We enjoyed our stay at Brad & Sarah’s timeshare condo! It was a convenient location on the East side of Kauai and the property had nice amenities. We especially loved how comfortable the bed was! We will be back one day on our next trip to the island. 😊

We had never been to Hawaii and this was the most incredible introduction. The view from this exact specific condo is I think literally the best possible of any place on the North Shore. The angle, elevation, and precise location on the bluff give it an amazing view of Hanalei Bay and the mountains all at once, and making it perfect to watch the sunset from bed, or the patio. If you want to feel like you are in Hawaii, this is postcard perfect. The place was spotless, very well decorated, and very cozy. The bed was also comfortable with lots of pillows, and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes you need. This is located on a resort, so do keep in mind the resort and parking fees. However, the resort is also beautiful with it's own beach, similar amazing views, lush plants and orchids, and fun places to eat. I would highly recommend Sean and Tracy's place to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay in Princeville as I wasn’t looking to stay in a hotel. Gary and his wife are incredibly kind and welcomed me as soon as I arrived. The space is attached to their home, but feels private. They offer lots of beach equipment as well which is convenient. I was out and about enjoying the island most of the time, but it was a very enjoyable place to call home for my stay.

Very good location. The apartment is comfortable and the staff is polite. The host is also super responsive and attentive. We’re definitely staying here again if we come back to Kauai. Thanks, Todd!!

Everything was great. A new listing so a few details are still getting ironed out. There is W/D on site just not in the room, also there’s an outdoor kitchen onsite but not in the room. Honestly exactly what we needed though. We ended up wanting to try more local restaurants than eat in anyways.

So excited to have found this place available at the Kaua’i Outrigger Beach Resort! It’s in a peaceful location overlooking the beautiful lagoon that runs between the 2 resorts on the property, with a lil peak of the ocean! Sitting on the lanai every night was the best! The room is pretty standard, exactly as the pix, but served its purpose as a place to lay our heads, after long days of hula. Especially on day 1, when we were nonstop with our hālau, until 10pm, it was absolutely AMAZING to walk into the room with a lil welcome basket of SNACKS😍♥️ Mahalo nui Jenn for an amazing stay in Kaua’i 💜

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)

Beautiful place, we enjoyed the patio and birds singing each morning. Our kids loved the pool. Great walkable neighborhood especially by the golf course and you have to go at night to see the stars, they are amazing here. North shore is our favorite and David’s place was the perfect location.

Rennie’s place was beautiful and simply amazing! Amazing location, so close to many things to do that were on our list. We loved walking down to the beach every sunset. The sunrise every morning from the balcony was amazing with our coffee. Staff at the resort were very kind, no complaints. We didn’t have trouble with parking as well. Hope to be back!

Nice new furniture. Clean accommodations. Kitchen was nicely stocked with ice maker in freezer. View of parking and mountains. Nice area to walk to everything you need. Close to pool. Slides were fun. Pool a little chilly on cloudy days but perfect on sunny days. No pool floaties unless child can’t swim.

The hosts provided everything we needed. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, and it was tastefully decorated. They also left a binder containing information about the condo and the surrounding area which we found to be most helpful. The recreational facilities provided were very nice, and the view of the ocean was amazing!

Our family stayed a week and loved it! Joel was so great to work with and responded quickly anytime we had any questions or needed help with anything. The house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location! It fit our family of 5 perfect. My favorite thing about the house was probably the master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how big the bathroom was and loved the bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved staying at Shari’s place. The loft style was perfect for a couple’s vacay. The space was airy with TONS of natural light.

This place is great! We loved the spacious two-level layout and the two incredibly comfortable king-sized beds. The record player with a collection of Hawaiian vinyl was a charming touch! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Be sure to take advantage of the gas grills by the ocean; grilling with that spectacular view can't be beat. The lush botanical trail in the backyard is a hidden gem, and the pool area is beautiful, with hot tubs that feel great after an adventure-filled day. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras—beach towels, chairs, and other essentials that made our trip seamless. The staff was warm and welcoming, answering all of my questions promptly. Shana and Jeff were fantastic hosts—super friendly and incredibly responsive. And, of course, Princeville is pure magic. Everywhere you look, the views are absolutely breathtaking!

Fantastic Beachfront unit. Private back patio, only 1 removed from the end. Walk down to the beach from your living room, and watch the sunrise from your back patio. Kitchen is fully equipment and the grounds are impeccable. Stunning space for some R&R or family gatherings!

Beautiful location with an incredibly responsive and caring management company, 5 stars for their stellar communication. Everything in good working order. Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely patio. We enjoyed the comfy couch at night for movies. The unit is showing some wear on carpet and walls as it has been rented nightly, but overall great.

This house was amazing and very accommodating my family of 4. The kitchen was beautiful and a very open concept, in which I love especially during vacation to talk to my kids and spouse when needed. All of my basic essentials that I didn't even think about packing was provided, to name a few bug spray, hydrogen peroxide in which my kid needed bc he cut his foot on a rock at the beach, 1st aid kit, aloe, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, extra toilet paper, and many others that I cannot even think on the top of my head. I also love the master shower that had the digital temperature and water pressure. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come re-book if I come back to Kauai.

Wow! Tyler’s place was amazing! The communication was top notch right from the get go, Laura was always helpful and responsive. After a full day of beach fun and outings, it was nice to come back and relax on the lanai. Our daughter loved her evening swims in the pool. We felt right at home and the location was perfect, especially if you are focusing on the North Shore. We LOVED that they provided beach towels, toys, chairs, and a cooler. We spent most of our time exploring the local beaches and these items helped so much. It was truly a perfect vacation.

This house worked perfectly for our multigenerational family trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the covered outdoor space for eating breakfast before heading to nearby beaches. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants in Princeville made it very convenient. Would love to stay here again!!!

Amazing !!! Great area. Amazing home and accommodations. They go over and beyond for you ! I’ve stayed at a lot of air bnbs and she is by far the best host I’ve ever had !!! Thank you so much for everything !

The house was great, clean, had plenty of kitchen items and bath and beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear, a few chairs. We had one minor issue with plugs and a fan in one of the rooms and they had an electrician out the next morning to get it taken care of. I would be happy to book with them in the future.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood with options for many local beaches (driving or long walks). Very comfortable beds. So many beach supplies (cooler, chairs, surf board, etc) were a huge bonus. Well appointed kitchen made it easy to cook at home.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced! Everything about this home was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing, and the stunning surroundings made our stay even more special. The photos truly don’t do it justice! We especially loved the outdoor space and lanai, where we spent so much time relaxing. The backyard, filled with fruit trees like orange, avocado, and lemon, was such a unique and delightful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
