Convenient location (although neighborhood was not what we expected). Interior of the home was well-decorated and clean. Host was very responsive to messages. Great appliances and comfortable furniture.

Minimalist, pristine space in brand new development. Excellent value, perfect location for the errands I came to run. Peaceful surroundings near a wooded habitat across the street from a pond with geese, ducks and other water fowl that create a unique, living tableau. I'll be back!

Alice and Rena are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. It's a very nice house in a small neighborhood that is safe to walk. Stores/food are a few miles away. Plenty of room to move around the house as they have a living room they leave for guests. I would stay there again.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is lovely, especially in Spring as the city explodes with color. The place has all the basics one needs for a short stay. Booked for the kitchenette since I prefer to cook when traveling. The host was attentive and engaging. The bed was a bit wonky for me but I did read that someone found it comfortable so it boils down to preference, it seems. The layout is interesting but it works well. I recommend it for those that can climb stairs and like to stay away from the busy city areas.

I had a wonderful stay at Alice's Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Alice was an incredibly warm and attentive host, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. I highly recommend staying at Alice's place—it's a gem!

Gloria’s place was nice and roomy for a studio apartment. The bed was very comfortable and space heater was handy when temps dipped down unexpectedly. We had a little trouble finding it to start with, but Gloria had given us her phone number and she answered on the first ring and helped us find it no problem then. Nice quiet area. Her place was perfect for our stay.

Nadege was a perfect host. And the room was well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again myself.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Monique’s place was one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Extremely clean rooms, the beds are very comfortable, fast and easy communication from her. I couldn’t ask for any better. She is a very thoughtful host, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

Lodi's place is in the most amazing area of Georgetown, it is a quick walk to the university, or to Clyde's which is my son's fave watering hole! Very receptive and answered all questions/concerns immediately. The value of this place is A+++ because of the location, it's really wonderful. I will stay there again!

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Tuve varias dudas sobre el lugar y el hospedaje, y respondió a todas ellas. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente para poder acceder al departamento y al wifi a la llegada, debido a que no tenía un número de EEUU la comunicación fue compleja en ese momento, pero se superó de manera óptima y rápida. Por otro lado, al no ser de la zona, no tenía noción de que espacios como la piscina no están disponibles en estas fechas, me habría gustado eso se indicara en el anuncio. Pero, en general, la estadía fue agradable, cómoda y me sentí respaldada por la anfitriona en mi primera visita a la ciudad.
