We had a wonderful time spending Christmas in and around Princeton. We walked the town and shops and had great dinners. We played cards at night at the condo and everyone had a blast. Thank you David

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

Great host. Responded quickly about any issues I had. Neighbor is a little rough around the edges but being close to the met and the warehouse on Watts was great.

Prabha is an amazing host who responds promptly to any queries. Her place is conveniently located near the PATH train, making it easy to reach downtown New York. The house is clean and well-equipped, with fresh linens and amenities. The peaceful environment is perfect for a relaxing stay. The area feels like a slice of India, with plenty of Indian restaurants and shops nearby. As an Indian, it felt just like home. Plus, the price is very reasonable considering all the benefits. I highly recommend Prabha as a superhost, and her home is a must-stay for anyone looking to be close to New York in New Jersey near Indian Square. Hope to visit and stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom gem, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! The space was not only spotless but also radiated warmth and comfort from the moment I stepped inside. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect just a short distance from Philadelphia, offering the best of both worlds a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city. What made this stay even more special was Jodatur made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

Natalia 's place is an excellent option for a stay around Princeton. the house has everything you need, it is very cozy and well kept. the location is excellent, just a few minutes walking to downtown Princeton shops. communication with Natalia was excellent. we had a great time all around. thank you Natalia!

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

This was my Airbnb that I had booked and was really nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. However, Denise made me feel at easy and very comfortable. Super friendly and very responsive. Her description to the place was exact and everything was truly excellent. Thank you for amazing experience.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful experience. The location of the condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Laura was extremely responsive and the condo was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities.

I recently traveled to Easton, Pennsylvania, with my elderly parents for a short 3-day trip, and our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. This elite property is nestled in a prestigious neighborhood, offering safety, cleanliness, and easy access to freeways. The decor and design are modern and unique, yet incredibly comfortable and inviting. It was a huge plus having office space, a computer, and a printer available, allowing me to work remotely without skipping a beat. The outdoor space is truly a standout. It feels like it could be straight out of a top Miami architecture magazine! From the hot tub and reclining patio chairs to the patio heater and outdoor fireplace, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The inground pool is a true masterpiece, and the outdoor kitchen is equipped with commercial-grade heating systems – perfect for cooking up a feast (tomahawk steaks, anyone?). Jonathan, the host, is truly one of the best I've encountered. Very kindhearted. Thank you

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.
