The place is big and was perfect for our office party. Everybody enjoyed their stay and had everything we needed. We will be back definitely in the summer.

Wonderful house the property looks like it is set up to be some type of retreat or venue, which was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering. You won’t be disappointed staying at this lovely home.

My extended family takes a vacation together every year. We’re normally at the beach, but needed a place close to Smithfield because a niece recently gave birth and wouldn’t be traveling. Well, we couldn’t have found a better place! Dante’s home provided everything we needed … clean, comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, lots of room for the kids to run around and play, and my favorite … the swimming pool!!! The weather was perfect for lounging around and in the pool. We will definitely be back next summer!

This home was just lovely. Super comfortable and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Trampoline was a huge plus! Directly across the street from a large park and a very very quick drive (could have walked) to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Jennifer was extremely accommodating quick replying very easy to work with the house was extremely beautiful. We had a wonderful time we would rent again.

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

This was a perfect place to visit son, who is at Fort Gregg-Adams. It was a nice, cozy space, and I loved being able to bring my two dogs. The house was as described. Prompt communication from the host. The yard was convenient and the house was clean. Would definitely recommend.

The house was emaculate. Everything seemed to be in working order with all the amenities you would need. I brought my own detergent to do laundry but they had some already provided. My only small issues were that the house was cold and took awhile to warm up.. I am easily cold so luckily i had brought a space heater... The only other small inconvenience was that the hot water for the shower did not last long. I would definitely consider staying here again and i would recommend to friends and family.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location is perfect—close to everything. Toan was an exceptional host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. His clear and friendly communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

House was great inside. Wish the dishwasher would have worked but other than that and the noisy road it was great.

Excellent home in great condition. Couches were a little stiff for my taste, but overall, it had a cozy and fashionable interior. Stella was a gracious and responsive host who had little in the way of rules and stipulations for check-in and check-out. The first night, after midnight, I was approached by an individual who had recently been released from incarceration nearby (his words, not mine) who was simply trying to sell some packaged merch. I wasn't bothered by it at all as I've lived in more rough around the edges places, and the guy was humble and friendly All in all, great and affordable place to stay and will return if three bedrooms accommodates our needs when we return for the job.

I travel to Fort Gregg-Adams regularly, and when I'm alone I prefer a hotel(single female), but for the last 2 years I've traveled with teammates, and Airbnb just makes $en$e. Kingdom's property is EXACTLY what suits us. Comfortable beds, clean space, screened porch, well appointed and cozy. From the home theater, billiards, darts, corn hole and more, we definitely enjoyed our downtime! The office space and wifi provided all we needed to get some work done each morning before heading to the base. The house had EVERY conceivable comfort. Seriously, pack your toothbrush and go! So much space. The house is just FUN. Having stayed in 5 Airbnbs in Petersburg, this is my fave, so I sure hope Kingdom will host us again soon!

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!
