We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was really clean and had so many additional amenities that a lot of places don’t offer. Plenty of beach gear, and the beach right by the condo was perfect for us! My older teens loved being able to float around in the ocean and lay out on the soft sand. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Super close to the airport. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Really really loved our stay here! Comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking the pool/bar, you can also see the ocean in the background. The grounds of the hotel are insanely beautiful! Bed was comfy, room was perfectly clean. Make sure you hit the hot tub at night! Easy to get to/park, a perfect distance between the north & south. A market and restaurants right across the parking made eating pretty easy if we were staying close that night. Lots of fun birds and of course roosters running around! Nice walking path along the coast. Easy lockbox check-in. Having extras like beach towels, was great! Highly recommend!

This was a lovely stay with views of the ocean and steps away from the water. I had my morning coffee on the waterfront every day. So dreamy! The coconut grove market place next door is perfect to grab anything you need. The filtered water in the lobby was appreciated. Located close to Lihue airport right amidst several resorts, this spot was a great stay.

Edgar was a great host: friendly, responsive, and helpful. The condo itself was also great. It’s convenient to both the north and south sides of Kauai as well as to the airport. It’s also near several restaurants and shops. Note that the roosters are everywhere on the island and they can be quite vocal. You can hear them from inside the condo so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs or a white noise machine! Overall, we had a really nice stay and would recommend the condo!

Jason is an absolute gem of a host - open line of communication with very quick and timely responses; super informative and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. His listing was exactly as posted :) We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan's place. The place was just like the pictures. He welcomed us via text and said if we needed anything. He was very responsive to any questions. The place was in a great location, close to airport, restaurants, stores, beaches and everything we needed. The place was well equipped with all needed beach equipment. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful one week stay! The space is beautiful, so clean, and safe. Having a stocked kitchen was lovely. Walkable to multiple beaches. Pool was gorgeous. Everything went perfectly, such a well maintained property. Just make sure the owner calls the timeshare/building with your name to make check in easy. I'd definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this little studio with most everything you might need. It was clean, and just as described. Upstairs unit with a nice deck with a view of the ocean where we would start every morning sipping on a cup of tea and listening to the birds and sounds of the ocean. I loved the old style glass window panels that you can open and close to let the breeze in. I found the bed was rather firm, and the bathroom a bit tight, but clean and in a good working order. Overall a great stay, would rent it again!

The BEST AirBnb that we have ever stayed in and we use AirBnb quite often. We loved watching the sunrise from the daybed and drinking cocktails, eating sushi from The Dolphin, and watching whales from the back deck. Very clean, comfortable, and great customer service. Very close to the 8 mile, horrible, but beautiful hike to Hanakapi’ai Falls. It was an unbelievable honeymoon! I hope to be back in a few years!!!

The condo was conveniently located, reasonably priced, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mindy was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated that there was a filtered water pitcher provided, and the macadamia nut chocolates were a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best location to base yourself to see all places on the island! Stunning ocean views with a great walking path right outside front, and shops and restaurants just as close. Very well appointed unit with everything you need for your stay. Huma and her local contact were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and quickly resolved the one small issue that came up.

The CUTEST place! So nice, so clean! Kitchen & being able to do laundry was a must for us & we were so pleased! Thank you Meg for the great place to end our trip on the magical island! Mahalo! ( :

The place is spacious and well laid out, had all the amenities we needed. Limited parking but usually found a parking space if got home by 5 pm. It’s a ground floor unit and the one above is also an Airbnb so sounded like elephants tap dancing overhead in morning and evening but not the host’s fault what other unit above does. Noise above usually only a few hours in morning and few hours early evening then very quiet complex. Very close to grocery store and other amenities and 10 minutes drive to good beaches, etc

Jared's home was great. We enjoyed the balcony and the cool breezes. The breeze and the fans were all we needed. The home had a coffee maker (no coffee, so we bought our own), microwave, refrigerator. Jared was very communicative regarding any questions, and provided information about things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Jared!

Aloha, My partner Mateo and I enjoyed our stay at Brittany’s place! It was conveniently located in Princeville! Only a 15/20 minute walk away from the grocery store and a 25 minute walk away to 1 Hotel (fantastic spot for a morning coffee or sunset drinks). We had an electric car and there was a charging station at Foodland just a 15 minute walk away so that helped us out greatly during our Kauai adventures. The place was beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear - and there was even a basket with local honey and an instant camera with a pack of film. We took the camera to the beach and Waimea Canyon and got some memorable film photos to take home. The balcony is on ground level by the parking lot but we did not mind as we were away the majority of the day and night exploring the island. It also allowed for easy access to our vehicle which we parked a few feet away from the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a very nice time staying in this condo. We were two couples traveling together and it was very comfortable with a bathroom for each of us. We did not use the air conditioning and it was a tad warm but not bad. Any closer to the summer and you would need to pay the extra for air conditioning per day. we were charged an additional tax upon checkout although that was my understanding so not a surprise. You do need to factor that into the cost, however. The pool area is relatively nice though somewhat dated. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool area had plenty of barbecues under covered space right by the pool, which is very nice.

Loved my 6 day stay here! The large windows created a space nicely lit up by natural light. I enjoyed the vertical nature of the loft set up and I will definitely miss watching the sunrise from the balcony table. This condo complex had an amazing pool area where I spent a gold amount of time in the waterfall rock formation pool / hot tub. If you like rec sports (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc) this is also a fun spot!

Gorgeous apt in 5 star resort and 5 star location! Beautiful grounds close to beach, shopping center 3 minute drive away. Thank you for hosting us!

Ryan thought of everything! From beach chairs, snorkeling gear, sun umbrella, backpack cooler, kitchen full of items to help you make a great meal if you choose to cook. All you need is to bring your Aloha spirit! Perfect host! Ryan made us feel right at home!

Great place to stay in the north of the island. Close to Tunnels Beach and if you want to see larger waves. Did not like the food trucks, did not feel they are clean enough.

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)

The setting on Kauai is lovely, and the condo was very good. The proximity to the pool made this unit an excellent choice for families with children. Aloha!

We loved our stay at the condo!! It had everything we needed, and felt so comfy, cozy and beautiful location!! We are already trying to plan another stay back!!!!!! Communication was great and we had everything we needed, easy to get in and out of the condo as well as access to the garage and beach supplies!
