We had a wonderful time at Kone Oasis. Our 3 girls loved the kid friendly amenities and it was a perfect location to stay outside of DC in order to do a visit there with kids. Jennifer was prompt in her responses and made sure everything was up to our expectations. Thank you!

My fiancé and I stayed here for her birthday trip. Our stay was amazing! It was exactly what we expected… Robert and Wavy were great with responding very quickly and very professional . Great overall I definitely recommend! We will be back!

The house looked exactly like the photos. The host were very personable, reaching out prior to check in to welcome us and responsive to any messages I sent. I would definitely stay there again.

Teresa was a wonderful host and her home was such a lovely place to be a base for all our activities in DC and VA. Her place is well appointed, very clean, beds comfortable and home beautifully decorated. Little touches were apparent everywhere to make one feel at home and welcomed...down to doggie bowls and catch tray and treats for pet and humans as well on our arrival. We had plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to catch the cherry blossoms! Parking and laundry were a big plus. Thank you Teresa!

We've stayed at many Airbnb's, but I have to say this place was the best! We booked a year out due to the location for the Army/Navy game. Looking at the photos and the description of the home we knew it was a perfect fit. Little did we know that it would exceed our expectations! It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen along with all the amenities that were available was awesome. We were 2 couples with husbands that enjoy having a cigar. The man cave was the perfect place for it! They have several air filtration systems to help with the smoke. I have asthma and did fine which was surprising. The "Ladies Lounge" was the cutest and such a great touch. There is also an outdoor shopping mall close by (maybe 2 miles or less) that has some restaurants and even a Costco if needed. I can't say enough about this place. I would definitely come back with an additional 2 couples to fill up the other rooms!

Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The houseboat met our expectations and worked well for our family of 4. This isn't the fanciest of accommodations, and likely isn't ideal for everyone, but if you're looking for a unique stay and manage your expectations it can make for a memorable trip. A long but manageable walk from the Mall if you're active. wonderfully close to the soccer and baseball venues.

This property was exactly how DaJuan described it. Whenever in the DMV area again I’ll make sure to book with DaJuan. The only thing I would advise is utilize the window units if the air is not your desired temp. Being from Texas I’m always hot and like my air on 70 or below. Couldn’t have asked for a better host 👍🏾.

Great place! Lots of room for a big family, fun game room and gym downstairs. Say an and jacuzzi are truly special. Clean place, very responsive and accommodating host.
