checkout everything was beyond perfect and wonderful. This home is just stunning. Cannot be beaten really. The services Victoria provides are exceptional and the house is just such a beautiful place to be. Very hard to leave this home and we will be back! Thankyou Victoria for such a wonderful month in your gorgeous lakeside home. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTION!

Awesome weekend family stay at Chalet Gilbert! Great communication, roaring fireplace and relaxing sauna made our trip. We enjoyed dining at La Petite Auberge, and rentals from Caribou worked great. Skiing at Portes du Soleil was also fantastic. We'll be back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Cedric, le studio était propre et très bien placé au dessus de Thonon. La vue est splendide sur le lac. C’est très apaisant comme endroit, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Merci !

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. Stayed here for a late in the season family ski holiday. It's a lovely apartment that accommodates a family of 4 extremely well. location is peaceful and easy to get to. Everything you need is close enough and convenient. Loved it

Great place in a great location. Really friendly hosts. Ideal for long weekend of skiing or summer activities in Alps. Immaculately clean. Central location is fantastic for getting around, but can be a bit noisy at night if you worry about that sort of thing!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment. It’s a great space for one or two guests and although small, it doesn’t feel like it. The sunny balcony with the beautiful view was a lovely spot to relax after a busy ski day.

It’s just what I needed well priced and the positioning is brilliant. The only negative is the noise from the bars downstairs

We had a magical stay, everything we wanted. Nice cosy unit but spacious with lovely fireplace(we were a family of 4). Pictures does not do the views justice, it is breathtaking. We were also blessed with snow followed by lovely sunny days. Close to ski slopes and close to restaurants and shops for your daily needs. Communication was very easy and Giles and his family welcomed and supported us throughout our stay where we needed them. One of the best stays and experiences we had.

The house was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view over the lake. It has also some very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Le logement est très bien situé, au calme, à Prémanon. Il y a une petite supérette à proximité pour faire quelques courses. On peut également faire de nombreuses balades à pied depuis le village. Anne-Marie a été très accueillante et notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

un court séjour mais fort agréable - la maison était à la hauteur - la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et toujours présente et réactive pour nous répondre si nous avions besoin

Studio très agréable bien décoré, cuisine bien équipée (cuisinière rigolote) endroit calme et jolie vue, joli jardin. Place de parc pratique mais avec un véhicule pas trop rabaissé. Très chouette adresse à refaire

Logement proche du centre. La piscine et le sauna sont un bon plus. L'accès et relativement simple. L'appartement est spacieux avec un belle vue sur les montagnes !
