Great location with a short walk to the beach and privacy compared to other places in the area.

My family loved our stay at the beach house. We had what we needed for the week, and Laurie was kind enough to add to a birthday celebration. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Enjoyed being able to sit outside with our coffee in the morning, so peaceful and quiet. This is an excellent location, super close to Cavendish. Would definitely stay again. Angela was super friendly and responsive! Thank you so much!

Great place. All details well thought of. Great location right in the middle of PEI. Special praise to wood stove. It's such a pleasure to sit by the fire on a stormy night. Give it a little time to get going, and it runs perfectly.

Love everything about this place! If you are looking for a place with lots of fun activities and fun this is the one for you. Came with everything we needed and not too far drive from Cavendish! Will stay again in the future.

Beautiful old home with remodeling. Steve was very friendly and helped us find the perfect steakhouse. The home was perfect for us, we were even able to park our company van and trailer in the driveway while we attended our trade show. We will definitely be back in the future.

Our host went above and beyond for our stay in PEI. From the lovely fixtures to the smore kit and fresh bread. Everything was amazing!

We stayed here for 6 nights after traveling from Ontario. Susan was very responsive and quick to reply. It is a very cozy home with everything you need for your stay. It is central to everything you may need, and an enjoyable walk to downtown Charlottetown to explore and enjoy some delicious foods at local restaurants. We would stay here again!

place was very clean when we arrived , hot tub was nice. beds were comfortable and they were very responsive to plowing the driveway and shoveling the steps for us. only thing id like to mention is it being winter the snow drifts were taller than our truck and due to location if its blowing any amount it makes visibility while on the road at night impossible. we have a 4x4 truck and it was still extremely difficult to drive the road one night due to the wind blowing the snow. but thats not the host's fault but just thought id mention it for future stayers/ nervous drivers.

We enjoyed our unexpected stay. Thank you for accommodating us last minute. Beautiful place, close to the bridge with great waterfront beach. Will return when we have more time and good weather to enjoy the beach!

Amber was extremely kind and helpful with making our experience a positive one. Her communication was perfect and the space was spotless with very fresh and clean linens and we even had use of a washer/dryer and BBQ! She was so kind as to leave us a gift certificate to the cute little farmers store a few houses down the street! She also kindly offered us an early check in and a late check out! We’d definitely come back :)

Spacious and charming house. Very clean. We had a lot of fun using the games house and enjoyed having horses right in the backyard. This is a wedding venue but we rented as an Airbnb for two families. Spot was perfect for our needs.

We stayed here for a meeting with 10 people. It is well set up for a group meeting, with a large kitchen, large living room space, and enough beds to accommodate. There is a beautiful private beach nearby that we really enjoyed. It is a very clean home with a kind and responsive host.

The CB Cottage was everything our family was hoping for, and more, for our week long vacation to PEI. Its central location made it very convenient for visiting all corners of the province. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very well stocked with everything you could need….nice to have all the amenities of home! The property itself was private, quiet, with a million dollar view of the water…. Morning coffees were amazing! Will hopefully return very soon!

Mildred's home was very spacious and welcoming. The decor was tasteful and beds comfortable. Decks on two levels provided easy access to the outside. Lots of room for two vehicles and well situated.

We had a great stay at Griffen’s place. It was brand new, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again when we return to Charlottetown.

Cute spot! The property was very beautiful and big. Weather was beautiful so we got to enjoy a lot of time outside. Very convenient location. Minutes away from local grocery store, Souris Beach - enjoyed searching for sea glass & shells, 15ish mins to Basin Head (very beautiful!). If traveling with younger children (3 & under, would strongly recommend bringing a baby gate for top and bottom of stairs. House was cozy. The only issues we had; the host is aware of and was very responsive. Also, not all Provinces have waste/recycle/compost; to better assist guests, have a clear list of what goes where for those who aren’t aware. All in all, it was a wonderful time and would love to revisit!

We enjoyed our stay. For 4 people it was comfortable space. Kitchen had what we needed. Given the weather when we were there, the front step got icy and slippery, but—no injuries.
