Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Great place for a long term stay while relocating to the city. Lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. Stella was always responsive and helpful. Great Host!

Very nice, clean place. Super comfortable had all the utensils i needed. Stocked, had nice, clean towels and shampoo. Parking was very easy. Loved that the actual room wasn’t too hard to find and right there basically at the front gate door. Host was very welcoming, making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Loved the place will definitely be back !

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a go to place for me when I’m in Dallas. Caleb was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated to my needs. Lookin forward to coming back!

This is my second time staying at Bryce‘s place, and it is by far my favorite place to stay in Dallas. The location is fantastic, with Whole Foods right across the street, some good restaurants in the area, and the Spring Creek nature preserve also across the street for great walking and biking. Bryce‘s apartment itself is totally clean, modern, and restful. I always find myself wanting to extend my stay. Bryce is wonderful and helpful. There’s also a great gym that visitors have access to and a really good coffee place called Elevate nearby, as well as a Starbucks if that’s your thing. I honestly can’t wait to come back.

I loved Stayinh here. The condo is so nice and everything we did was about 5 minutes away.

Highly recommend! Macey was a wonderful host - very responsive and friendly. Her home is spotlessly clean and feels spacious and peaceful, with a perfect layout for traveling with friends or family. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a nice outdoor patio and private backyard. has a nice covered patio and Easy instructions for check in and check out. We really enjoyed our relaxing long weekend and hope to return.

No stay in any location is without hiccups especially when there are 3 guests staying. For this location, any hiccup was overcome by how responsive Nate was to our needs. We felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay in Dallas all the more because of Nate & Chad’s place.

Amazing place! Great layout and lots of room. Chaya was proactive about an early check-in and a late check-out. The house was so comfortable and enjoyable and conveniently located just a short drive from a major highway. If you need an Airbnb in the Dallas-area, stay here. You won’t regret it!

james' place was wonderful! comfortable, clean, very homey. quiet neighborhood. we had all the essentials, and a full kitchen to cook (although we didn't.) james checked on us regularly to make sure we had what we needed. very thoughtful & proactive without being forward. I'd 100% stay here again. I especially loved that check out instructions were not excessive.

Very satisfying stay. The duplex is conveniently located to lots of shopping and close to the Dallas North Tollway. The decorations were very cute and the welcome wine and snacks were a classy touch! Heather was very responsive as I booked pretty last minute on a Tuesday evening. I'm appreciative of her accommodations on short notice. Definitely would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Baiju's home. Everything was just as described if not better. she is a very friendly and responsive host. The house is perfect and had plenty room as well as everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning soon. We have family in the area and it was the perfect location

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

This day felt more at home and that it was very accessible when I was in Texas for the things that I had to do down there during the time I was down there the house was very clean and very nice and I love the area by the lake

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.

The Airbnb was in great condition, exactly as described. Check in, check out was a breeze and Christopher communicated very well and was very responsive throughout the stay
