This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

Place was clean and easy to find. Only thing was getting up the stairs was a bit of a squeeze but I was able to make my way up just fine. The shower did only go half way up the heat so it was a bit cold.

Good place, highly recommend, easy access to the city.

We stayed here for a convention hosted in the Gaylord hotel. It is a 10 minute commute, but it was nice to come back to somewhere quiet! Jim is a responsive host that allows flexible check-in & check-out. Spaces are tidy & cleaned every day. Thanks for the great stay!

A simple but good room with shared kitchen and bathrooms on a quiet residential street Good clear communications and instructions. Only real downsides are no local amenities and while the National Harbour complex is a few hundred yards away the security fence makes it an 8 mile drive to get there. But recommended as a good clean simple place to stay if you have a car.

This place was great and Randall was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces were great. Location was only blocks away from the metro, ballpark, and several restaurants and grocery stores which was certainly another plus. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This cute studio is in a private building which requires a keyfob to access, so feels very secure. We didn't notice any noise internal to the building, and we appreciated the quiet. The Wharf/Tidal Basin is so close that you can peep it between the buildings from the balcony - because of this, we never needed a car and just walked to restaurants, boat rides and the National Mall with no problems. There is a closet just off the bathroom, which was perfect for storing luggage and hanging clothes. The kitchen was clean and had a refrigerator, range, microwave, some dishes and silverware. We definitely would stay here again!

Washington DC is a great city to visit; it had been a long time since I last visited, so I had a lot of museums on my list in only a few days. Anita’s place is very well placed for a visit — metro, buses or Ubers are plentiful. I did walk to the mall one day(I love to walk), it’s probably better to save your feet for the museums. ;-) Anyway, it’s a great location with many restaurants in close proximity after your day of sightseeing. The home is really very nice with great common areas and Anita is a gracious and friendly host. WiFi and TVs are top notch, and the rooftop deck has a view on the Capitol building which is cool at night. The third floor bedroom has a full size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a good shower (tub style). The room is small but you do have use of the common areas so it works out. We didn’t see the instructions about informing her in advance to arrange for a parking permit. We were able to do it when we arrived but it’d be better to tell her in advance.

Wonderful location in the heart of Alexandria's Historic District. Easy walk to the water, King Street and all the surrounds. Hamilton's place was both charming and lovely - felt like a home away from home. All the amenities you could want: lots of coffee and tea options for your morning (Keurig, Nespresso, and a coffee press - plus plenty of coffee/tea offered, so thoughtful!). There is a quiet outdoor courtyard in the back off of the kitchen with a seating area and dining area, and we enjoyed slow mornings in the sun-dappled graciously appointed living room. It's a treat to stay in Hamilton's place and would love to return. Highly recommend!

Charming Airbnb. Clean and loved the personal touches - the castle picture in the hall, the washington picture in the bedroom, mini toiletries in the bathroom, extra blanket, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, and of course the tv. Location is absolutely perfect. It doesn't get more convenient. We walked nearly everywhere for 4 days. We loved the Wharf area; there is so much to do. What a fun place to stay in DC! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. It was clean, the bathroom/shower was perfect, towels fluffy and soft, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the sleeping pillows were perfect (almost like bringing our own from home). The bedroom being in the back made it quiet enough to sleep without interruption. We appreciated the ability to adjust the temperature as necessary. We'd rent it again.

We had a comfortable Georgetown stay at Lucy’s place. Description was accurate, and Lucy was friendly and offered helpful directions.

The host was very responsive and kind. Overall a great stay!

The place was beautiful, the only thing is that it’s next to the street so it’s loud, there’s cars driving by all night. Next to a lot of beautiful waterfront shops, very quick to get to places, the place was very clean. I would recommend for people who are planning on going out. Quick access to dc and Maryland

Great host very friendly and helpful as well fast and responsive definitely would stay again recommended for sure !
