This was our second time staying at Kris’ place and it was just as lovely as the first time. The space is wonderful for what we need it for and has anything you could possibly need plus you don’t have to go far for groceries or to get to national harbor for events. Kris was very responsive and would go above and beyond to make sure we were able to feel comfortable and have what we needed! We will definitely be back again!

Eight family members from different states traveled in for a family funeral and wanted to stay together so we could eat home style meals, be close to the funeral venue and be close to the family in town. This place was perfect, everyone had a bed and their own bathroom and we were able to enjoy our company and meals together without going to restaurants. The outdoor amenities and views are breathtaking but it was winter so we stayed inside. The temperature was good inside as we did have two elders who often are chilly. We would definitely go back there AND I looked up his other places to try since we had such an amazing experience!!!

We rented the house after finding out the nearby conference center hotel was sold out. This ended up being the perfect house for leisure and work. The layout of the house provides privacy for each bedroom. The views are amazing! It’s private, quiet, and well equipped. Valerie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. I am thankful to have been granted the opportunity to stay here and would gladly visit again; I truly recommend this home to all. Thanks again DiMitri!
