Amazing spot with great hosts. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our trip. Everyone in the community was very friendly too. There’s a lookout and beach within walking distance for sunset viewings. My only suggestion would be to bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because the upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy at times

This place was great! Wonderful location and condo, very clean and felt like the host cared about us enjoying our time on the island. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful place for my family and I! We decided to spend a few days on the Princeville side of the island and I could not be more pleased that we were able to. Hanalei Bay was just a short drive away and in the summer, the bay is very calm. My baby was able to play in the water and soft sand, and my big kids were able to jump off the pier at Black Rock beach and snorkel in the water. The condo itself was roomy and the kitchen was nice, the lanai was perfect for drying off and spending time chatting with the family. Even though we chose not to use the AC we were very cool with the ceiling fans going (but we are acclimated to warm temperatures as well) and were very comfortable. While there isn’t a beach nearby, the pool and amenities at the resort were nice enough we were still feeling spoiled in Hawaii even without the water nearby.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was perfect, amazing views, and all around just a great experience!! Viet was a great host, very responsive and helpful! No complaints at all, we would definitely come back.

We just spent a week in Paradise at Billy’s place and it was amazing! The condo was perfect for our family of four as we explored Kaua’i for the first time. It was stocked with almost everything you could need for an island adventure…beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, hats, etc. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and having washer and dryer was super helpful. The artwork in condo was super cool and eclectic too. The views were even more stunning in person and we spent every morning/night sitting on the patio listening to waves and spotting whales. Truly magical. The grounds and area around condo were equally gorgeous. We felt right at home here and Billy and Emil were great hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again to visit this special island. Thank you for having us!

This condo is in a convenient location in Princeville, close to walking paths, a kids park, and the Princeville shopping center. The bed was comfortable and it's convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. The host, Mari was great. She was always quick to respond, was super accommodating, and friendly.

We loved Jessica’s place! Just like described and very clean!! So nice having 2 separate areas for sleeping. Beautiful area to walk around in the neighborhood. Loved having breakfast out on the deck.

nice big unit with garage! huge actually. quiet area. Too quiet for me TBH. It's inside a large development with nothing local within walking distance. that's the only issue I had. Host was great and responsive.

Andrea was a super host, proactive with lots of information. Location was amazing, so beautiful. Probably goes without saying, you need a car to get to 90% of places, but even then a few spots you can walk!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

You can't beat the view at this spot. I would wake up every morning and just open my eyes to see the sunrise. I love having my own kitchen to cut down on costs and save time in the morning. Cash provides the things you need for the beach, plus some snorkel things and lots of great guide books. I love the North Shore – it's a bit more down to earth, and the surroundings are lush and beautiful. The downside is that because of all that moisture, it can be hard to find a place to stay with no mold issues. Cash's place is mostly renovated (no carpet is a must in this area!), but it's not like staying in a fancy hotel (that's a plus for me). Recommended: the Drive Kauai app and the Hawaii Revealed app for Kauai (you can cancel when you leave so you don't continue to pay the monthly fee).

We loved staying in the condo . Particularly the view of the ocean from the lanai . We sat there with our coffee in the morning and wine at night. Beautiful gardens around the complex and access to close beaches was convenient.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!

The location of this condo along with the views, the spaciousness and overall cleanliness were all terrific. The price is lower than most of the condos in the area, so it is a good value. The basics are included such as beach towels, boogie boards, a small cooler, coffee maker, AC in some rooms, etc. However, it is lacking use of a washer/dryer and "extra" niceties. The parking was close by and the community pool area was lovely. We had a great vacation on the North Shore!

We loved staying here! The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed and was well equipped. The unit is located on a lovely beach, and is walkable to a great grocery store, restaurants and shops, and Wailua Shaved Ice. The pool was really nice and my kids loved the water slides. The location on the island was ideal. Very nice unit and very clean. We definitely plan to come back!

One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely breathtaking! The view was incredible! Beautifully decorated and felt very homey! So well kept & clean! Perfect for a family vacation! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean and in a great location with an easy and quick drive into Hanalei. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai and taking in the view in the mornings. Arthur was very proactive and clear with check in and check out instructions. 100% would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Jasmine's condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore. Jasmine was also incredibly accommodating and responsive to any of our queries, making the experience even better. We would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommend! This was a very cute stay, loved all the amenities like kitchenware & snorkel gear, walking/bike path right across the street, & a kind and wonderful human host that could help us with a few questions along the way regarding our island itinerary. Temps cooled off quickly at night.

Loved the beautiful location and all of the beach gear: towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, life vests, and sand toys. Hanalei Bay is so close, which is our favorite beach. Thank you Victoria!

We enjoyed the condo. It was close to good places to eat and shop. We could walk to the ocean, see the Albatross, watch whales, go for walks, take part in the weekly festival at the golf course nearby, as well as go to the hot tub and swimming pool. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. We loved that we could have windows open and get fresh air at all times. The fact that it wasn't air conditioned was not an issue. It cooled off at night, and there was often a nice breeze. We were surprised and glad that she had a new dryer, besides a new washer. Penny (Helen) was very responsive to our needs. She made a point of stopping by and giving great advice on exploring the island. We enjoyed our 3 weeks on Kauai, as well as meeting and getting to know, Penny.

We had a wonderful few days in Princeville. Diana’s team was very responsive trying to get us an early check in (it only ended up being 30 min but I appreciate the effort)! The condo had a smell of bleach when we arrived….not the nicest smell but at least we knew it was clean! The garage was stocked with bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which was super useful. The AC worked well and it was always cool enough for us. The kitchen cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint but that didn’t bother us. We loved how the pool was basically right out the back patio, which made it so easy with two little kids! There is a nice playground about 15 min walk away and only a short drive to lots of restaurants, beaches (Anini Beach was our fave!) and Anaina Hou community park (mini golf and playground). We were worried about rainier weather in the north but we only had a few sun showers (and rainbows)! Would definitely come back again!
