This place is amazing, it is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood within the historic district. The host Andrew was more than attentive to our needs and accommodated anything we had asked for. He was nice enough to even show us another property he had down the street as we were thinking about getting a king size bed as well. Excellent communication and would highly recommend. This place is a little slice of luxury you don’t normally see on air bnb.

Great stay

Maggie and Michael were amazing hosts! They were very responsive and provided detailed instructions. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Target, which was a major plus for me. The house and kitchen had everything I needed, and I even got a nice welcome with chips and water. The neighborhood is in the heart of downtown, yet peaceful and quiet — a rare find in the city! I truly felt right at home. Also, the bed and couch were incredibly comfortable — you'll love them! Everything was so perfect that I didn’t even need to reach out to the hosts. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you. I’ll definitely be back for my next work trip!

This was such a great place! Carla was so nice and responsive. Place was so easy to get in. The shower was so easy for me being someone with a disability this was the perfect spot for me!

Sophia was so helpful and the place was just like the pictures. It is a bit hard to find parking, but once found, it’s easy and accessible. Loved it!

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fred's place. It was very clean and super nice. We would recommend to stay at his place if your in the Dallas area.

Coleman is extremely responsive. This place is in a beautiful location with great amenities. Very comfortable felt like home.

The location was perfect for doing things around SMU. The living room was comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. The house is old so the floors were pretty creaky, but that just meant no one could sneak up on you 😉. Great if you are traveling with another couple since there are 2 king beds, which is not always easy to find.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay here. The unit was adequately stocked with everything we needed. Very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. We felt right at home. Mesiah was very responsive and was a pleasure to communicate with. The Tiffs treats cookies were a wonderful surprise! Thank you! We will definitely book again for our next Dallas trip.

Great spot for a trip with a business partner. Each bedroom is on opposite ends of the home and having 2 full bathrooms is always a tremendous bonus. Home was extremely clean. No shortage of fresh towels or linens. Terrific bagel spot around the corner. Location was great - we were within a 10-minute drive of anywhere we needed to be in Dallas.

Home away from home, had everything I needed and parking was easy. Highly recommend!

Ajen’s place was so great for a short girl’s trip! We had a great time and appreciated it being so stocked with everything we needed! Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay!

Clean and easy access just like described.

The apartment was exactly like the listing. We appreciated the video so we knew how to get in and out of the garage & find the apartment. Once we did it once, it was easy peasy. It was nice that the apartment was very close to the parking garage. Easy in & out & the building itself was very centrally located to downtown, the AA Center & shopping. Definitely need a car though. We loved the two bedrooms and two bathrooms being separated by the kitchen & living space. For a girls weekend it was perfect because we had our own private areas, but then could spend time together when we wanted to. The only downside to the apartment, and this isn't anything the host can control, was the upstairs neighbors. We are both light sleepers and the upstairs neighbors were up all night long. To the point that we wondered if they even slept. It happened all four nights we were there. So if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you, but otherwise, it was terrific.

Daniel and Annie helping me in a bind of a last min booking, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing ! I booked this trip at midnight on a Wednesday to then fly in less than 36 hours later. They responded to my questions literally in the middle of the night before booking just to put me at ease. My plane arrived very early in the morning, and they allowed us to check in very early to ensure we could rest before the busy hustle and bustle of a long cheer weekend in Frisco with our daughter ! Thank you so much & we will ABSOLUTELY be back if we have another travel comp in the area ! 😍

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Providing an ample amount of information and insight before, during, and before departure. The location is very secure and felt homey while in their place. I truly enjoyed my time there and if I'm ever in the area again they will definitely be top on my list for places to utilize if that visit requires an overnight stay.

The unit was in an excellent location. Quiet and friendly neighbors. The place was spotless. No weird smells. TV’s were awesome. Bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if it is available on a future visit to DFW. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
