This was a great stay for our girls trip. Near the sights and convenient.

Our stay was great, just as described in the description. The main bedroom was large with a joined bathroom. The spare bedroom had 2 twin beds and the bedding for the pull out couch. My 17yo said the couch was comfortable but air unit in the closet was kid when it ran during the night. This resort is an easy 15minute drive to CW and Busch Gardens. Shopping center for anything you need is across the street. The dishwasher isn’t the best with the bottom drawer hard to pull-out/push-in and we found a rotting garlic clove under the kitchen counter edge. The kitchen as the necessities (dishes, cups, utensils, cookie sheets and a little sugar packets and 2 coffee filer packets) otherwise the cabinets are empty. Security was there all the time and it was a great area to be in.

Great place to stay! Close to everything in Williamsburg a family would want on vacation - Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, food stores and restaurants. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort had lots of activities for the kids, indoor pool was clean, onsite restaurant was very good! The room itself was very large and had lots of space. We will be booking this place again!!!

Pretty central location & comfortable stay. The check-in was easy and straightforward & the property offers lots of community amenities/activities. For those staying here, BYO everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has minimal (though sufficient) tools, but no spices, oils, etc.

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Have stayed here a few times now , not only is Ron by far my favorite host he is also a wonderful and fascinating man to talk to . I travel the country bass fishing I’m also very fascinated by history that being said, trust me when I say this geographical location is full of some of the richest history this country has to offer. Ps Some of the best sleep you can get is on a boat !

Stayed here for a few days with our dog. Location was great, loved that there was a designated parking lot behind the building. Was a very quiet stay, didn’t hear or see anyone else in the building. Clean space and free from clutter. Would stay here again!

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Super cool, calm and fun place to stay with our family. The art and aesthetics are so unique and we loved this little escape.

Everything worked, fit, and was comfortable. We were out and about every day; we were just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. Yorktown was a short drive away, as was Jamestown. A grocery store and a coffee shop were easily walkable. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Ryan takes pride and great care in what he offers his guests. That was clear in how the house was landscaped and decorated. It also was evident when part of a tree in the yard came down during a freak storm. A major section fell against the house, and Ryan quickly rallied a crew to deal with the branches that landed on and against house. He seemed as concerned about our comfort and safety as he was about any structural damage. We were fine, hardly inconvenienced; the house survived with only minor repairs immediately needed. But his actions and the friends gathered to help speak to his character as a host and owner. We are already planning a return trip in 6-7 months and hope his home is avaliable.

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

From the moment you walk inside, you feel at home. The space was gorgeous and loved all the personal touches. The bed was so comfortable. Shower had amazing pressure. So close to Byrd Park we walked there everyday with our dog. Nice backyard with a hot tub (we didn’t use) but it was nice to relax in the private backyard. Anytime I stay in Richmond I’ll be wanting to stay here.

Very nice accommodations. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Scott was wonderful about answering all of my inquiries in a very timely manner and giving very specific instructions to make the check in process super easy.

Overall great stay, and super responsive host. A lot of stores and restaurants close by. Clean rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.

It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our family that traveled in from all over. The check in was kind of annoying but not the hosts fault. We had members getting rental cars and had 10 guests. They needed every name and car and it took a long time so just be prepared. Place was very nice.

Tara’s Powhatan Resort listen is fantastic! Easy check-in, and check-out. Beautifully maintained grounds. Great fun for families, couples and singles of all ages. Comfortable suites, with a cozy home atmosphere. Minutes away from The Historic Colonial Williamsburg tourist attraction. Olde Towne Pizza delivered, and was Great! My family is still raving about it! We had a great stay!

Reliable Host! We stayed at a time share resort and everything was as expected! These units are being renovated - one section at a time. We had an old one but it supplied the space we needed. There are no elevators here… so if you are disabled - make sure you get a first floor unit. They do offer you a time share presentation for attraction tickets. The guy who was working the desk at the time of our stay was really pushy… but as time share owners ourselves - it didn’t bother us. The master bathroom’s tub was great! The Hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating. I really appreciated being able to rent from mid week to midweek. Our family had a great holiday.

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.
